I'm having trouble signing into Amazon Prime with my usual information. It now asks me to sign into Bing or Microsoft, which is new and frustrating. I also got locked out of PayPal for attempting to sign in multiple times. This is impacting my business negatively. I am Stephen and I need to speak with a representative about these issues rather than struggling with it all day.

My website has been penalized by Bing for a few days, and I am unsure why this happened. Despite following Bing Webmaster guidelines, my site, crackstreams.ink, is no longer visible on Bing search results. I have been an avid Bing user and rely on it for traffic and income. I need help with correcting the search results for our company. Currently, when searching for us, it shows inaccurate information from hrnz.com instead of our website researchnz.com, as well as our correct social media links. We have already submitted corrections before when this issue occurred in the past, but it seems to have resurfaced. It's frustrating as this affects our credibility with clients and potential customers.

I need help with updating our business address on Bing. After moving our location, I have tried various methods to change the address on Bing, such as using "suggest an edit" and "manage this business," setting up Bing Places for Business, connecting Google Business to Bing, and using Bing Maps Dev Centre. Despite my efforts, the correct address still hasn't been updated on Bing after a few weeks. Is there any additional action I can take, or could your team assist in rectifying this issue?

I am Kimberly and I am requesting a correction to our business hours. Bing currently shows that we are open only on Mondays from 8:00am - 8:00pm. I submitted a ticket, received a postcard with a 6-digit pin for verification, and entered the pin. However, the expected change date kept being delayed. Now, the status shows that our business is published, but when searched, the hours remain unchanged. It is frustrating that there is no way to speak to a representative.
