Hello, The base of my A50 keeps disconnecting from my PC, making it unusable. Even when connected with the cable, it disconnects for a few seconds consistently, interrupting normal usage. I've tried switching to a new original cable, changing Windows, and manually installing the Astro A50 drivers, but nothing has fixed the issue. I would like to request a warranty claim or find out where I can locate a repair center for assistance. Thank you for your time.

Hello, I was looking forward to upgrading from the Astro A40 to the Astro A50s, as I've been using their headsets for a long time. However, upon upgrading to the Astro A50, I was very disappointed. Each time I put on the headset, the top part detaches itself and keeps snapping out, making it impossible to keep it in place. I bought the headset this year and really want to continue using this product, but it's uncomfortable to wear for more than a minute without it coming loose. I purchased the headset from Best Buy, but unfortunately, I can't return it since their return policy only allows for returns within 5 days. Can anyone offer assistance with this issue?

Hello! Approximately four years ago, I purchased a $[redacted] wireless headset from your store and was extremely pleased with its performance. After four years of use, the headset unfortunately stopped charging, leading me to purchase a new one. I opted for the A50s priced at $[redacted] before tax. While I found the sound quality to be excellent, I did encounter some challenges with the wireless charging port being finicky. Despite not purchasing the warranty this time, assuming the new headset would last as long as the previous one, I am disheartened to report that after just two months, the A50s have stopped charging altogether. I have tried various troubleshooting methods without success. As a loyal Astro customer who takes great care of my equipment, I am quite frustrated by this unexpected turn of events. I would greatly appreciate any assistance you can offer in resolving this issue. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Two years ago, I purchased the A50 Gen. 4 headset from Amazon. The headset's quality has deteriorated with time. Specifically, the headband has bent and caused screws to come loose, leading to one of the earpieces being loose. I keep having to tighten it periodically. Moreover, crackling noises have been present for a few months, suggesting a loose connection. The headset still works, but its condition is not optimal. I am interested in using the remaining warranty for a replacement or repair. Serial Number: 2129HV045799
