I placed an order on 12/10, confirming it that day. The order was shipped on 12/14 and delivered on 12/21, but unfortunately, the item received is not what I ordered or listed on the packing slip. I had chosen a pair of women's JBU Jambu Gwen Duck Shoes in size 8 Navy, but instead, received a 9.5 Men's Skechers Sport Memory Foam shoe. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift, and now I am left with something I didn't intend to purchase just days before the holiday. Despite calling customer service multiple times and being promised a callback within 24 hours, I have yet to receive any response since December 10th. Additionally, I have been on hold for 32 minutes and the recording suggesting live chat seems inaccurate. I urgently need someone to address this issue promptly and cover the shipping cost for the return, as this error cannot be rectified before Christmas. I am a staff member at Elwyn Inc., working with individuals diagnosed with Intellectual Disability Disorder (IDD) who need 24-hour care, including assistance with making purchases using PEX cards. In December, I shopped at the Concord Pike store for two individuals for Christmas but lost the receipts due to being ill with Covid-19. On January 22, [redacted], I returned to the store to request copies of the receipts, only to find out they are only kept for 30 days. After a challenging experience with a staff member, I spoke to Sue Snyder, who also did not provide a resolution. The lack of empathy and professionalism shown during this interaction was disappointing, especially considering the positive experiences I had with other Boscov employees. I hope for a resolution to obtain the necessary information for managing my clients' funds. Thank you for addressing this matter.

My daughter recently received a computer chair from me, but unfortunately, it was missing several parts. The package only contained the cushion, seat back, arms, and roller base. The screws, base extension, and wheels were not included. The chair was delivered today at 2pm to 35 Stone Hollow Drive, Sicklerville, NJ on 10/31/[redacted] via FedEx. The order number is B[redacted]5 and the item number is [redacted]. The chair is a Modway Edge Red Vinyl Chair. I would appreciate some guidance on how to proceed. Thank you.

I made an online purchase a week ago, and the tracking indicated my package would be delivered last Sunday between 10 am and 4 pm. Surprisingly, even though it was in northern NJ nearby, it never arrived. Now, on Wednesday night, it shows the package in Northborough, MA, near Boston, which is about two hours away from me. This unexpected detour is quite puzzling. I hope someone can assist in getting my package promptly. I'm 80 years old, and not receiving my order is frustrating. Tomorrow, I plan to contact the Boscov's store directly, as my wife frequently shops there.

I recently received my order from Boscov's but unfortunately, instead of the ladies scarf I was expecting, I received an eyelash printed wrap from Nordstrom. I want to ensure I receive the correct item or get credited for the wrong one sent. Should I return it to Boscov's or use the postage-free return label from Nordstrom to send it back? I purchased a Catnapper lift recliner from your store at Millcreek Mall in Erie, PA for my husband, who deals with chronic pain and uses a wheelchair. In early December, we encountered an issue where the footrest wouldn't lower after he tried to switch positions while watching TV. The control light and connector light were both still on, making it difficult to move him out of the chair safely. The next day, the chair briefly worked again when it was moved. However, the problem recurred. It appears to be an electrical issue. Could you please send a repairman to Fredonia to address this problem? I have been a loyal customer of Boscovs for years, purchasing my eyeglasses and recommending their services to others for their affordability and quality eye exams. Recently, I visited the location in Altoona, PA for my eyeglasses. Before my appointment, I confirmed they still offered 2 pairs for $99 as I usually opt for photogray lenses, only to be informed that the price had significantly increased to over $[redacted] for two pairs. Feeling overwhelmed, I reluctantly purchased one pair for $[redacted]. However, when I returned to pick them up, I was disappointed with the style but was told I could exchange them for an additional $50. Upon returning to exchange the glasses, I was shocked to learn it would cost nearly $[redacted]. Frustrated, I left without making the exchange. Despite being disappointed with this experience, as a loyal customer who frequently shops at Boscovs, I am disheartened by the less than satisfactory outcome.

We bought a Lazyboy rocker, swivel recliner, a matching reclining sofa, and a matching reclining loveseat on June 9, [redacted]. We received a $[redacted] rewards certificate, intending to use it for pillows once the furniture arrived. Originally scheduled for November-December, then January, and now delayed to late April, we are incredibly frustrated. Discovering the certificate expired on January 31, [redacted], has only added to our disappointment. Despite being reassured by store customer service, attempts to contact main customer service have been unsuccessful; we keep getting redirected back to the main menu. Given the delays, it feels like we have been deprived of the $[redacted]. A resolution is needed - please reissue the certificate promptly. Thank you, Fran S.

On February 26, [redacted], at 3:30 pm, during my recent visit with receipt numbers [redacted]/[redacted] and [redacted] with card ending in [redacted], I encountered an issue at checkout. While attempting to pay for my items, I approached a group of three employees engaged in personal conversation. After inquiring about an available cashier, one of them directed me to the back register promising to assist shortly. Waiting approximately five minutes, I decided to find another checkout lane. Recognizing one of the employees as a supervisor due to previous encounters, her demeanor has always been unwelcoming and unapproachable. My husband and I frequently shop here, spending around $[redacted] daily, but the lack of friendly and helpful staff is concerning. We may reconsider our patronage at Shore Mall, NJ, as the customer service experience has not been positive. Despite this, our grandchildren enjoy shopping in your sports department. - Deborah Martin

As a devoted Boscov's cardholder, I have consistently made payments in a timely manner, often exceeding the minimum requirement. Recently, I identified a 45-point drop in my credit score attributed to late payment reports from Boscov's. I maintain that I do not submit late payments. A recent discussion with a Boscov's representative led to the removal of charges related to a protective services program I had canceled due to low balances, confirming my next payment due on June 1st. Surprisingly, the collections department contacted me indicating a missed May payment, to which I promptly made the minimum payment while investigating the issue. Subsequently, I have decided to discontinue the use of my Boscov's credit card and opt for cash payments exclusively. Despite my admiration for Boscov's, I am dissatisfied with the credit card procedures in place, as reflected in my credit report showing minimal late payments excluding the recent discrepancy. This experience has left me greatly disappointed in the handling of the situation. Thank you, Florence S.

I bought two dresses and a shrug for my grandson's wedding and was informed by the sales lady that I could return them within 3 years with the sales slip and tags intact. When I tried to check if they were on sale yesterday, a different sales lady mentioned the return policy was only 30 days and suggested returning the items to possibly repurchase them for the discount. Additionally, when I inquired about another item without a price tag, she directed me to the appropriate department. As an 80-year-old dealing with heart issues, the lack of assistance and abrupt attitude left me feeling disappointed. I simply wished to find out if the items were indeed on sale. The encounter was unpleasant as the lady walked away without addressing my concerns.

I am having trouble with the online system removing my Military discount every time I proceed to place my order. My recent order was #[redacted]7, where I logged in and used a $5.00 certificate. Last week, a similar issue occurred when ordering a black dress; initially, the Military discount vanished at checkout, but after contacting customer service, it was applied again. However, my receipt showed I was charged the full price without the Military discount. Today, both the Military discount and reward certificate were successfully applied, bringing the total to $28.99. Unfortunately, upon confirming the order, both discounts disappeared, and the total rose to $39.99, the dress's sale price without the Military discount. I also emailed about a mix-up with online orders in Exton, PA and Wilmington, DE. This inconsistency is disappointing for a reputable store like Boscov's. Please address this issue promptly as I prefer to shop at Boscov's for its superior variety over neighboring stores.

I'm having issues with the online Military discount when placing my order. My recent order #[redacted]7 had the discount removed after I pushed the order button. Even after a call last week, where the discount was reapplied, my receipt shows the full price. Today, my order for a black dress reflected both the Military discount and a reward certificate, totaling $28.99 before disappearing when I confirmed the order. I've also emailed about prior mix-ups in online orders at stores in Exton, PA, and Wilmington, DE. This is frustrating, and I'm considering shopping at Kohl's nearby instead. Boscov's has a better selection, but the issues need fixing. For order #[redacted]3 of a chili red dress, my husband faced cancellations and confusion at both locations. Communication between shifts and store management needs improvement.

I received my September [redacted] statement today in the mail, but the special offer coupons inside are already expiring tomorrow, October 15, [redacted]. It's frustrating to receive them so late when I could have used them if they arrived on time. I recently purchased pajamas and missed out on the 15% off discount, which would have saved me $40.99. Given the inconvenience, I believe some form of compensation, like a credit or gift card, from Boscov's credit card would be fair. I purchased a pair of shoes style #[redacted] at the Boscov's Plymouth Meeting store in PA on December 2, [redacted]. I paid $36.94 for the order, but I did not receive an order number on my receipt. The shoes are supposed to be shipped to [redacted] Mitchell Ct., Lafayette Hill, PA. Typically, orders arrive within 2 or 3 days, so I am following up to check if the shoes have been shipped. I purchased 2 Gildan sweatshirts online and received them yesterday (12/08/[redacted]). Following my usual routine, I washed them in cold water before wearing. However, after taking them out of the dryer (using the low setting), I noticed that they had shrunk. As I understand they cannot be returned, I am kindly requesting a refund or credit. I recently placed an order for Gildan long-sleeved t-shirts, but unfortunately, one of the shirts was missing from my delivery. I ordered two white and three ash grey shirts, the maximum allowed. However, I only received two of each color. I have attempted to contact the Customer Service Center but have not been successful in speaking with a representative. I recently contacted customer service to inquire about a specific sweatshirt and encountered some rudeness from the representative, Stephanie. After selecting curbside pickup on the website, my order was canceled as the item was unavailable at the chosen store. When I called to locate the sweatshirt, the rep listed all Boscovs stores. I requested the closest location to my selected store, but was met with a rude response. I just needed to know which nearby Boscovs carried the sweatshirt, as the website didn't offer this information. Despite being on hold for some time, the rep seemed unwilling to assist and hastily wanted to end the call.

I, V.S., used [redacted] to purchase Hasting and Smith pants online today. Trying to contact customer service to resolve payment discrepancies but could not find a phone number. Paid $16.99 was expecting approx. $10 for shipping and under $3 for tax, but total due was $38. Concerned about incorrect pricing or item selected. Requesting cancellation if misunderstanding.
