I'm having trouble with the faders in Pro Tools. Whenever I try to adjust them, they snap back to their original position. Every time I load a session, the LED screens display "Auto" followed by the track names. I'm using a Windows computer and connecting via ethernet. I've attempted various troubleshooting steps but haven't had any luck. Interestingly, the faders work without issue in Ableton.

I am not very experienced with electronics, but I have a Behringer [redacted] mixer that I use to monitor and mix music from Spotify and my drum module. Generally, it works well for me. However, recently I've noticed a problem with the left channel on line 5. When I slightly move the plug, I hear static noise or lose the channel completely. It's not a major issue as I can usually get it working again by adjusting the plug. I had a similar static problem with some volume controls, which I fixed by spraying them with electronic cleaner. I tried the same with the noisy jack, but it didn't work. Are there any other simple solutions I can try to resolve this issue? Thank you, Steve K.

I bought an XAir XR18 and got an Xtouch for control with XAir Edit and Ableton 10. Also, I have an Xtouch Xtender but can't get it to work with the XAir app and XR18. Can the Xtender be daisy-chained with the Xtouch to manage all 16 channels on the XR18? Will it work with the software? In Ableton, I believe it's just about assigning the controller to be used as a fader control. I'd appreciate it if you could confirm these points for me.

I bought this item on Amazon.com, and unfortunately, it is not functioning properly with headphones. This issue occurred two days ago. I have already completed the following troubleshooting steps: - Ensure the correct audio input device is selected in the Sound setup of the Soundtrap studio. - Verify all cables, connections, and instrument volume controls. - Confirm the cable is properly connected to the interface's correct input. - Test with another cable as sometimes a faulty cable causes issues. - Clean the USB port.

I purchased a UMC404HD around a month ago, and it was perfect until a few days ago when the phones output jack stopped working, causing poor sound quality. I attempted various troubleshooting steps: testing different headphones, using various 1/4" to 1/8" adapters, trying the headphones and adapters on another device, ensuring all settings were correct, and determining that the issue likely lies with the phones output jack. Notably, I found a temporary solution by connecting the headphones directly to my computer to hear the audio going to the UMC404HD through Logic on my Mac. However, I would prefer to have the phones output jack functioning properly as a permanent fix.

Hello everyone, I recently bought the new Xenyx [redacted] FX mixer. Upon receiving it, I realized that it does not have an LED for effects selection. I assumed the effects were integrated into this model like the previous one. Do I need to download software to use the effects? I am unsure how to utilize them as the manual that came with the unit is not very detailed. The only other manual I found online is for the older model with the LED selection for onboard effects. Good Afternoon, I'm seeking assistance with the Behringer U-PHORIA UMC404HD Audio Interface I recently bought. I am facing three main issues that I need help with: 1. I am unable to record stereo audio; Logic Pro X only receives input from the left channel. 2. White noise interferes during recordings, specifically when recording my Alesis Nitro electric drums. 3. The most critical problem is the inadequate pickup of kick drums from my set, along with other drum components sounding distorted, akin to a poor Skype call recording. I believe the U-PHORIA UMC404HD has the potential to enhance my recordings significantly if I can understand how to utilize it to its fullest. Hello! My name is E.V. I have some questions regarding setting up the Behringer X32 and the Wing console at my church. We have pre-ordered the Wing console and are waiting for its arrival in a few weeks. Our plan is to use the Wing as the FOH mixer and the X32 as the broadcast mixer. I would like assistance in properly connecting these two consoles so they can generate individual mixes with all inputs duplicated and gain controlled separately. I have read that connecting the AES50 B port to the X32 and adjusting input mapping should work, but I would appreciate a manual explaining this process and any tutorial videos if available. I have two gently used Behringer MX [redacted] Ultralink Pro splitter/mixer units, both experiencing the same issue. When there's no signal input, the level LEDs light up to the 0dB point. Despite functioning audio channels, a noticeable 60-cycle hum is present. I've verified that the power supply diodes are in good condition. Although swapping out the two 1000uF filter capacitors didn’t resolve the problem, adding another 1000uF capacitor decreases the hum by 6dB. I've searched for a schematic but have been unsuccessful in finding one.

I require a schematic or troubleshooting advice for fixing the Behringer MX822 Ultra Pro. Both of my units exhibit the same problem - the level LEDs illuminate green up to the 0dB level even without a signal, and there is an audible hum in each channel. Despite these issues, the channels are operational. Upon inspection, the power supply diodes and the 2 1000uF filter caps seem fine. Interestingly, adding another 1000uF cap across one of them reduces the hum by 6dB. I have tried contacting Behringer via phone, but it goes unanswered. I possess a background in electronics engineering, so technical discussions are welcome.

I have encountered an issue with xTouch. I recently switched my Windows 10 PC hardware from an Intel processor and motherboard to an AMD RYZEN 7 3700X with an ASUS X570 motherboard. Previously, the xTouch connected via USB without any problems. However, after the upgrade, the xTouch is the only USB device that is not functioning. The Windows Device Manager indicates that there are not enough resources to support the device. Although I have three other USB devices connected, only the xTouch is having issues. Interestingly, the xTouch operates perfectly on an Intel-based system. I am seeking assistance in identifying the problem and finding a solution.

Hello, I need help troubleshooting an issue with my Behringer TD-3 Mono Synth Bassline module. I have been attempting to trigger the presets on the TD-3 using an Electribe EMX as an external source, but it's only playing along with the bassline instead of triggering the presets. Unfortunately, the provided quick start guide lacks detailed information on changing the MIDI channel on the TD-3. I am wondering if the function button on the TD-3 can be utilized to adjust the MIDI channel in order to sync the presets with my Electribe EMX. I exclusively work with a hardware studio setup and not software, which limits my options for troubleshooting. I have researched extensively online but have not found a solution yet. The main reason I purchased the TD-3 was to synchronize its presets with the external source, and I would greatly appreciate any assistance you can provide.

I purchased a Behringer B205D on March 9, which I received on March 16. Upon setting it up, I encountered an issue where the power light was on but there was no sound. After contacting customer service, they authorized a Return and provided me with a Shipping Label. I promptly shipped it back on March 17 and have been tracking the delivery status. To my surprise, the package was attempted to be delivered on March 23, and it was determined that the receiver refused the delivery, stating the product order was late. This has left me feeling bewildered and frustrated. Today, the package was returned to me, and I am eager to have this resolved promptly for a full refund of $[redacted].00. I bought the UMC404HD last Tuesday, April 14, [redacted], and got it on Friday, April 17, [redacted]. I connected it to my PC, installed the necessary driver, and initially had no issues. I didn't use it right away as I was waiting for a headphone adapter that arrived on April 20, [redacted]. Yesterday, when I tried to use the interface, it wasn't recognized by my DAW or in the sound devices on my PC. I tried rebooting, reinstalling drivers, and even bought a new USB cord. Despite all my efforts, the PC still doesn't detect the interface. I tested other devices in the USB ports, and they worked fine. I need help getting my PC to recognize the interface.

I am seeking assistance concerning my Echo Rack Pro RX [redacted]. The FX to Main feature is producing a clicking sound. This is the third unit I have purchased, and it is only about five months old. After contacting Guitar Center, where I bought the unit, I was informed that they could not assist me due to the warranty expiration a week ago. I have a query before I buy the Behringer UMC [redacted] HD audio interface. The music store's technical support hasn't been able to help. I aim to connect my electronic drums MIDI IN/OUT to the UMC [redacted] using standard MIDI cables to trigger voices from my laptop (via Superior Drummer 3 or DAW VST) and hear the sounds live through three powered monitors simultaneously. Can the [redacted] do this, and how can I set it up? Additional info: I have a pair of JBL [redacted] mkii monitors for mid to high range and one Roland PM-1 Vdrum monitor for low to midrange. The JBLs will handle high toms, snare, cymbals while the Roland’s 13" speaker will cover low toms, bass drum. The monitors will serve a dual purpose for live electronic drums and recording/playback. Since I can't daisy chain the monitors and can't afford a subwoofer, I am looking to utilize the 4 main outputs (2 XLRs for JBL, 1/4" for Roland) and wonder if I need to switch connections for playback.

After working well, my UM2 started experiencing sudden cracks and glitches. I encountered audio error messages on YouTube alongside unpleasant sounds. Additionally, I faced difficulty installing the ASIO driver, a common issue per Reddit. Uninstalling the driver led to my interface failing to power on. The situation is incredibly frustrating, hindering my creativity. If a resolution isn't found, I'm considering switching to Focusrite. Recording with low latency should not pose such challenges, especially with my high-performing PC. At present, I'm unable to use my interface for music creation or anything else. Assistance in obtaining the latest driver download would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I recently purchased a PowerPlay 1 from Amazon to connect it directly to my Fishman Loudbox Mini battery-powered amp for a busking setup outside using in-ear monitors. I followed Brando Kally's instructions on YouTube but couldn't make it work without a mixer. I was hoping to avoid buying a mixer altogether. Can I connect my Fishman amp's direct line out to the PowerPlay 1 and use its headphone jack for my in-ear monitor, getting a monitor signal while street performing? Thank you for any help! - Rob

I recently purchased Behringer pedals including the tube modulator, chromatic tuner, delay, tube overdrive, spectrum enhancer, and heavy metal. I am thrilled with them and plan to buy more. Additionally, I got the PB600 powered pedalboard for traveling, but I ended up returning it. Sadly, the hum it produced or the non-soldered daisy chain connections made playing nearly impossible. Despite having to return it, I am a loyal Behringer customer and hope the issues with the PB600 can be resolved. Shoutout to Manny's Music in Brisbane, Australia, for their fantastic customer service in processing my return and issuing a refund. It was disappointing not to keep the pedalboard for my travels.
