I recently purchased an iPhone 12 Pro Max and encountered issues transferring data from my previous iPhone 6. Subsequently, some apps, including my email account, did not fully download on the new device. Because I switched phones, I got logged out of some accounts and now can't recall the passwords. Unfortunately, the old phone is deactivated, preventing me from accessing emails on it. Regrettably, the new phone isn't granting me access to my emails either. My name is Cherie Rosas, and I recently discovered unauthorized charges on my account. It turns out my granddaughter has been using my phone to make purchases while watching Kids YouTube. I was unaware of this and only noticed when my account balance became low. I have already addressed the issue with my granddaughter, who is no longer allowed to use Kids YouTube. Being on a strict budget due to receiving SSI/DISABILITY, I am requesting a refund for the following unauthorized charges: 1. April 20th, [redacted] - $16.75 for merchandise 2. April 15th, [redacted] - $75.21 for merchandise 3. April 5th, [redacted] - $27.02 unknown charge 4. My mid-[redacted] MacBook Pro currently runs on Sierra (10.12.6), and both Chrome and Safari frequently crash. The computer also restarts itself unexpectedly. Each time Chrome crashes, it displays an "Oh snap! Error code 5" message without further details. I suspect the issue might resolve if I update the Mac OS, but the App Store updates section shows a webpage-like display instead of the usual interface, preventing me from checking for updates. The text on this page repeats "Checking for updates... No Updates Available" multiple times. Additionally, it also lists "Show Incompatible App Updates" with no relevant updates visible. My previous iPhone 6S Plus was stolen a week ago when I activated Lost Mode on iCloud. Despite reporting it as offline, it was still online when it was taken. Initially, I could use my Apple password to enable Lost Mode, but now, even after changing my password, I can't access it to erase the device. I'm tired of constantly dealing with passwords for all my apps. After restoring my new phone from iCloud, some accounts didn't transfer properly, leaving me unable to access services like YouTube and YouTube Red. Google requires verification on my old phone, which I no longer have. I could retrieve data from iCloud through my carrier but Apple isn't recognizing my passwords to delete my old phone from settings. My son, a knowledgeable engineer, has tried to help, but he's busy. I hope Apple has someone more expert who can assist me, a loving older mother, in resolving these issues.

Hi, I recently had an experience at the Apple store in Braintree that I need to address. I was denied service for a technical support appointment for not wearing a mask, even though I have an exemption. I feel this is discrimination and against the law. I believe that there is no evidence of a deadly virus or pandemic, and thus, masks should not be mandatory. Public health guidance is not the same as the law, and Apple should not be able to deny service based on mask-wearing preferences. I have been waiting at the store for my grocery bag that I left behind. When speaking to staff, there was some confusion, and I was told conflicting information. The manager said they would bring my bag but hasn't returned yet. Additionally, I had an unpleasant interaction with the Genius Bar employee who unnecessarily had me turn off my Find My iPhone. Finally, after a long wait, my bag was returned in a condition that I was not satisfied with, and the whole experience was disappointing. I will not be returning to this store and would like my upcoming appointment to be canceled.

I am seeking assistance with repairing two iPads. The first one is an older model, MD515LL/A WIFI-Fi 64GB, Model A1458. The second one is an iPad Pro (10.5-inch) WI-FI + Cellular 64GB (VZW), Model A1709. Unfortunately, both iPads are disabled because my ex-boyfriend changed the passcodes. Moreover, he altered the Gmail passwords associated with my Apple ID, further restricting access. The second iPad Pro has a damaged screen that remains unresponsive despite being fully charged. This prevents me from entering the passcode to unlock the device. I am unable to reset passwords or access iCloud due to the changed Gmail passwords and lack of access to the trusted phone number. For the past few months, I have been unable to access the App Store or update my apps. I reached out to Apple tech support via a number provided by Consumer Cellular, and despite speaking with multiple representatives and even a supervisor, along with following various troubleshooting steps including handing over control of my phone, the issue remains unresolved. At 70 years old, I am not technologically adverse, but the process of waiting on hold while subjected to poor music and news is stressful. Resolving this problem is crucial for me to continue using my phone effectively, or I may consider switching back to an Android device. I am preparing for a nomadic journey in my RV where reliable connectivity is essential for my writing career and upcoming YouTube channels. I am contemplating switching from Consumer Cellular to Verizon but wish to retain my familiar iPhone X. I would greatly appreciate a personal call with guidance on how to fix this issue.

In [redacted], 18,[redacted] tenge was mistakenly withdrawn from my payment card for a subscription my children signed up for without my knowledge. I have reached out to FLO application support and Apple support three days ago, but unfortunately, they have not refunded the money yet. I checked the application status, which showed "returned." I recently switched back to an iPhone after using Android for 8 years and encountered some frustrations with the setup process. Initially, the data transfer using the iOS app was slow, even with our fast fiber optic internet. Mid-setup, I received a notification from Apple that caused the phone to freeze, preventing me from signing in or accessing anything. Unable to visit a local Genius Bar, I had to contact tech support for a hard reset on the new phone and start the data transfer from scratch. This ordeal took multiple calls and three days without using my phone. Despite only using a small portion of the 256GB of memory on my iPhone 12 MaxPro, I keep receiving iCloud storage notifications due to limited free space. Given the high cost of the phone, it's disappointing to face this issue. I wonder if there is an option on the device to back up data to another cloud service instead of paying for additional iCloud storage.

I keep experiencing issues with my apps, like Linko, where some features and music are missing. I was told this might be because I removed my credit card from the account. Despite not having a credit card, my two Apple cell phones are registered under my daughter's name due to a family plan she manages. I attempted to set up Apple Pay on my phone but encountered issues. Without my knowledge, a friend linked his email to my phone, granting access to my Cash App account and enabling Apple Pay. Subsequently, my phone was stolen. As a result, my important emails and business accounts were compromised, with passwords and security answers changed. I need help with an issue related to the Miniclip application pool. I have encountered a problem where I am losing my turns and game progress due to connectivity issues, which eventually leads to me losing my purchased in-app coins. This issue has become frequent and is affecting my gameplay negatively. I believe this is unfair and akin to unauthorized charges, forcing me to make additional in-app purchases. I recently visited a plant store where a lovely young lady recommended an app called Picture This. She mentioned that it could identify plants when you take a picture with your iPhone Xr. Initially, I thought it was free, but then realized it had a 7-day trial period with a strict cancellation policy. Feeling overwhelmed by the tech aspects, I attempted to cancel today but was directed to iTunes. I'm unsure who to contact to ensure a complete disengagement from the app since it provided a Hong Kong address for inquiries. Despite my confusion, upon checking my Purchase History, it only displayed Picture This with a listing of $0.00.

I purchased a MacBook Air 13 from Reliance Digital in Bilaspur on June 26, [redacted]. I am Aniesha Sanjana Jacob, a clinical counselor at TLM Hospital in India. I need to file a formal complaint because just two days after buying the MacBook, I noticed mechanical issues with the lid. Despite my busy schedule, I reported the problem to Reliance Digital on the fourth day. They informed me that they would only replace it if it was a major and genuine issue. The MacBook was sent to the Apple Authorized Service Center in Raipur, and Mr. Satish Bharane confirmed a genuine issue with it. However, Reliance Digital is hesitant to replace it, citing Apple's alleged policy changes. I contacted Apple support online and was advised by Mr. Shikhar Malhotra from Apple in Delhi, who clarified that there is a 14-day replacement policy for customers who bought products directly from Apple or Apple stores. Since I purchased from Reliance Digital, I urge them to honor this policy and replace my MacBook Air 13 to avoid further inconvenience as a healthcare worker.

The details used on the iPhone were Apple ID: [redacted], Password: Kutlwano1989. Unfortunately, I do not have the serial numbers. I am in Botswana and seeking assistance in tracing my iPhone. Every month for an extended period now, $15.40 has been charged to my account by Apple under the name "Johnny Appleseed." I am unaware of the reason for this payment, and it seems fraudulent. Despite my attempts to email Apple about it, I have not received a response. Unfortunately, I cannot reach a person at Apple for assistance. As a senior on a fixed income, I urgently require a refund. I have attached a screenshot of the individual named John Appleseed, who seems to be scamming me using the email address [redacted] I remain clueless about this situation and would greatly appreciate any assistance with resolving it promptly.

I have noticed recurring charges on my bank statement from apple.com totaling $10.88 for the past three months. I have never set up an Apple ID and only approved one $10.88 charge in May [redacted]. Despite this, multiple unauthorized charges have been made in June and July [redacted], including two charges on July 27, [redacted]. I have attempted to resolve this with Apple but to no avail. I am seeking a full refund for all unauthorized charges and demand accountability for whoever is responsible. It is unfair that I may need to cancel my card due to unauthorized transactions. Apple.com must rectify this situation and take appropriate action against those unlawfully using my card.
