I have been taking Nuvigill 250mg with a free 1st-month supply thanks to a loyalty card. Despite trying to refill my prescription, BCBS denied coverage. Nuvigill is crucial for me as I have sleep apnea, depression, and other medical issues. It helps me function during the day, improves my sleep, and alleviates nighttime restlessness. My pharmacy and doctor have assisted in seeking approval, and I have spoken with various BCBS representatives, including Laloney. However, it has been 10 days since I ran out of Nuvigill, leading to sleep disturbances, depression, and loss of productivity. This approval delay is unprecedented for me and has been highly distressing and demotivating.

I am having difficulty contacting customer service to address a payment matter with my physician. They have not received payment for several months without explanation. I need this matter resolved promptly and for the provider to be paid in full for the outstanding bills. Despite being a customer for nearly 5 years with no changes in coverage or insurance, I am unable to get through to customer service as the hold times exceed 40 minutes consistently.
