I am experiencing an issue with my refund. I need assistance as I cannot find a way to contact customer service. I returned several products and only kept two items, but the refund amount I received is incorrect. The subtotal for the returned items was £[redacted], and I should be refunded £[redacted]. I had an upsetting experience today with Yodel. My package was left half-open on the street without a proper delivery attempt. Hello, I have encountered an issue with my delivery for order [redacted]75, which was supposed to arrive on the 29th of January following dispatch on the 26th. However, it has not been delivered as indicated due to a reported traffic incident which caused a delay. Upon reviewing my account, I have noticed several discrepancies that are concerning. For instance, on the previous order [redacted]60, there is an item that I did not purchase nor receive, but was charged for. Orders such as [redacted]02, [redacted]00, [redacted]68, and [redacted]59 also appear to be unauthorized as I have no recollection of placing them. This situation has become quite perplexing and I am alarmed by these charges and undelivered items. I placed an order with ASOS in November, but it never reached me due to an error with my previous address. Despite reaching out to customer service multiple times, the issue remains unresolved as they continue to transfer me between representatives without understanding the situation. I was assured a refund, which has not been processed until now. The order was for trousers, a knitted top, and brown boots under the name Katie Stewart, with the delivery address being [redacted] Union Grove, Aberdeen, AB10 6TR. I have since moved to East o Eden Cottage, Knockhill of Nydie, Strathkinness, St. Andrews, KY16 9SL. It is disappointing that such a reputable company like ASOS is unable to handle a simple refund efficiently. I urge ASOS to expedite the refund process for the undelivered goods.

Yesterday, I attempted to place my first order with your company, but my payment card was declined. Unfortunately, the system didn't redirect me to update the payment method and instead canceled my order. When I tried again today, I encountered issues with my password, leading to my account being locked twice. I have sent back items to ASOS, which are registered in my returns items in my account, but Klarna is charging me for them as received. The online customer care is unhelpful, lacking a contact number for assistance. I need someone to confirm my returns with ASOS to resolve the issue promptly.

I made a return on January 26, [redacted], but it appears that not all items have been acknowledged or refunded, resulting in an overcharge on my Klarna account. Klarna indicates I owe a credit of £48. I will attach a document detailing the itemized cost of my order ([redacted]22) post-discount, along with a highlighted list of items I kept and returned. Despite returning items, the refund I received does not cover everything I sent back. I informed a representative via live chat, but they couldn't confirm which items were refunded. It's possible there was confusion as I reordered some items in different sizes later, which were refunded upon return. When I tried to create a return label at the UPS drop-off location, I encountered an issue where it kept generating the same label. The UPS worker suggested combining both packages under one tracking number to ensure they weren't lost. However, I have only been refunded for one of the jackets so far. I recently made a purchase on Asos for £[redacted].49 using PayPal pay in 3. After paying the first instalment of £53.83, I noticed that the order was not showing in my Asos account. When I contacted customer care, they informed me that without an order number, I would have to wait for a refund. Communication was challenging as I could only chat online with an agent whose first language was not English. It took several messages to make them understand my issue, adding to my frustration. I have been a loyal Asos customer but now worry about the support I may receive if issues arise. The lack of an apology for this system error only added to my disappointment. I now have to wait for a refund before reordering, delaying the arrival of my eagerly anticipated items. The customer service experience has left me extremely dissatisfied.

I recently placed an order for clothing to my previous student housing, but upon trying to retrieve it from the office, I discovered that my parcel had been stolen. Hello, I'm trying to reach out regarding an issue with my order. I'm located in Bosnia. My order, received on December 31st, had the wrong size as it was a gift. I followed the return instructions provided. I shipped the order back using the return label provided. However, the tracking information shows a delivery failure due to the origin not being found. This was done on January 27th. I have screenshots of the tracking number and a confirmation document from my local postal service (in Bosnian). I will send pictures of the package once it's returned to me so we can resolve any issues that may have caused this.

Hello, My granddaughter is your client. I requested her to order a pair of size 9 slippers to be sent to my son residing in Bradford West Yorkshire, providing his telephone number. Unfortunately, the courier left the parcel at the entrance door in the porch over the window near the letterbox, as indicated in the photo. This careless behavior is unprofessional and irresponsible. Despite assurances of an investigation after my granddaughter raised a complaint, we are still waiting for updates. Initially, there was a promise to investigate, then to resend the parcel. However, upon requesting cancellation, another investigation was mentioned since May 1st. We are eager to know the outcome. The photo clearly shows the parcel left near a rubbish bag, easily accessible to anyone passing by. Your attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I am having an issue with a return. I ordered a shipment, but not all the items matched, so I needed to return it. I completed the return documents and went to the nearby post office. However, when I tried to return the shipment using the provided code, I was assigned a small size door (S) at the post office instead of the necessary large door (L) for my return package. The post office indicated that the shipment had been sent back, even though it was still in my possession.
