Hello, my name is Ms. LEAHNELL Attwood. I was an Assurance Wireless customer for 9 years until I started experiencing major phone issues. Despite receiving a SIM card and replacement phone, neither solved the problem. After multiple failed attempts to activate the replacement phone, I was asked to return it before getting another one, which I declined. I switched to a different provider, but I now regret it and wish to return to Assurance Wireless with my old phone number. I have been without a phone for almost a month now, feeling discouraged. With almost a decade of loyalty, I expected better treatment. I sincerely ask for help as I don't have access to a computer or phone to check for your reply. Thank you.

I did not sign up for Assurance Wireless. Please cancel my service immediately. I do not have any account number or phone from them, and I have not received any communication or used their service before. Someone has fraudulently used my information, so I request the service be canceled promptly. Unfortunately, I cannot contact Assurance Wireless as I do not have a working phone at the moment.

I am currently using Assurance Wireless Lifeline free service. Initially, I had a UMX phone, but I received an upgrade to a Moto G Pure, which I really liked. Unfortunately, my Moto G Pure broke and is beyond repair. I am attempting to reactivate my UMX phone, but I am encountering an "INVALID IMEI" message when trying to swap phones on my Assurance account. This is confusing as the IMEI was valid before. Additionally, I am receiving error code 16 with the message "a communication error occurred UICC UNLOCK FAIL" when I check the status. I still have the original UMX phone and SIM card, but when I insert either the new or old SIM card in the UMX, I receive a message stating "SIM card not allowed network," and I cannot make calls or send texts. Despite trying network resets and a factory reset, the issue persists. I previously contacted customer service, who dismissed my IMEI concern. Unfortunately, I was using a borrowed phone and had to end the call abruptly. As I am currently without a phone to reach customer service, I am unsure of what steps to take next.

When contacting them over the phone, calls tend to drop frequently. After struggling through eight dropped calls in a row for assistance, my Assurance phone stopped powering on entirely since September 1, [redacted]. Despite charging for what feels like an eternity, the phone remains unresponsive. In need of urgent support, I wish I could access customer service through chat or email as relying solely on phone support is becoming increasingly frustrating due to connectivity issues. It's disappointing that in this modern era, alternative computer-based support options are not available, leaving me feeling stranded without a functional phone to reach out for help.

I've been a loyal assurance wireless customer with the lifeline plan for a few years now. Unfortunately, my internet services got cut off today, even though I can still make phone calls. I have passport as health insurance. I'm confused about this situation. I re-enrolled in the program, hoping my internet services would be restored. I really need this phone as it's the best service I've ever had. Please help me with this issue. Thank you. ❤️

Hello, I'm Alan Coons. I encountered an issue with my Chilaca phone under warranty. After contacting customer service, they promised to send me a new Chilaca phone in exchange for the $22 payment. I returned the faulty Chilaca phone with tracking number [redacted]34 but received a defective refurbished SCHOK phone instead. This replacement phone has issues with brightness fluctuation, battery drainage overnight, and a smaller 16GB capacity compared to Chilaca's 32GB. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the SCHOK phone to customer service agent, Chris, with case ID# [redacted]63, who assured me I would receive either a new Chilaca or Moxee [redacted]. Chris mentioned I would receive an email with tracking information within 2 to 5 days. I am frustrated with Assurance Wireless's handling of the situation and seek a prompt resolution. My phone stopped working after waiting for 4 weeks. I cannot afford to be without a phone again. Can you please send me a working phone or an upgrade that will work? It won't turn on, and when it does, it cuts in and out and drops calls frequently. Leo D. I was on the train and went to the bathroom briefly. When I came back, my phone was charging, and there were five girls nearby. I asked them about my missing phone, and they denied having any knowledge. I was the only one who used the bathroom during that time. I suspect the girls took my phone as I had just bought it from your company four weeks ago, and it was not functioning properly ([redacted]). I informed you that I did not want the [shockv55] model. I refuse to pay for a stolen phone and am requesting a different phone model other than the Shockv55.

My phone's battery only lasts 45 minutes, and I'm experiencing difficulty making calls and accessing the screen. I'm not sure if it's a bug or just time for a new phone. Sometimes I can't make outgoing calls, and if there's an incoming call, the phone shuts down. This issue started a couple of days ago. I've tried contacting Assurance, but I can't reach them, and an email I sent to their assurancewireless.com address bounced back. I really need a new phone sent to me promptly, but reaching them is the challenge.

I need to speak with someone regarding my Assurance Wireless phone. It got damaged yesterday, specifically the screen, leaving me unable to use any functions. I need information on a possible replacement or upgrade. I can only access wifi currently, which doesn't allow me to use phone or text services on another device. My cell phone's screen is completely shattered, rendering the touch screen useless. This phone was a complimentary device that came with my plan from your company, and now I can't utilize it due to the damage caused by a fall from a shelf onto a hardwood floor by a cat. My name is Donna Kay Anderson. I need to transfer my Assurance Wireless number [redacted] to a new Tracfone. Unfortunately, I do not have my Assurance account number. Tracfone has closed my Assurance account, and I have been unable to reach Assurance for assistance. Despite having my PIN, I am unable to retrieve my account number. I need the account number to successfully switch my Tracfone to use my Assurance number [redacted]. I have already spent hours trying to resolve this issue without success. Hello, my name is Annette Payne, and my Assurance Wireless phone number is [redacted]. I transferred my service to you all on September 1st, [redacted]. I have been facing issues with my phone where it occasionally switches to 2G instead of 4G, preventing me from accessing the internet or receiving messages. This has been happening since the transfer. I have tried to rectify it multiple times, including just 5 minutes ago, but the problem persists. I still have my account as I received an email from Assurance Wireless. However, the phone they provided me in February, an Artia ANS, is no longer responsive. After contacting customer service and being offered a replacement for $49.99, I am puzzled as to why a phone under warranty after just a few months would need a paid replacement. I would appreciate assistance in getting a working phone as the only one compatible with my SIM card. While I don't have the funds to purchase a new phone now, I want to ensure I can continue using my account. I am open to suggestions, even if it involves activating an unlocked phone lent by a friend. Your timely response is greatly appreciated. Thank you for your help. - Jeremy

Yesterday, my phone was stolen, and now I'm unable to access my account. It appears that someone changed the password as well. After my phone broke, I ordered a new one on September 7th from the online store. However, due to a recent move, the order was shipped with my old apartment number and got returned to sender. Despite my efforts to reach out via email and phone, I have not received any response from the online store. They charged $[redacted] to my account immediately but have not refunded it or sent me the phone with the correct address. I am in desperate need of assistance as I am at risk of losing my phone service without a functioning device.

I'm having trouble reaching a customer service representative through this phone system. Is there a way to make it easier to speak with a real person? My concern is with an unexpected Google Voice Typing app that has appeared on my phone without my consent. I prefer not to use Google services and find it intrusive that this app is now dictating my typing. Can someone please clarify why this has happened and how I can remove it?

I reported my old phone stolen with the necessary documents, but I haven't received any replacement phones after ordering. The latest attempt sent me a paper application. I'm using my friend's phone to apply online, but I'm unable to get through the national verifier section as it suggests I have another lifeline application, which I don't.

I applied for the Assurance Wireless ACP phone on August 25th, [redacted], and was informed I'd receive it in 5-7 business days. Unfortunately, due to a fire at my mom's apartment building, access to the mailboxes in the hallway is restricted. The address provided for shipping the phone was [redacted] Raleigh St SE #1, Washington, DC [redacted]. How can I arrange to have the phone shipped to a different address? Thank you.
