I made a purchase on November 26 when the item was heavily discounted. Last week, I reached out to ASOS through their chat function to inquire about the status of my order, as I had not yet received it. I recently got an email informing me of a refund for the amount I paid. However, I noticed that the item I bought is currently in stock. I would prefer to have the item shipped to me again. If I have to place a new order, the cost will be almost double what I originally paid. It was not my fault that the initial order was not delivered to me.

I have been monitoring the tracking for the past two weeks, and it has not been updated since Dec 12th, indicating that it might be lost. I have been eagerly awaiting my ASOS parcel and was provided with the tracking number T00B8A[redacted]. I live in postcode AL7XE. I placed my order on 6/12/21 with standard delivery that should have arrived within 3-5 working days. Unfortunately, despite receiving an email from ASOS indicating that my order has been delivered, I have not yet received it. After tracking my parcel, I discovered there is a delay. I am concerned as this item is a Christmas present. I hope you can provide me with information on the whereabouts of my package.

I have been eagerly awaiting my order since Saturday, 18th December, when it was supposed to be delivered via next day shipping. Sadly, my parcel has been held up with Hermes since the 18th, with no progress reflected on the tracking information. I have been unsuccessful in reaching either your customer service or Hermes for an update. I wanted to inquire about Order No. [redacted]05 with tracking number T00B8A[redacted]. My order was split into two parts. The first part was delivered on December 15th. However, the second part, according to the tracking number, was supposed to be delivered on the same day, but Hermes couldn't find a safe place for delivery. Despite this, Hermes was supposed to come on three separate days, but their tracking system seems to show no activity since December 15th. I've been trying to contact Hermes myself, but haven't been able to reach them despite multiple attempts over a week. I am unsure of the whereabouts of my parcel as it has not been delivered. I need assistance with returning an item I purchased through Paypal on December 5th. I don't believe I had an ASOS account. I have the invoice ID [redacted]05. When trying to create a return, I clicked "forgot my password" for ASOS to send me a password reset link to my email [redacted], but I haven't received it (checked junk/spam and resent multiple times). Today, I created a new account with the same email, which suggests I didn't have an account before. How can I proceed with the return without an existing account tied to the purchase? I recently purchased a package from ASOS with expedited shipping. However, upon receiving the item, I discovered multiple issues. I have been trying to contact their customer service through online chat daily, without success. The emails I sent were returned due to inactive accounts. The problems with my order are as follows:

I encountered an issue with my recent orders from ASOS. I placed two separate orders, one for two pairs of jeans on January 9th, [redacted] (Order #[redacted]56) and another for a North Face Jacket on January 10th, [redacted] (Order #[redacted]99). I selected expedited two-day shipping for the jeans. After receiving an email confirming the shipment of the jeans with a UPS tracking number, I checked the tracking information on UPS.com, which only showed that a shipping label was created with no estimated delivery date. Despite waiting two days, there were no further tracking updates. On the delivery date of January 11th, [redacted], the package had not moved beyond the label creation stage. Contacting UPS revealed they had not received the package from ASOS. Attempts to reach ASOS via their website's live chat, Instagram, and Twitter were unsuccessful. Numerous complaints on social media about undelivered orders or refunds left me concerned. I am eager to receive my orders or a refund but struggle to communicate with ASOS for a resolution.

I would like to return 4 items to Asos. One of them needs a different size, while the other 3 require a refund. I started ordering before Christmas, but my son, Sam C., took over, and he can't access his account to organize the return via 'My Orders' because he can't access his emails for some reason. I am a long-time customer who has been receiving next-day delivery from HERMES when purchasing yearly delivery. However, on January 19th, the delivery did not arrive as scheduled. I purchased a Homecom glass-fronted fire on January 19, [redacted], and it was delivered on January 21, [redacted]. After fitting it to the wall, it made a loud noise, like the fan hitting glass or metal, so it was turned off immediately. I reported the issue, sent a video as requested, and received confirmation on January 24, [redacted]. The options given were to arrange my own repairs for a 30% refund or send it back for inspection. I needed a fast replacement due to a holiday booking, which is why I chose your Company. I requested an urgent replacement by January 27, [redacted], or a refund, but I have not received a reply yet. Dear Asos Customer Service,
I am reaching out to address a discrepancy with my order number [redacted]03 that was returned but not fully refunded. When I received the package in November [redacted], it was meant to contain four specific items:
- 1 Topshop Y2K flare jeans (W32)
- 2 ASOS DESIGN co-ord wide leg trousers
- 1 Bershka flare jean (EU 38)
However, upon opening the package, I found the following items instead:
- 1 Topshop Y2K flare jeans (W32)
- 1 ASOS DESIGN co-ord wide leg trouser (only one instead of two)
- 1 Bershka flare jean (EU 38)
- 1 incorrect item, a knitted dress in size XS that I did not order
I have returned all items except for one ASOS DESIGN co-ord wide leg trouser, so three items were sent back. I believe the refund should include an additional 20.44€ to cover the third item I returned. I kindly request your assistance in ensuring the full refund for my returned order.

I am filing this complaint about my recent order experience with you and the treatment I have received as a customer. I made a purchase on 22/10/[redacted], which arrived on 23/10/[redacted]. Upon opening the package, I noticed one of the coats I ordered was missing. After contacting Asos customer service, they initially offered a refund due to the item being out of stock in my size. Later, I received an email stating they wouldn't refund me as issues with orders are rare. Surprised by this, I sought help from my bank, but Asos insisted I request a refund through them, even though they mentioned not replying to such emails. Disappointed by the treatment, I returned the other items on 26/10/[redacted], but despite proof of delivery, I had to follow up multiple times to get my refund processed. Hello, I am currently experiencing difficulties with getting a refund from Klarna. I typically use live chat to contact Asos, but it appears to be unavailable at the moment. I have also tried emailing Asos, but only received an automated response. As I prefer not to use Facebook, Snapchat, or Instagram for personal reasons, I am unsure how else to reach Asos without having to provide my information to third-party social media platforms. I paid £23.20 for order [redacted]45-[redacted]75. However, you only refunded me £19.20. The Consumer Contracts Regulations [redacted] require you to refund the original £4 postage costs according to distance selling regulations. I have returned the item within 24 hours due to poor quality and improper fit. As mentioned in The Guardian article, Asos states they will ensure the correct refund process is followed when an order isn't eligible for free delivery. I anticipate the £4 postage costs to be reimbursed promptly in compliance with the law and your own policy.

I received a delivery on Friday, January 28, but it was allegedly left 'on the porch,' even though I do not have one. I got home at 8 pm and did not find the parcel. The Hermes tracking site only shows a photo of the front doorstep with the parcel. It was not left securely when I was expecting it to be taken for redelivery since I was not home. I have checked with my neighbors and the property perimeter but found nothing. I've been trying to contact Hermes, but it has been challenging as I keep getting transferred between representatives without any real assistance.
