On June 24, [redacted], I was approved for an upgraded replacement phone as my old one had stopped working completely. Nearly two weeks later, I still have not received the replacement despite numerous calls where I received different stories each time. Even though my warranty was still valid, the customer service has been disrespectful towards my mom and me. They seem to belittle customers, joking and laughing at our expense. I possess a tracking number proving my approval, yet they keep giving me excuses. I urgently need my replacement phone as they have restricted my old one, leaving me without a phone for weeks. I am frustrated and at a loss dealing with this company's unhelpful attitude. I simply want the replacement phone I was promised and hope for a respectful resolution soon in the USA.

I recently acquired an Assurance Wireless phone from the government, but unfortunately, it was stolen from my grocery cart last week. I've been trying to contact customer service multiple times, but without the phone number, I'm unable to proceed past the automated system to speak with a representative. My alternate phone number is area code [redacted], and my name is Erin Miracle. You can reach me at [redacted] I'm looking to cancel the stolen phone to prevent any unauthorized use and inquire about the possibility of receiving a replacement phone. I would really appreciate it if someone could reach out to me via phone or email to guide me on the next steps. Thank you for your assistance.

I recently discovered that the upgraded phone I was supposedly sold for $25 turned out to be a scam after 5 months. When I contacted customer service, they shifted blame and failed to address the issue properly. The independent contractor involved, associated with Search Wireless and T-Mobile, was disrespectful and unhelpful. Their dismissive attitude and lack of resolution have been frustrating. It's disappointing to be misled and then accused of lying when trying to seek help. This experience has made me question the integrity of Assurance Wireless and T-Mobile, as well as the so-called "independent contractors" they work with. I believe others may have faced similar situations and need to speak out. My interactions with customer service have been unproductive, and the lack of accountability is concerning. I hope by sharing my story, more people will become aware of these issues. #AssuranceWireless #TMobile #CaliforniaLifeline #UnlawfulBusinessPractices.

I bought what I thought was an upgraded phone for $25, but it turned out to be a scam. After 5 months, I realized I was deceived. When I contacted customer service, they blamed me and dismissed my complaint. Even though the independent contractor is affiliated with a search wireless and T-Mobile, no one seems eager to resolve this issue. I have a recording of a representative being condescending toward me, which was upsetting. I paid for an upgraded phone, only to receive a basic one. Customer service's lack of accountability is unacceptable. I want a refund, the upgraded phone I paid for, and an apology from the CEO. It's frustrating not getting any resolution after 5 months. I hope they take responsibility and rectify this situation. #assurancewireless #tmobile #californialifeline #independentcontractor #LieCheatSteal

I'm using Assurance Wireless as my cell phone carrier, and I received a short code stating that my email address for this account has changed on 07/04/23. The notification abruptly stops after mentioning the change, providing me no further information. I did not change my email address, so I need to reach out to rectify this issue. The communication I received seems unprofessional and incomplete, leaving me unsure of what action to take next.

I need help transferring my Assurance Wireless account back to my Spectrum internet provider. I’ve been trying to contact Assurance since I found out it was removed from my Spectrum account. I received the free phone and service from a sales representative outside of Ross in Milwaukee, WI last week, on 6/27/23. The sales rep was a black male of average height, accompanied by a slightly shorter heavy-set white male. I made it clear to the rep that I did not want anything through ACP as I already have it with my internet provider, Spectrum. Despite this, he proceeded with the application for other free services claiming they were available. I would like to transfer my ACP (Affordable Connectivity Plan). The Assurance phone number is [redacted]. This is also a complaint regarding the false information and service provided. My name is Asia Grudowski, and I reside in Milwaukee, WI [redacted].

I had a service appointment with your company about a month ago. One of the staff members suggested that if I canceled my service and waited until June 30th to call back, I could receive a free upgraded phone and service. Upon following these instructions, I was informed my service wasn't canceled and needed to wait a few more days to reapply online for the promotion. After a series of delays, I finally received the new phone, only to find it inferior to my previous one. My old phone number was not transferred, the data isn't working, and calls are being wrongly reported as disconnected. I still wish to acquire the promised upgraded phone. I was assured our conversation was recorded as proof. I'm in a tight financial situation looking after my twins, so I can't afford to purchase a new phone.

I am currently using Assurance Wireless. My phone's screen turned blue after just 2 days, rendering it unusable. Although Assurance Wireless provided me with a replacement phone with a SIM card in it, I was instructed to activate the SIM card upon receiving it. Unfortunately, when I tried to do so, Assurance Wireless redirected me to T-Mobile, who in turn sent me to another company. This back-and-forth has left me frustrated, as I am now trying to activate the SIM card in the new phone. I kindly request assistance with this matter.

Hello, I recently contacted Assurance from my Meijer store phone that is currently not working properly. I experienced issues like not being able to make calls and losing internet connection. The customer service agent mentioned that a new phone would arrive in 5-7 days but suggested I hang up and wait 10 minutes to make calls until then. However, the temporary fix only worked for a short time before the phone went offline again. In the past day and a half, the phone can only make emergency calls. This situation is urgent for me as I just got out of the hospital and need to contact my doctor and pharmacy. Unfortunately, I am unable to return to the library where I am sending this email from. I also tried seeking help at T-Mobile, but they indicated they cannot assist with Assurance. Could my current phone be fixed temporarily until the replacement arrives, and when can I expect the new phone? Your prompt assistance is greatly appreciated.

I recently acquired an Assurance Wireless phone, but unfortunately, after a short time, the charging port stopped working. I decided to purchase a new phone, but to my dismay, the same issue occurred within a week. Despite reaching out for help, they refused to take any responsibility for the problem. They suggested that to have a better quality phone, I should buy my own unlocked device and activate it with their service. This leaves me with the choice of purchasing the unlocked phone or risking another faulty device by paying $20 for shipping fees. The program is meant to assist those who cannot afford a monthly phone bill, but my experience has been anything but helpful. I recommend exploring alternatives to Assurance Wireless to avoid the frustrations I encountered.

My friend Claudia is looking for a reliable and user-friendly device with the ability to handle multiple production cycles effectively. She, like many others, values simplicity and functionality. Initially, the offer seemed to include a free phone and comprehensive services. However, upon signing the application, there was no phone included, and the data plan was basic. This discrepancy was quite concerning. We simply want Claudia to have a good phone with the airtime and data package we thought we were getting. Thank you for your attention to this matter. We hope for a positive resolution for all involved.

Assurance Wireless supposedly delivered a phone to me on June 13, [redacted], but I never received it. I contacted customer service over a week ago, and they told me to file a report. I have the report number but not a physical copy. What should be my next course of action? Should I call them back and provide the report number again?

I am experiencing issues with Assurance Wireless. I have received three phones from them, all registered under someone else's name. As a result, I cannot make any changes or updates to the phones because they are not in my name. Despite providing personal information like ID, social security, credit card, and Medicaid numbers to get approved for the phones, they are always registered to someone else. This has caused problems when trying to get a new phone from other companies who see I already have a phone with Assurance Wireless. I need this issue resolved as it appears someone else is using a phone registered in their name but under my account. I will be reaching out to the corporate office to address this matter. Thank you. - Christina Brown

I recently received a letter promising me an upgrade within 5-10 working days, but I have yet to receive anything. Despite making numerous calls and being assured that the upgrade is on its way, nothing has materialized. It has been a frustrating experience dealing with unfulfilled promises and unhelpful customer service representatives. My current phone, which I received two years ago, is barely functional as it freezes, shuts off, and fails to scroll properly. I am at a loss as to how to obtain the promised upgrade and receive the assistance I need. How can I access reliable customer service and receive the upgrade that was promised to me in the letter?

My ANS Artia's charging port only works when I push the cord downwards and wrap it around from the back to the front. Despite trying 5 different cords and chargers, it takes 30 minutes to charge up to 58%. This issue is causing me setbacks with responsibilities and appointments. I need a better upgrade or even a trade-in option to resolve this frustrating charging problem. It's hindering my ability to get things done. I am in urgent need of a new phone to improve my situation as soon as possible.

Hello, I am Annette Payne. I am unable to access the web on my phone. I have been receiving letters about a possible service suspension. I have contacted customer service twice, and they assured me the issue would be resolved promptly. However, the problem persists as I cannot log in with my PIN. I need this matter rectified urgently to avoid switching to a different phone provider.

Good afternoon. I have been trying to reach customer service for about four days now. I finally got through, but I have been unable to access my internet service for the same period. After transferring my phone number from Troops Connect to your service, I've had no internet access. Despite the application being approved, the internet is still not working. I have unlimited talk and text but nothing for the internet. I've been contacting support all week without a resolution. I hope to get this matter resolved promptly. Thank you.

I am still unable to make calls as my phone keeps showing as not connected. Why are phones with so many issues sent out? I can't even contact customer service. This phone is terrible, and it's risky to rely on it for emergencies. I won't pay another $10 for shipping a replacement. From day one, this phone has been problematic. Even after speaking with a representative, we couldn't resolve the issue. This is the second faulty phone I've received. I will inform others that getting a phone from this company may prevent reaching medical assistance when necessary. It's frustrating that some individuals receive free high-end phones while as a veteran, I receive a device that could leave me helpless in an emergency. I don't blame the employees as they are doing their best, but the company's management is disappointing. Apologies for the complaints, but this situation is concerning and puts me in a dangerous position. Wishing you all a peaceful week. ☮️✌️

I have experienced ongoing issues with my phone since I got it. The device freezes, the home button doesn't work, and the screen sensitivity is poor. Sometimes I can't even access my text messages. I have tried calling for help but was told they can't assist me because I'm using the same phone to call. As I live alone, this phone is my only means of communication. It's frustrating dealing with these problems constantly. The phone in question is an Orbic model. I simply want a phone that functions properly. My contact details are: Kimberly Adcock, [redacted], [redacted], [redacted] Highmont Dr, Ferguson, MO [redacted]. I hope to resolve this issue soon.

I allowed my neighbor to borrow my Assurance Wireless phone, but they have not returned it. Unfortunately, I am unable to provide my phone number for contacting Assurance Wireless as I do not have it memorized. I have attempted various options on the automated phone system, but they all require entering the phone number, which I do not have. I would appreciate guidance on how to resolve this issue, as I simply want to deactivate the stolen phone and request a new one. Thank you for any assistance in advance.
