I suspect I have fallen victim to a fraudulent scheme. When I was trying to reach out to the Facebook Help Center, I was directed to someone who claimed I needed to engage with Cash App and Bit Coin to reactivate my FB account. Unintentionally, I ended up spending approximately $[redacted] to $[redacted] on Bit Coin transactions without understanding what I was buying. I am seeking a refund for these transactions. This incident has left me with nothing, and I am devastated. I feel foolish for being deceived in this manner. My name is Phillip L., and I can be contacted via the email provided below. Thank you for your assistance.
I downloaded bitcoin.com yesterday and created a wallet in the app. I added a debit card and tried sending $[redacted], but it has not shown in my wallet. Despite sending the money to myself, it still does not appear in any of my wallets. The app I downloaded was bitcoin.com, which seemed like a single app for buying and selling products using bitcoin. I am new to this and would appreciate some guidance on what I might be missing.
I've been receiving multiple emails prompting me to redeem my Crypto Mining earnings. However, when I attempt to convert them to US dollars and transfer the funds to my bank account, I encounter a payment request for the BTC to USD conversion that halts the process. After this, I reach a stage where I'm prompted to open my "wallet," but the link leads to a blank browser page. Can anyone assist me in resolving this issue so I can successfully redeem my coins? Thanks, Fernando Avila
I need to withdraw funds from my account before it gets closed as I haven't used it in a year. I have received emails about the impending account deletion due to inactivity. I am looking for assistance in transferring my balance of $36,[redacted].28 to my bank account. I have less than 9 hours left before the account is deleted. Your help would be greatly appreciated.
Hello, I am reaching out from South Africa regarding my Bitcoin investment under Jessica Allen. I invested R400.00 on 11/09/23 and opened a Bitcoin account. However, I have not seen any profits in my account. Jessica instructed me to log in to see my profits, but I still didn't notice any changes. I was asked to pay her 20% of my profits to be able to withdraw, which I did (R6500.00). After completing the payment, I received a transfer code, but the transaction seems stuck at 98%. When I inquired, Jessica asked for patience and later requested another R13000.00 to upgrade to an ultimate account to access my profits. I have not made this additional payment yet. Is it normal to pay so much to access profits? Can anyone advise me on this situation? Thank you for your help.
I've been unable to access my Bitcoin account for months. Every time I enter my number, it shows as unknown. I urgently need to resolve this issue as I must send money through your Bitcoin service, which is the only one available within a 50-mile radius. I have tried contacting support four times over the past year, but there has been no response. It's frustrating that no one has assisted me so far. My name is Cheryl S., and you can reach me at [redacted]. Your prompt help in sorting out this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
I forgot my password and encryption phrase for my bitcoin.com app, preventing me from logging in. I need assistance accessing my account without this information. Could you please send the encrypted password and phrase to the email associated with my account: [redacted]
I have encountered issues using Bitcoin machines that require a wallet. I only need to send money and found another machine allowing me to buy Bitcoin directly by scanning the recipient's wallet and depositing cash. However, the machine could not accept my cash, which is unusual as it has always worked in the past.
I started mining Bitcoin two years ago but have been struggling to convert it to cash and withdraw it. I recently attempted again with around 1.3 Bitcoin valued at over $30,[redacted]. The platform I am using directs me to a website to fill out a request for cash conversion, but they charge a 25% fee plus a $64 exchange fee. They offer the option to pay the $64 in cash or Bitcoin, but I can't recall the app I used for mining as my phone got stolen. I have tried different wallets to find my Bitcoin for the payment but without success. I am unsure of what steps to take next to complete the exchange and if I can retrieve my app or account information. Assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Hello, I began trading with BigCoins last Friday, starting with a $[redacted] deposit. After I won $24,[redacted], I tried to withdraw it to my bank account. They then requested $1,[redacted] for identity verification, which I paid through Zelle, as instructed. Following this, they asked for $2,[redacted] for taxes on my winnings, which I also paid. Now, I'm being told to upgrade my account for another $3,[redacted] to make the withdrawal, which I can't afford. After sending a total of $3,[redacted], I feel like I am being scammed and just want a refund.
I have been sending money to my boyfriend using his address and my old phone number. However, since I no longer have access to my old number, I tried sending it with my new phone number. After entering my new number and receiving a verification code, I entered it but the system still recognized my old number and not my new one. How can I resolve this issue?
Hello, my name is KC. I invested in Bitcoin in the past and saw my money grow to $12,[redacted]. However, when I tried to withdraw my funds, there was an issue. I am very upset about this situation and am considering legal action to get triple the amount owed to me. I have shared my experience with everyone in New York. I demand payment of $38,[redacted], and if it is not resolved, I will take drastic measures. I used an old Gmail address for this transaction. I am determined to resolve this matter.

I recently received an email regarding withdrawing a significant amount from my forgotten Bitcoin Mining account. After following the link and completing the required steps, I am now being asked to pay 25% to Binance before receiving the funds. While they are requesting $64.00, the situation seems dubious, as I have received multiple emails from different senders about the same issue. The potential payout of over $46,[redacted] is tempting, considering my current financial situation, but the request for payment raises red flags for me. Living on a fixed income, I cannot afford to lose money if this turns out to be a scam.
On the 1st of November, [redacted], I fell victim to a scam. I contacted Bitcoin and received a refund form. Later, I received a message from PayPal claiming I owed $[redacted] to $[redacted], so I called the number provided. A man answered, and when I disputed the bill, he informed me that there were 7 accounts opened in my name. He mentioned contacting the Washington Treasury Department, and then instructed me to withdraw money from my accounts, leave $[redacted] in each, buy Bitcoins, and remain silent as they conducted an investigation. I followed his directions, but when I waited for people at the post office as instructed, no one showed up. Upon attempting to retrieve the money, I found the QR code deleted. I reported the incident to the police and contacted Bitcoin for a refund application, but unfortunately, I seem to have misplaced the report. I was given a police officer's contact information to expedite the process. Could you please send the refund application to my email address? My name is Glenn A. B., and the incident occurred at [redacted] Wakefield Street in Rochester, NH.
