I am currently aboard the Norwegian Cruise Ship Epic, enjoying the Mediterranean Cruise. Unfortunately, my Cash Back Rewards Card (ending in X2714) has been blocked due to suspicious activities. The online banking provided two phone numbers for inquiries: 1-[redacted] or International Collect at [redacted]. Despite my efforts, I have been unable to connect to either of these numbers after multiple attempts.

My spouse, George M., who has an account with Bank of America, claimed he did not approve the Zelle payments sent to me. This is inaccurate. Bank of America debited my checking account by $[redacted], putting me at a balance of -$[redacted]. Upon investigating, you will find that George and I were together on May 31, [redacted]. A $[redacted] Zelle transfer was made to me, followed by an immediate withdrawal at the Scottsdale Rd. and Osborn ATM in Scottsdale, AZ. Shortly after, another $[redacted] was Zelled to me by George, which I also withdrew. George did not possess his debit card then, restricting his access to funds unless he visited the bank during business hours. I assisted him by withdrawing cash so he could spend it. The two separate transactions were designated for a casino visit and additional spending money in case of losses. Surveillance footage at the BofA branch where I withdrew the cash will show George M. with me in his dark gray Chevy Silverado truck, validating his authorization of the payments. I lack evidence for other Zelle transfers, but I hope to recover at least $[redacted] transferred to him.

I experienced my card being declined twice at the store. I was informed that I needed to visit the store to have it unlocked. I urgently need my card as this situation is frustrating. I haven't used it this month, and it keeps getting blocked unnecessarily. I don't want to risk losing me as a customer.

The individual, claiming to be Efremov Alexei Igorevich, requested payment without providing sufficient information. I have asked for an account statement, and received a questionable document with the account number: 4[redacted] [redacted]. Please address this matter and clarify. I recently received an email requesting confirmation for a wire transfer. I tried calling the provided number for 4 hours without success. I urgently sent money to South Africa for a family matter, but couldn't get assistance from BOA. It's frustrating that despite urging customers to contact the fraud line promptly, there's a lack of staff to answer calls effectively. I fear that BOA's insufficient support may lead to irreversible consequences if my wire transfer is delayed.

I recently received a screenshot of a receipt indicating that money is pending transfer from an International Instant Transfer with a local aboard bank. This transaction occurred on Saturday between 11:48 and 12:06. My account number is [redacted]. The screenshot indicates that I need to pay R800 for bank fees. I discovered 10 unauthorized transactions at Walmart on August 21, processed through PayPal. Upon reporting the issue to both parties, PayPal stated they couldn't offer assistance, indicating my Walmart account had been compromised. Products were unexpectedly shipped to 10 different individuals named Elizabeth King nationwide, with one item also sent to me, though I did not place the order. In an attempt to return the item, I visited a Walmart store, only to find out they couldn't accept the return as it was from a third-party seller. Seeking guidance on how to resolve this situation.

I need to reset my password for Boa, but I forgot it. Since I'm an international student, I don't have a social security or tax ID number. I can't recall my account number, and I don't have any checks either. I need Boa to help me retrieve my account number. Can I contact them by phone to resolve this issue? If so, what should I have ready to verify my identification?

I worked in Boston, USA for my company Freudenberg in Lowell from [redacted] to [redacted]. Since then, I have maintained an account and funds in the US. Without my consent, BoA placed my money into a CD ($43,[redacted].70 USD on account no. [redacted] [redacted]). Despite my efforts, I have been unable to transfer the funds back to my Money Market Savings or Adv Tiered Interest Checking account. Instead, the CD is automatically renewed annually at a low interest rate of 0.3%, far below market rates. I strongly oppose the renewal of the Fixed Term CD. My spouse and I own two Bank of America credit cards. The card ending in [redacted] has been set up for autopay from our checking account ending in [redacted] at Old National Bank for years. Recently, I also set up autopay for the second card ending in [redacted] from our checking account ending in [redacted] at First Security Bank. However, both cards were being paid from the First Security Bank account. I managed to cancel autopay for card [redacted] and scheduled a payment from the correct account. Despite contacting a specialist, we couldn't switch card [redacted] back to account [redacted]. We are unsure how to make a payment for card [redacted] without it coming from account [redacted]. After adding the second card, my spouse encountered issues accessing online banking. After multiple calls, we discovered that Bank of America can only have one login stored, and my spouse's login was automatically changed to mine. This problem has been resolved. Two weeks ago, I noticed an unauthorized payment from my Bank of America checking account to an unknown credit card. Despite my claim, the bank rejected it after their investigation concluded that I made the payment using my personal computer. As I am the sole user of this computer, I find it impossible. I have requested a reconsideration, and now I am preparing a letter with my arguments to support my case. I am unsure of what evidence I can provide to strengthen my claim. I am determined to get back the significant amount of money involved. I appreciate any suggestions or recommendations on how to proceed with this issue. Approximately a year ago, I linked my Bank of America account with GrubHub in order to receive a complimentary annual membership. Despite feeling that I no longer required it, I observed two unexpected charges on my account recently. Seeking assistance, I engaged with a GrubHub customer service representative today, who acknowledged no charges on my account. Now, I am inquiring about the possibility of receiving a refund for these charges and terminating my subscription.

The payments to Bank of America are automatically deducted from my bank account due to an arrangement my late wife made years ago. Following her passing, I am unable to access the online account or receive any details since it's all in her name. Consequently, I am unable to ascertain the amount owed or if the card is under my name. Despite contacting customer service, I have not received any assistance in resolving this issue.

I attempted to pay my phone bill, but my debit card was declined. It seems like you have a habit of locking people's cards, which prevents them from paying bills. This has happened to me multiple times. I need my card unlocked immediately. If not, I will have to report this to your corporate office for interfering with my SSI, a government check for my disability. This is a serious issue, and if not resolved, I will seek legal action. I have also forgotten my username for the Bank of America mobile app.

I repeatedly requested to speak with a representative. Unfortunately, since my issue wasn't on the automated system's list, the calls were getting disconnected. It took nearly 90 minutes to finally reach someone, with most of that time spent waiting on hold. This level of service is unacceptable, and if it occurs again, I will consider canceling my card. In the end, the problem was minor and was swiftly resolved within a few minutes.
