My replacement card is 7 days away, and I need to ensure that the correct email is linked to my account to avoid any further issues. I recently created a Bluebird account that I can access directly but encounter an issue when attempting to set it up on Intuit Quicken for Windows 10 to download my prepaid card transactions. Quicken is giving me an error message stating that my account is blocking the ID and Password I use to log in to Bluebird. I am unable to get through to technical support or customer service for assistance, only reaching a recording. I need to file a complaint regarding my experience with Bluebird's customer service. Today, I was disconnected four times when trying to contact them, and even when I requested to speak to a supervisor to elevate my concerns, they stopped responding, forcing me to end the call. Subsequently, after the fourth disconnection, I discovered that my account had been locked when attempting to log back into the app, presumably due to the earlier hang-ups by the representatives. I had to call back again to resolve this issue. While I understand the challenges of remote work or outsourcing customer service, it is unacceptable to mistreat customers. In my opinion, customers should not be hung up on, regardless of the situation. As someone who works in a call center, I know that such behavior could lead to severe consequences. I have transferred my remaining account balance to my bank and once the transfer is complete, I intend to close my Bluebird account. I will also be advising others against obtaining a Bluebird card based on this unpleasant experience.

I have been experiencing ongoing issues with Bluebird customer service. Every time I call the provided phone number, I end up speaking with overseas representatives who lack the tools and knowledge to address my concerns. I am experiencing an issue with my Bluebird Prepaid American Express card when trying to make in-game Google purchases. It has been working fine until yesterday, except for one specific game. I reached out to Google customer support, and they mentioned everything is fine on their end and suggested re-adding the card. However, when I attempted to do so, I received the error message "Your card’s issuer declined this request. Contact your bank or use a different payment method. Learn more [OR-CCSEH-26]." I have been using this card for three years without problems, including on 6/10/22, but now I am unable to add it to Google Pay. This is concerning as I use this card for my subscriptions.

I am frustrated with my card being declined multiple times recently. Please consider disabling the fraud protection temporarily as it hinders my purchases, including in-app games. Despite being a customer for 9 years, my transactions have consistently been denied over the past year. I am considering contacting the BBB due to this ongoing issue. Additionally, it is disappointing that I am unable to speak with a live representative when I call for assistance.

On September 20th, I used my bluebird card to make a purchase of $51.88 at Buy Be Active Plus. However, I decided to cancel the purchase as the merchant pressured me to buy additional products I wasn't interested in. When I contacted their representative, they assured me they had canceled the transaction. Unfortunately, my bank statement still shows the transaction as completed. It has been 4 days since then, and I haven't received a refund of $51.88 to my account. Instead, my balance remains at $17.93. I am concerned about the status of this issue and would appreciate an update on the resolution.

I misplaced my BlueBird card and contacted customer service to get a replacement card. However, the new card was sent to my old address in Arizona, which I haven't lived at for years, despite providing my new address. I've been trying to reach a live person on the phone unsuccessfully, which is very frustrating. When will my new card be sent to the correct address I provided? I'm unable to access my account online without the new card. It's been a struggle to resolve this simple issue, spending days and hours on it. Dear customer service team, I kindly request that you send me a new card to the correct address I provided. It's confusing and disappointing that the new card was sent to an old address. It's frustrating to navigate the phone prompts only to be told they did not understand my input. I urge you to focus on resolving my issue instead of asking for feedback prematurely. My experience as a customer has been disheartening. Where is the expected customer service from your company? It's crucial to be able to speak with a representative at any time, but all provided numbers seem unresponsive.

I noticed there is a double charge of $97 on November 22 on my account. The money has not been refunded yet. The merchant claims that you are accountable for the delay, not them. Unfortunately, your customer service line seems to be down, and the outsourced representatives struggle with English. This situation is very frustrating and unprofessional. I have been attempting to resolve this issue, but with little success. Please refund my money promptly.

I believe many individuals face a common challenge with the Bluebird Visa card, which hinders them from using it more frequently. The inability to link bank accounts directly for loading money onto the card can be quite inconvenient. Personally, I would find it much more convenient to utilize this card as my primary debit card if I could seamlessly link my checking account for loading funds when needed. Currently, the process of withdrawing cash from my bank, then driving to a distant Walmart to load the card can be quite cumbersome. I hope that in the future, Bluebird Visa will consider incorporating this feature to simplify the loading process. Otherwise, it might become difficult for me to continue using this card as my primary payment method due to the inconvenience. Regards, Jim W.

I am having difficulties logging in with a saved username and password on a card I've had for over a decade. After changing the password, we were locked out, preventing access to my minor child's funds (which also belong to me). Unfortunately, there is no available customer service number. When attempting to contact support, the system prompts to activate the card as if it were new, leading to dead ends. There are no alternatives like chat or email contact. Since this is not a debit card, accessing the funds via ATM is not possible. It's imperative to gain access to my child's account. Lacking any means of communication is unacceptable, and I am aware that this situation may be against the law.

I've been attempting to close my account for three weeks now, and the difficulty of the process feels like a scam. Despite bringing the balance down to $0.00, they keep finding reasons not to close it. First, they claimed there were holds that needed to clear, then suddenly I had a positive balance of $0.30 that prevented closure. I can't use the remaining balance as the card gets declined even at gas pumps. Now, I have to wait for a check for the insignificant amount of $0.30, which will cost them more to send than the actual balance. Despite suggesting they either waive the $0.30 fee or keep it, they refused. After three frustrating weeks, I anticipate being hit with additional fees that will put me in the negative. They are being unreasonable, and I plan to report this behavior to the BBB.

I used to have an old Bluebird account, and my debit card expired. I disposed of the old card but did not receive a replacement. Recently, I bought a temporary card from Walmart, activated it, but am unable to use it for purchases or to withdraw cash. I recently made a purchase of Christmas gifts totaling $[redacted].37 on Amazon. However, despite there being around $[redacted] on my card, only $30 was left after the transaction. Subsequently, I only received two out of the three items I had ordered because my card supposedly declined due to insufficient funds, even though the money had already been deducted. Upon contacting Amazon, they claimed to have only charged me $[redacted].54, which doesn't align with the missing $[redacted]+. The customer service representative suggested checking with my bank for a record of the transactions, but even my bank only shows the two payments. I'm at a loss as to where the remaining amount has gone and need assistance urgently, as this purchase was awaited eagerly for months.

Hello, my name is Daidrian Williams. I find the 2-step verification process to be a significant inconvenience. When selecting to receive the code via email due to issues with the phone number, I encountered an error. After trying to input the code from the email, I found myself locked out of my account. Despite attempting to contact customer service through five different numbers, I was only met with lengthy periods of hold music. It has been three days since this issue arose, even though it was supposed to be resolved within 24 hours. I am now considering taking legal action as I cannot access my account, and the lack of communication and support is unacceptable. With money in my account and an anticipated tax refund at stake, any further delay without resolution may lead to legal consequences.

I made a direct deposit payment to an employee, but she hasn't received it. It appears the payment was sent to a different bank account under Monice Meeks' name, yet it's in Michelle Whytes' account. I recently experienced fraud on my account and was instructed to fill out a fraud declaration form. Although I completed the form, I have been unable to find where to upload it on the app or website, despite the instructions provided. I have contacted customer service multiple times, but each representative has given me a different email address. The most recent one provided, [redacted], turned out to be invalid as the email was returned. It has been frustrating trying to resolve this issue through phone calls without any progress.
