I received three denial notices from you regarding my claims. I am appealing all three of these decisions. I have not written a check since check number [redacted] for my June mortgage payment. My account is in disarray. I had to pay my mortgage in cash this month because of this issue. I suspect that five checks were taken from my book and written by someone else. One was cashed for $75 at the teller without proper verification. The ATM was also used fraudulently, necessitating a new card and PIN change. However, you are denying the fraud committed at CVS and not providing any proof. Please contact me before withdrawing any funds from my account since recent unauthorized transactions continue to occur. I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years and it is important to me to resolve this matter promptly. Thank you.

I deposited a cashier's check for $[redacted],[redacted].00 into a Bank of America account. I've been asked for more money to ship items due to a supposed problem. This might be a scam. Can Bank of America cancel the check and refund my money? I can provide more details on the account where the money was deposited and the deposit slip. Thank you, Wayne Kauffman.

I am having trouble with my PIN. I attempted to use it at the store for my purchase multiple times, but it keeps coming up as invalid. I contacted customer service to reset my PIN, and they mentioned sending me a new one. However, this is the second or third time I have received a new PIN, and they all seem to be the same and not working. I am running out of ideas as my bank is located out of state, and I do not have a local branch nearby. I would greatly appreciate it if someone could assist me in resetting my PIN rather than sending me another one that might not work. It would be much more convenient for me as I have not changed banks and still use the same one. Thank you for your help.

Hello, I recently used my card to make a purchase on Taobao.com. After encountering an error message during the first checkout attempt, I tried again and successfully completed the purchase. However, I later discovered that I was charged twice for the same product at different prices. Bank of America contacted me about a charge that was not approved, but I did not call them back as instructed because they mentioned I should only call if I wanted to approve the transaction. Now, both transactions have been approved and posted to my account, which is concerning as it is for an expensive item. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue as being double-charged for the same product is not something anyone would want to deal with.

I have important details to share regarding Chris Baker, currently attempting to refinance her defaulted Home Loan #[redacted]46. She is allegedly submitting misleading information claiming that the father of her 20-year-old daughter resides with her and pays $[redacted] a month, which is not true. The father actually lives elsewhere for the past 5 years. Save your home California has been covering her mortgage for 7 years while she takes frequent trips, despite her being on disability benefits, which she falsely claimed. Now, she has returned to work due to financial difficulties. Bank of America should verify her documents more carefully. Chris Baker has a history of deception in her financial matters, including taxes and other loans. If her loan modification is approved, I plan to expose the shortcomings in Bank of America's processes to the media, revealing how individuals like her exploit the system.

On 07/23/18, I unexpectedly received a $[redacted] deposit from Cash Net despite never applying for a loan or signing any documents. The next day, 7/24/18, I contacted them to report the fraudulent transaction and requested a refund. However, on 08/01/18, I noticed they charged me $[redacted] without authorization. Despite explaining the situation to a manager and even having my card closed and reissued due to unauthorized use, they are now demanding $[redacted] from me. During my interactions, the manager was unhelpful and insisted I reverse the $[redacted] back to them, which I only agreed to do as it was the only amount they were entitled to. They claim they did not take the $[redacted] back, but it seems the transaction has already occurred. I am seeking assistance as I never requested this loan and am facing financial difficulties. I also need help with my credit card issue. I attempted to contact Bank of America customer service, but the number was unresponsive. Any advice would be appreciated.

I recently filed a claim with Bank of America regarding a charge on my debit card by Verizon Wireless. After discovering the charge was valid, I contacted BOA to cancel the claim. They debited my account, indicating the money would be returned to Verizon Wireless, yet they have not received it as of 8-20-18. Despite my inquiries, the reason for the delay remains unknown. The cancellation letter did not mention the merchant receiving the credit. The $[redacted].16 deducted is significant, and Verizon Wireless is threatening to disconnect my cell service. I seek resolution promptly. If required, I will escalate this matter to your corporate office. The claim reference is [redacted]56.

I am interested in opening an account, but my previous account was closed due to a dispute over an overdraft. The issue arose when I used a Mali coupon for a hotel stay, which promised a free night after one night. However, the hotel manager claimed they didn't honor that offer. After a discussion with their corporate office, my card was manually inputted and caused an overdraft. Upon contacting BOA, I was informed that my account would be closed as I was still within a 90-day period. I intended to open the account to accommodate a substantial sum of money I will be receiving this week, exceeding 1 million dollars.

I am inquiring about an old lien that has not been released on a property I am looking to buy. The property is located at [redacted] Meadows St, New Bern, NC, and the lien is under Roxie White. Despite one lien being released on 8-30-18 with assurances that the other would promptly follow, it has not been resolved yet. The individuals listed in the initial release were Bridgett P. Matthews and Angela R. Lucas Johnson. I am considering contacting the Better Business Bureau for assistance in resolving this matter.

I recently rented an apartment in Carolina Beach through Airbnb, but I was disappointed to find that the listing was inaccurate. The apartment was actually located in the basement of the owner's property, and not as advertised. Upon arrival, we met Bobby, the owner, who showed us to the apartment. The property was not beachfront as described, but rather about 2 miles away from the beach with only an above-ground pool available. Bobby visited us multiple times within an hour, including charging an unexpected $50 pet fee. Despite explaining that we had paid online through Airbnb, the additional fees were insisted upon. The constant oversight and lack of privacy made us uncomfortable during our short 3-hour stay. Bobby's inappropriate questions about smoking and offering marijuana were also disturbing. Overall, the experience was unsatisfactory, and I feel misled by both Airbnb and the property owners.

Airbnb, I booked an apartment in Carolina Beach, but upon arrival, we noticed discrepancies from the description. The property was actually the basement of the owners' residence, not a separate unit as depicted. When we arrived, the owner, Bobby, met us and showed us to the apartment. However, we were surprised to find out it was farther from the beach than advertised and also had an above-ground pool instead of beachfront access. Bobby was overly involved, coming to the apartment multiple times for minor reasons and even asked inappropriate questions about smoking. We were charged extra fees and the overall experience left us dissatisfied and uncomfortable. This misleading situation calls into question the honesty of both Airbnb and the property owners. Bank of America, I hope for a fair resolution from your customer service regarding my issue from September [redacted].

Our client has authorized her daughter, acting as her Power of Attorney, to manage her financial affairs. Unfortunately, when the daughter contacted your bank from out of state to inquire about her mother's accounts, she was informed that she needed to physically travel to her mother's state to present the Power of Attorney document to access the information.
As the paralegal at Betts Patterson & Mines, P.S., we are exploring the possibility of sending a formal letter to your bank along with a copy of the Power of Attorney to streamline the process. This would ideally eliminate the need for our client's daughter to make an unnecessary trip to another state solely for this purpose.
We appreciate any guidance or assistance you can provide regarding this matter.
Sincerely,
Jo Yantz

I recently discovered unauthorized activity on my Bank of America account. They closed it abruptly, despite having my money and funds from my previous job. I reported the fraud weeks ago but have not received any updates. I am missing around $[redacted] and unable to open a new account. This situation is unfair as I am struggling financially, searching for a new job to cover my bills.

I made four withdrawals, but they were declined and still charged to my account. I have two receipts. I only attempted two withdrawals and was charged with fees. There is also a charge from scrzni.com that shouldn't be there because I canceled that account two months ago, promising no more charges. This occurred last week on 8/16/[redacted]. Now my account is overdrawn, and I should have $89 to $95 in my account. I'm not happy because I need that money urgently as I'm stranded. Why was I charged for withdrawals that were declined?

Dear Customer Service Team,
I am a loyal customer of Bank of America for the past three years and I am in need of your assistance. In September [redacted], I left Miami to embark on a two-year journey across South America. I had previously informed the bank about my travels, providing details of the dates and countries I would be visiting.
Currently, I find myself in Chile and unable to deposit funds or withdraw money as my card has been blocked. While I had not utilized the online app before, I now urgently require access to my account to continue my travels.
I have attempted to contact customer service via phone without success and would greatly appreciate any help you can offer in resolving this matter promptly. A live chat would also work well for me if that is an option.
Thank you for your attention to this pressing issue.
Sincerely,
T. R. Martin

I had an account opened in August [redacted] in Downtown LA, but it was closed in October [redacted] while I was in jail. The check for deposit was put into my account before June [redacted] when I went to Coronado. Since then, I faced robbery and was trapped by a criminal. My dad has been missing since September [redacted], and I have been threatened daily since then.

I appreciate your patience. Unfortunately, due to a serious car accident and ongoing divorce, I've been unable to work, making it difficult to manage my account. Family members I trusted mishandled it. I'm eager to settle the debt and update my account numbers once I return to work.
I value our banking relationship. When convenient, please reach out at [redacted] or [redacted] I'd prefer discussing certain matters over the phone. Your help in freezing my account temporarily, reducing overdraft fees, and arranging a hardship plan would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you for your support during this challenging time.

For years, I've had two student loan payments deducted monthly from my checking account [redacted] for my son's loans. Recently, Nelnet took over the loan servicing, but Great Lakes has kept deducting. I requested Great Lakes to refund the extra payments and stop their deductions. They claim to have stopped, yet my account shows recent payments to them on August 17 and 20, and this has been happening for years. Can you help me find where these payments are going? I can provide more details via email. Thank you.

Last Thursday, I visited Bank of America on Topsy Lane in Carson City, Nevada, to open an account. Michal S. assisted me and mentioned they were out of temporary debit cards. I was advised to return the next morning at 9:00 AM for them. Arriving, I found a delay notice on the door. Once inside, I waited for assistance. After 10 minutes, the branch opened, and I explained my situation to the teller. I waited for 15 minutes, but no one helped, so I had to leave for an appointment. Returning later, I faced the same issue, with no one available to assist. Despite my background with Bank of America, the treatment was disappointing. Trying to seek help through customer service led to long waits on the phone. My only need is for the promised temporary debit cards promptly as I have urgent bills to pay. I hope someone can address this promptly. Thank you.
