I was surprised and disappointed to find out that the BenQ monitor I recently purchased on Amazon is defective. I tried to exchange it, but I missed the return window by two weeks. The model is BenQ GL2460HM 24 Inch 1080p Gaming Monitor with HDMI, DVI, Built-In Speakers, Eye Care Technology, Low Blue Light, ZeroFlicker, and Energy Star certification. The issue is that there is no sound coming from the HDMI port no matter what I try. I tested different HDMI cables and computers with no success. Living in Hawaii makes it hard to reach support during your business hours, especially without weekend support without providing credit card details to be charged for chat tech support. I haven't reviewed the product yet as I want to experience your customer service. I believe the quality of a product relies on the support team. I hope to receive a response soon. - Matt

Hello,
I have been experiencing a significant issue with my monitor for quite a while now. It randomly goes black for 1-3 seconds. Previously, it would display "hdr emulated" during this time. Even after turning off the hdr setting, the monitor continues to go black for the same duration. However, it no longer shows the "hdr emulated" message.
I hope someone can assist me.
