I have been patiently waiting nearly 24 hours for a [redacted] frame cache to complete, but it was disrupted at frame [redacted]. Is there a method to resume the cache from that point? I had to restart the Maya application, so I no longer have the option to undo the action. However, I have located the project cache directory and can view the files up to frame [redacted]. I am hoping there is a way to pick up from where it left off rather than beginning anew. Thank you for your assistance ahead of time.

Currently, we are using AutoCAD 2013LT for a project, and we are encountering an issue with the file size becoming heavy (17MB). We used to have larger WBlocks contributing to the file size increase, but even after removing all data, the file size has not decreased. In our other offices where we use AutoCAD [redacted], we do not face this problem, and the file size has reduced to 130KB from 17MB. We require assistance in resolving this matter promptly.

I called the [redacted]-number and I am unable to reach a live person. The automated system keeps directing me to seek help online, which has not resolved my issue. Despite attempting to schedule a call for assistance through the website, each time I am redirected back to the homepage without the option to schedule a call. I installed a single user version of AutoCAD LT on my work computer online. Following installation, the program fails to open successfully. It almost opens but is halted by a blank white pop-up box that freezes the program and cannot be closed, rendering AutoCAD LT unusable.

To Autodesk Support, A few years ago, I purchased Autodesk AutoCAD [redacted] LT with the original license. My serial number is [redacted]7. I had been using this software on Windows XP without any issues. However, I recently upgraded to Windows 10, and upon installing AutoCAD, I encountered an error stating that I do not have the correct request code for activation. Could you please provide me with the correct request code or assist me in resolving this issue so that I can continue using the software properly? Thank you, Tomasz R.

I have been using AutoCAD [redacted] for a few months now. While some issues like the malfunctioning rotate command have been fixed, I am still facing problems with snaps. I have two decades of experience with AutoCAD, and the SNAP (F3) function has typically been on 95% of the time. Recently, I find myself constantly toggling it on and off, as it is causing issues. When the SNAP command is on, I am unable to perform basic functions like moving objects, dragging items, offsetting lines, or drawing lines. It seems to disrupt everything it interferes with. This has become a significant problem for me. I am unsure if this is a system bug or a deliberate feature that restricts other commands when snaps are active.

Hello, After reviewing your solution, we found it to be suitable for our needs. However, there are some points that are unnecessary for us. We are developing our own document management system allowing users to upload and view documents directly in the browser, enabling actions like annotations and mark-ups. As we have our server to store documents, we do not require your cloud-based service. Please share API details solely for displaying documents (for viewing). It would be ideal to have an API without needing an access token. Kindly inform me if you need any additional information on this.

Hello, I am utilizing AutoCad’s Civil3D [redacted] Sub Assembly Composer to create a railway assembly that needs to adhere to can’t. I have managed to incorporate “sloPe to surface” links that accurately target a display (i.e., target the surface as intended). However, these links do not seem to target the surface around horizontal curves where can’t is applied, even though the target parameters are correctly configured on corridor properties. I would greatly appreciate any assistance. Best regards, Richard [South Africa]

Hello, I have been experiencing difficulties downloading AutoCAD for the past month. I have submitted all the required documents, including my gradesheet, admission confirmation form, FYS ID card, fee receipt, and timetable to Autodesk. Despite this, I keep receiving the same email from Autodesk. This issue has prevented me from starting an assignment for class this week. I have made numerous attempts to verify my student status with Autodesk in order to download the software for school. I specifically need AutoCAD at this time. Despite multiple efforts, I am unable to successfully verify my student ID unlike my classmates who have already done so and are using the student version. I have been trying for a month or two now and urgently need the software. I would appreciate any assistance you can provide to help resolve this matter promptly.

I have an old Autodesk Inventor Series 7 with the following details: Part No: 52[redacted]08-9F00A, Serial No: [redacted]3 (Group ID), CD Key: 4539VC, and Contract No: [redacted] (membership ID). I, J.B., purchased this product years ago and paid yearly subscriptions for updates. Since I retired in [redacted], the software on my Windows XP workstation, not connected to the internet, has worked fine until recently. It now crashes when assembling and won't let me start new files. I tried to repair it but encountered errors. I then attempted to install it on my Windows 7 Professional laptop, and although it seemed to install correctly, I received a license error when opening it. I would appreciate any help as I enjoy using this software for personal projects. Thank you.

I am a student at Thomas More in Mechelen, Belgium, and I initiated the process to request an educational account with Autodesk. However, I accidentally selected 'High school' instead of 'University', causing my school not to appear in the list. I proceeded without realizing the mistake. Now, my account is linked to the incorrect school, Berthoutsinstituut Klein Seminari, when it should be Thomas More. I am unable to revert to the previous step to correct this error. I have attached the correct documentation from Thomas More and kindly request that the school information on my account be updated from 'Berthoutsinstituut Klein Seminarie' to 'Thomas More Mechelen' to verify my account promptly. This adjustment is urgent as I require it for school this week. Thank you in advance for your assistance. Best regards, Mara T'joen

I am currently using Windows 10 and had AutoCAD [redacted] working well until I attempted to install 3dsMax, but I encountered a [redacted] error. I attempted to solve the issue by checking the Autodesk website, but the problem persisted. I then uninstalled AutoCAD from the control panel. However, when I tried to use AutoCAD [redacted] again, a license manager dialogue box popped up, indicating that the license manager was not functioning correctly or was improperly installed, leading AutoCAD to shut down. I uninstalled AutoCAD again and installed AutoCAD Architecture [redacted], but unfortunately, the same license manager dialogue box continued to appear. Despite my efforts, I have been unable to resolve this issue.

I had trouble reaching customer support using my student email account for help with 3Ds Max. My computer had recent issues, leading to errors regarding backup space and ultimately a corruption problem with the program. Despite saving files on my D drive, I started encountering startup failure notifications and factory reset errors. I attempted various solutions, including restoring to factory settings, but to no avail. I need to recover important files due to an impending deadline. I suspect the corruption may have stemmed from a downloaded model. I fear losing all my 3Ds Max files with the factory reset. Any live assistance with this matter promptly would be greatly appreciated.

I downloaded a free AutoCAD LT [redacted] for single user home use. I have been using it for a few weeks without any issues until I received a message stating that the Network License Manager is not connected or was improperly installed, causing the app to shut down. I attempted to resolve the issue by downloading LMTools and installing the Network License Manager through the Installation Wizard. However, I am unable to locate the license file or the lmgrd.exe file in order to save paths on LMTOOLS. Can someone please advise me on what steps I need to take to get my AutoCAD working again?

I recently installed Fusion [redacted] and initially everything was working fine. However, being new to the software, I started exploring different settings to understand their functions better. Unfortunately, I have encountered an issue now. When attempting to mill a piece of material, the software is trying to mill from the bottom upwards instead of starting from the top and working downwards as intended. For example, if I place a piece of aluminum measuring W=50mm, D=50mm, and H=70mm in the vice with the goal of reducing W and D to 40mm, it should take off 5mm from each side starting from the top. Despite trying a system reset and a complete uninstall and reinstall of Fusion [redacted], the problem persists. I appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter.

I have been using AutoCAD LT [redacted] for several years now. I bought it from an Autodesk dealer and have all the original packaging with the correct model numbers: the Serial number is [redacted]2 and the product key is 057D1. I believe I got these numbers from the dealer in Springfield, Missouri. Recently, I had to replace my hard drive and now I need to reinstall the software. I used the original disk to install the software, but I am having trouble registering it with Autodesk. They have given me a 30-day window to register, after which they might remove the software from my PC. I am willing to pay a fee to get authorization or even purchase an updated version of AutoCAD LT. However, the new versions do not have the AutoCAD LT Classic feature that I prefer. I would like to continue using this old version if possible.

I encountered an issue after launching AutoCAD. Here is the information: Product Registration & Activation Please Wait ......... Product: AutoCAD [redacted] Serial Number: [redacted]4 Request code 80ZN WJU6 7YSF F6X7 RXF3 R4LV 8P82 66CZ The request code appears during the registration/activation process when starting the product. To find it, initiate the product, proceed to the Registration-Activation page, and click Activate. The request code will be shown at the top of the page. It seems there might be a problem with the serial number or product version hindering activation. Product activation is supported for current Autodesk Software versions and some previous ones as well. Ensure you’re using a supported version on a compatible operating system. If the issue persists, double-check your serial number. Check the Top Five Reasons You May Encounter a Serial Number Error During Activation for more assistance.

I am trying to uninstall AutoCAD from my coworker's computer and install it on my own, but I am facing multiple roadblocks. The system is asking for a serial number, even though the AutoDesk support chat mentioned that my subscription should not require it. Unfortunately, the chat representative wasn't able to assist me further. Today, my boss handed me an empty USB drive and instructed me to transfer the software from my coworker's computer to mine, but an empty drive won't achieve that. Moreover, the instructions I received state I should first uninstall the software from the original computer and then deactivate it by opening the software. However, I am puzzled as to how to open the software I just uninstalled.
