Hello, I've been using the U-Phoria UMC404HD for almost 6 months, but it keeps experiencing issues, cutting out about 5 times a day which is affecting my streams on Twitch. Despite having it replaced once, the problem persists. The customer service representative I spoke to previously seemed informed about a hardware compatibility issue with Windows 10. As a streamer, audio is crucial, and these interruptions are making my streams look unprofessional. I rely on Twitch as a background for many viewers, and this recurring issue is causing me significant stress. I'm considering switching to an analog mixer to avoid digital sound problems in the future. The unit cost me £80 and has not functioned properly since day one, so a similarly priced mixer would help restore my confidence in your products. It would be helpful if there were warnings about compatibility issues with Windows 10 to prevent such frustrations. Thank you for your time. - L. P.

I purchased three inuke [redacted] amps. They worked well initially, but one seemed to explode at a show. Even after being fixed under warranty quickly due to a faulty power source, more have failed. I have other amps from different brands that have worked fine for years. I hope Behringer addresses this issue, especially with the release of a new [redacted] amp. I have been a loyal customer and have always been satisfied, but this situation is frustrating. I am considering buying the new [redacted] model, but I want assurance that I won't encounter the same problem. My name is Gerald M. # [redacted].

Behringer's Reverb Performance Disappoints - Since [redacted], the Behringer Reverb has not met my expectations. It's [redacted], and it's surprising that no improvements have been made. The 24-bit processing quality is far from satisfactory. The sound resembles a conversion from 16 to 24 bits instead of true 32-bit floating point quality. Given the technological standards, there's no excuse for this level of performance. The difference between analog, high-quality digital 32-bit reverb, and Behringer's 24-bit reverb is evident, especially in the higher frequencies. This particular effect stands out as subpar compared to professional standards. It falls short in both personal and professional use, lacking the quality expected, similar to the difference between an CD recording and an 8-bit conversion.

My X32 rack mixer with the S16 snake is experiencing a problem with audio output. Initially, it works fine, but after some time, there's a noticeable POP sound, and then both mains and monitors lose output. Restarting temporarily fixes it, but the problem reoccurs. I've already updated the firmware to the newest version and tried changing Ethernet cables with no success. Airflow isn't a problem as there's no overheating, and the unit has always been stationary in a rack. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

After quickly plugging my U-Phoria umc404hd into a socket with the wrong adapter, I realized it sent too much voltage, causing all lights to blink when plugged in correctly. I reached out to a technician in Atlanta who mentioned it could be fixed, but my questions about the best method for servicing went unanswered. I understand things can get busy, but I'm eager to have the interface repaired. If someone could provide instructions for shipping or delivery for servicing, I'd greatly appreciate it. Despite having a larger interface, I prefer your product. Thank you.

Hello, I recently purchased the Behringer Xenyx X2222 USB mixer, and I am experiencing difficulties with it. I have installed the ASIO4ALL driver and connected it to my DAW, Mixcraft 8. While the Behringer mixer records properly, I am unable to record and hear playback simultaneously. I am unsure if the Behringer Xenyx X2222 USB mixer has this capability. What steps should I take to address this issue?

I am having trouble with the control room as I am unable to hear any sound through the headphones when using the Behringer XENYX QX602MP3 mixer. Even during editing, the sound is not coming through. I purchased it along with additional items: a 20ft Structure XLR Cable, an 18.6 ft Strukture Instrument Cable, and a K&M Micro Fiber Cloth as a bundle. Luckily, the product is covered by a one-year manufacturer's warranty, so I am looking to have it either repaired or replaced.

I contacted customer support regarding my xr16 mixer issues. After a few days of back and forth emails, I was asked for the serial and model number, but I was away and couldn't provide it for a couple of days. Surprisingly, I then received satisfaction surveys, even though my issue wasn't resolved. Upon returning, I provided the requested information and seek to follow up on my 3-year warranty for the unused mixer. Frustrated by the lack of communication, I hope to resolve this promptly.

Hello Behringer team,
I've been enjoying my new MS-1 for a few months now and find its sound superior to my original SH-09. However, I wanted to inquire about the change in the name from "MS-[redacted]" to "MS-1." I pre-ordered the product in early [redacted] and was happy to wait for this faithful SH-[redacted] reproduction. I've noticed other MS-[redacted]'s still being sold as "[redacted]" and shared online as "MS101." I'm curious why the "01" was removed from my red clone. While I am pleased with the synth's quality, I would have preferred the "MS101" as originally expected. Could you provide some insight into this change? I would like to know if there's any way to get a synth with the "[redacted]" designation. Your assistance on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
Best regards,
Derrick B.

I purchased a Behringer NOX101 DJ mixer for my wife on Amazon for our anniversary, but the plug arrived broken. After Amazon's partial refund in gift cards, I bought a replacement PSU for the mixer on Ebay, only to find that it also had a broken plug. Amazon suggested I contact Behringer due to a potential design flaw with these plugs. I am now left with two broken power supply units. I am seeking guidance on finding a compatible power supply unit for the Behringer NOX101 mixer to avoid damaging it or voiding the warranty. Resolving this without returning everything would be ideal. I have reached out to Music Tribe and my care ticket number is [redacted]. Thank you for any assistance.

Hello, I have been trying to open a ticket with Music Tribe, but the phone number field isn't working. The listed phone number just rings until it goes to a busy signal. Since you are the parent company, I really hope you can help me. You are my last chance. I have a Vintage V22 Infinium. On the back, by the extension cab jack, it states 4 ohms minimum impedance, but an 8 ohm speaker. I have a cab I want to connect. The switch on the back, next to the extension jack, has settings of 4, 8, and 16 ohms. What setting should I use to connect a 16 ohm speaker? Is this possible? I would think with the variable ohm switch it would be, but I do not want to damage my amp. Thank you, Mike B.

I recently received a Behringer U-PHORIA UMC202HD as a gift purchased in Belgrade, Serbia. However, I encountered issues with registering the product online to obtain the complimentary download code for the Traction software since I couldn't locate the serial number on the box or any paperwork inside. Behringer states that registration must occur within 90 days of purchase for the full warranty to be valid, but my request for the software code was denied due to registration issues noted by the company. This is disappointing as I cannot fully utilize the product without the software. I have tried using other free software, but the recording quality is subpar. I hope Behringer can recommend alternative software for me to make the most of my purchase. Thank you for your help. Branislav J. in Hamilton, ON, Canada.

Hello. I have a T-47 tube microphone that has recently stopped working. The power light on the unit is on, the tube on the microphone is also lit, but I'm not getting any sound signal. I wasn't using the microphone when it stopped working, so I'm unsure of what happened. Could you please help me identify the problem or suggest anything I can try on my own? Perhaps it could be the fuse. Thank you for your time, I'm eagerly awaiting a response.

I own a Behringer XENYX [redacted] USB mixer. Recently, I purchased Adam Audio T7V speakers and encountered an issue while attempting to record audio with my Shure SM7B microphone on my PC. I am only able to select either output or input on my computer, requiring me to adjust the 2-TR/USB TO MAIN button and reboot the PC each time I want to switch. Is this a technical flaw or a missing feature? It seems like a fundamental capability to connect my microphone to the mixer for input to the PC and audio output through the speakers without the need for frequent computer restarts.
Thank you,
Braedon

I am currently troubleshooting a Behringer Model EPA900 for an owner who reports intermittent issues on one channel. Despite my efforts, I have yet to identify the root cause. The problem seems to come and go. Interestingly, one channel is affected while the other remains unaffected, still allowing for mono music output at [redacted] Watts through the functional channel.
Upon checking the impedance, I discovered one speaker measuring at 3.5 Ohms and the other at 7.5 Ohms. This discrepancy raises suspicions, considering the unit is labeled for 4 Ohms impedance, as indicated on the amplifier case.
Given the circumstances, I am unsure what the correct passive impedance reading should be for these speakers: 3.5 Ohms or 7.5 Ohms?

I'm encountering difficulty downloading "Garage Sound" for my iPad since upgrading to iOS 13 while my iPad is still on iOS 10.3.3, which I believe is the latest version for my device. This software is crucial for using the Behringer UF0202, as recommended. The instructions mention a software disc, which I didn't receive, and the box suggests downloading the software. Unfortunately, I am unable to proceed due to the outdated software requirement. It's frustrating not being able to utilize the product. Looking for a solution to this compatibility issue.

Behringer Product Development, please consider re-imagining the abandoned M-Audio/Avid Venom VA Synth. This synth still has a loyal following even though M-Audio (InMusic) and Avid have left it behind. Given Behringer's track record of reviving old synths from other companies, bringing this synth back should be a straightforward decision.
A new version could be designed as a feature-rich desktop module with plenty of knobs and encoders. Its strength lies in its polyphony and multi-timbral capabilities. Best wishes to the Development Team on this endeavor!
Respectfully,
Paul C. Torbert

Behringer Product Development could consider reimagining the forgotten M-Audio/Avid Venom VA Synth that has a dedicated following left behind by M-Audio (InMusic) and Avid. Given Behringer's success in reviving neglected synths from other companies, this project seems like a great fit. A redesign as a desktop module with abundant knobs and encoders could breathe new life into this synth.

I own a Behringer Deepmind 6 synth. Accidentally, I overwrote the built-in program B-eighty five (Triassic Dawn) in Bank B. Despite trying various factory resets, the problem persists. I am seeking assistance to either download the original program to reapply it to the synth or obtain screenshots with detailed parameters and FX settings to recalibrate, along with the original mod matrix list. Any help or guidance on restoring or recreating the original program would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for any assistance provided.

I recently got the U-Phono UFO202 and connected it to my turntable and laptop. In Step #6 of the instructions for the recording process, it mentions setting the recording program on the computer to RECORD while playing the record. However, I am unsure where to locate this RECORD setting on my computer. Any guidance on this would be appreciated. Thank you. - R. Prieto
