I purchased a laptop from Flipkart on 10/10/[redacted] with invoice number FAH[redacted][redacted]. When I set it up after updating Windows, I noticed an issue with the NVIDIA control panel not detecting the graphics card, despite the invoice stating it has a dedicated 4 GB NVIDIA Geforce RTX [redacted]. I observed it showing up correctly after a Windows 11 update (version 22h2), but the problem reappeared after a restart. I need assistance in resolving this issue and any necessary steps to fix it.

I am experiencing problems with the Nvidia GTX [redacted] graphics card on my Asus F15 laptop. Despite my attempts to update it to the latest version, the issue persists. When I check the device manager under display adapters, the Nvidia GeForce GTX [redacted] shows error 43. This error occurs consistently every time I reboot the laptop and check the graphics card status. I am currently using Windows 11. I would greatly appreciate any feedback or advice you may have regarding this issue. Thank you for your help.

I purchased an ASUS gx700vo laptop with a water cooler approximately 7 years ago specifically for gaming. It worked great initially, but after 1-2 years, the cooler malfunctioned, causing continuous beeping when powered on, forcing me to stop gaming and using the cooler. Recently, when playing new games, I noticed significant lag and had to lower the graphical settings for them to be playable, despite having 32GB of RAM and a great CPU. I suspect the lag may be related to the cooler issue.
I am seeking advice on whether the lag can be fixed, possibly related to the cooler problem. Additionally, I am interested in learning if the cooler is repairable and if the beeping can be disabled. Any assistance in resolving these problems would be greatly appreciated.

I own a Zenbook 13 UX 363E with the following serial number: MAN0CX0R79140A.
I am experiencing an issue where the display darkens when accessing certain programs like the device manager or Outlook settings, which then affects how other programs like Firefox or MS Office are displayed.
Despite reinstalling the graphics driver (Intel Iris Xe Graphics version 30.0.[redacted].[redacted]), the problem persists.
I am seeking advice on how to resolve the darkening of the display. Thank you.

I am experiencing an issue with my ASUS laptop camera. It only shows a black screen when I click on the camera icon. I bought the laptop recently and have not been able to get the camera to display any image. The model number is M1502I-RS51 and the serial number is N6N0CV[redacted]24. I haven't attempted any troubleshooting suggestions as I am hesitant to click on unfamiliar settings.

Over the past 8 months, I've had concerns about someone tracking me, initially suspecting an old girlfriend. Upon confronting her, I realized it wasn't her. To educate myself, I delved into learning about Android phones as my only means of communication while homeless since August 24, [redacted]. I've had around 82 phones stolen on the streets. With no access to a computer or tablet, I'm puzzled by how I ended up with a Chromebook, a notebook, and other devices unrelated to Android. I feel overwhelmed by the number of emails and social media accounts created due to phone losses. I seek clarity on being tracked and the involvement of various companies. Any guidance on this matter would be appreciated as I've encountered evasive responses from others in the past.

I recently sent my ASUS Motherboard Prime B560-plus in for repairs, providing a detailed description of the issues I was experiencing. Despite being informed that no problems were found after the repairs, the same issues persist. I have been in communication with ASUS since February 18th, and it is now March 10th. Despite promises of a replacement motherboard from multiple service representatives and contacting [redacted], I have yet to receive a resolution. I have tried to address the two main issues - one channel lacking sound due to a faulty connector block and the intermittent dark video display that resolves after a few minutes - to no avail. I have even considered installing new audio and video cards myself. I am now seeking assistance in contacting someone with the authority to resolve this matter promptly by replacing the motherboard. Thank you. Jim

I bought my extended warranty on March 7, [redacted], but I have yet to receive the invoice or warranty for the payment. Dell, your competitor, provides the same warranty extension promptly within 2 days for a nominal fee. It has been over 45 days now, and I have not received any information about my warranty claim. The expected fulfillment date was April 21, [redacted]. I needed the additional warranty papers to claim reimbursement from my workplace, but due to your delay, I had to cover the full expenses myself.

Hello team,
I need to inform you briefly about my situation with an ASUS laptop from the VivoBook K15 series. Unfortunately, I was in an accident which caused car damage to the laptop beyond repair. I reached out to the ASUS service center to utilize the accidental damage coverage I had purchased when I bought the laptop. However, ASUS rejected my claim abruptly mentioning the absence of a sticker on the back panel. This denial has greatly affected me as the laptop was essential for my studies and business. I have all the necessary evidence to support my case. If any assistance can be provided, it would be much appreciated.
Thank you.

I've been trying to get support for my ASUS notebook (X512D) and have been redirected a few times. I called two different 1-[redacted] numbers and was directed here. I need help with the BIOS and finding a way to bypass or resolve the password prompt that appears when starting up. A family member set the BIOS password years ago and has since forgotten it. I hope I can get this issue resolved and my laptop isn't just useless now. The warranty has expired, and ASUS customer support doesn't seem to prioritize helping in this situation.

At 81 years old, I decided to tackle repairing and upgrading PCs and laptops. Recently, I got a refurbished ASUS UX325E Notebook, and it's the best I've ever used. The speed, OLED screen clarity, lightweight design, and portability impressed me. With my cataracts affecting my eyesight, the screen was exceptionally clear. I believe it surpasses HP and Dell models by a long shot. Even though the latest model is pricey, I'm curious to see how it stacks up, though I doubt much improvement can be made to perfection. Keep up the great work! - Stephen Thomas

I came across an "AA" code on the debug table in my Asus Motherboard User Guide, and it's described as "Reserved for ASL." What does ASL stand for in the Asus manual? It would be helpful if the User Guide included a Glossary of Acronyms and Abbreviations to save time.
In the past, books often had a dedicated page or pages for Acronyms and abbreviations used within the text. Sadly, a considerable number of recent school graduates seem to struggle with reading their own Diplomas.

I purchased a new Asus Vivobook on May 5, [redacted], with Serial Number N9N0CV04Y29636A. After a few days, the touchpad stopped functioning properly. Despite multiple complaints and visits from Asus Service Centre technicians who replaced parts and checked for software issues, the touchpad still doesn't work. Even after replacing the motherboard and touchpad, the issue persists. I have already paid in full for the laptop, and a crucial component like the touchpad not working is unacceptable. I request a refund or a replacement promptly, or I will have to escalate the matter to the consumer court against Asus.

I've had a terrible experience trying to purchase a warranty for my product, which is a few months past its warranty purchase period. There was a glitch in the Asus application that repeatedly showed a "registration error server not responding" message when I tried to submit my device details. I attempted to call customer service but the wait times were much longer than expected, leading me to hang up. Despite updating both the laptop and software numerous times, the issue persisted, preventing me from registering for an extended warranty with the same error message. Today, when I called, I was informed that I couldn't purchase a warranty because I was outside the time period, without any acknowledgment of the technical issue. The agent I spoke to was loud and seemed irritated, as her voice was muffled due to a problem with her device, creating a frustrating interaction with the worst customer representative I've encountered.

Dear Madam/Sir,
I purchased an Asus RoG Strix 15 with the serial number M4NRKD[redacted]67 in June [redacted]. Unfortunately, the motherboard failed by April [redacted], and after requesting a replacement due to the rarity of such an issue in a high-end laptop within a year of purchase, the Asus service center (F1 Solutions and Services in Hyderabad [redacted]) opted for a motherboard replacement.
On September 11th, [redacted], the motherboard failed again, making it two failures within two years. I have persistently requested a more thorough test to determine the recurring issue causing these failures. When contacted by an Asus representative who suggested buying another motherboard for Rs 60,[redacted], I expressed my concern about potential future failures, to which the response lacked the expected reassurance.
The dismissive attitude towards the guarantee of electronic goods from the Asus representative and service center staff is disheartening, especially considering the brand's stature in the tech industry. I am puzzled by Asus's request to invest in replacements without promised reliability. I seek not only a detailed diagnostic report on my laptop's malfunctions but also accountability for the manufacturing defect. Instead of coercing customers into purchasing additional products, Asus should focus on providing technical explanations and standing by the quality of their goods.
