I have been deprived of millions and despite submitting requests, I keep receiving messages about connection problems. I am on the verge of giving up. Being a leader and almost reaching VIP 14, it's unfair to lose my bonuses like [redacted] million, 150k in gold bars, and my special bonus of [redacted] million. They claim the games are frozen, but I can still chat, which points to a connection problem. I have screenshots and have tried uninstalling and reinstalling without any resolution. The lack of response from Emma is frustrating, especially considering my significant spending last month of over $[redacted]. The freezing issues are affecting my gameplay, making it impossible to spin but still allowing me to chat in the game board.

I accidentally pressed the buy button without meaning to. I have purchased coins before, but this time I do not want the purchase. It was for $[redacted] and has caused my account to go into the negative. I have removed my card from the site and added passwords to prevent this from happening again. I have been enjoying playing Midnight Castle on my Samsung tablet for about 3 and a half years. I am currently on level 88 and am looking forward to reaching a conclusion so that I can provide an unbiased rating. However, I am facing challenges with the game taking over two hours to download daily, which I find frustrating. I suspect that the game is sending excessive data for my device to handle. I have 8GB on my Samsung tablet with minimal other apps running. I am considering whether I should invest in a memory card or upgrade to a larger device. If I opt for a new device to complete the game smoothly, I believe there should be some form of compensation for the investment, such as a partial contribution from the game developers. I attempted to contact customer support via the provided phone number, but all options directed me to voicemail. When I pressed zero, I was able to reach a live operator. However, I was informed that neither tech support nor customer support accepts live phone calls. The only communication method offered was through email, with a response time of up to 72 hours. Unfortunately, this is not ideal for me as I receive a high volume of emails daily. I require individuals to text me the subject and sender of any email before I review it; otherwise, it is automatically deleted at midnight every day. I am undecided on my next course of action, but I am contemplating disputing the past year's worth of monthly payments with my credit card company and lodging a complaint with the New York attorney general's office for fraud and misrepresentation. It is disappointing to see a once customer-friendly company shift their communication methods in such a manner.

I have had an account with Big Fish for over 10 years. Several years ago, my computer crashed, and I haven't been able to access my account since. While I can play the Big Fish games I had saved during my active account, I can't access the ones I didn't download. I want to reinstall the Game Manager using the same email address. I have tried reaching out multiple times without any response. I've been a loyal customer and have purchased many games which you can verify in my purchase history. As a retiree with plenty of time, I'm eager to resume playing my downloaded games but am unable to do so without the Game Manager. Please assist me promptly.

I reached out to Big Fish Games about resetting my MAC game "Glass Masquerade" to start from the beginning. They responded, informing me that due to the 4th of July holiday, they hadn't read my email yet. Meanwhile, they sent me a free game coupon that expires on July 19th. When I tried to redeem it, the system wouldn't accept the code, stating it had expired, despite the expiry date being July 19th. I'm frustrated not only by the lack of assistance but also the misleading coupon. Their customer service has left me disappointed.

I have encountered an issue with the Vacation Adventures: Park Ranger game. In the first installment, there seems to be a missing item required for the recycle bin in the canoe bay scene, located on the page before the last page of the game. Despite redownloading the game and trying to play it online, the problem persists. The game only allows for 8 items to be tagged, but there are 9 items needed. Items include crushed soda cans, an empty can on a pole, a bottle cap, a frog, plastic bottles, and a heart on a post. I have thoroughly searched the scene and used a magnifying tool on the screen, but the missing item remains unresolved. I would appreciate assistance in resolving this issue.

While playing Magic Jackpot Slots, I experienced an issue where the buy screen kept popping up instead of the spin button on both Magic Jackpot Slots and Big Fish. Without intending to, I ended up with unexpected tokens and was charged $99 without authorization. I have already contacted my bank to dispute the charge, reverse the tokens, and close that account. Please investigate this matter by reviewing my account activity. I am abstaining from playing the slot game until this matter is resolved. Unauthorized charges of this magnitude are unacceptable to me, and I request that the funds be reinstated in my account promptly. I did not nor would I ever approve such a transaction without my consent.

I have been the owner of the Hidden Mysteries Civil War game since [redacted]. Recently, I attempted to play it after a long period of not accessing it and encountered an issue where it fails to load. Upon clicking to play, it initiates, reaches the play page, but then fades out with an error message displaying:
"Error Access Violation: 0x[redacted]1 Tried to read from 0x[redacted]8; program terminated."
Despite my attempts to resolve this by uninstalling and reinstalling, the issue persists. I am seeking assistance to address this problem. Additionally, I am curious if there is a newer version of this game available. I greatly enjoy the Civil War and Buckingham Palace games and would like to explore more of these types. While I have other Hidden Mysteries games, they do not captivate me as much. I am hopeful for your support in getting the Civil War game to function again.

Big Fish Casino is dealing with a situation where a player's friend is being harassed by a monitor named Edward, causing him to play in private due to inappropriate behavior towards his daughter. Despite numerous complaints, the issue has not been resolved as Edward intercepts the tickets sent to Big Fish Casino. The player, a war vet in a wheelchair, used to enjoy playing with friends but now faces continuous harassment and loss of chips. The monitors are not following guidelines by interacting with players and making him lose repeatedly. The group of nine, including the player's friend, has been unsuccessful in getting help from Big Fish Casino, and the harassment needs to stop for the man to enjoy the game again.

I received a notification from Verizon regarding three premium charges from Big Fish on my credit card or ATM, noting that the charges did not go through. Verizon instructed me to reach out to you to potentially reverse these charges. I suspect a friend's child may have made purchases on my phone without my knowledge, using Verizon services. I am seeking guidance on how to remove the option of using Verizon for such purchases and setting up a security code. Since [redacted], I used to be an active player on Big Fish Games but have not played any games since then. However, I noticed that money is still being deducted from my account each month up to October 4, [redacted]. I am having trouble remembering my login information. My previous name was Miss Jacqueline Arbon (middle name Melinda), but I legally changed it to my current name, Miss Kerri Anne McKenzie, via deed poll. I reached out to Big Fish Games to cancel my direct debit due to being unemployed and struggling with depression. Despite their assurance that they canceled the direct debit and would not deduct money anymore, they continue to do so.
