I bought a pair of pants from an Ann Taylor store in Boston that shrank a lot after following the washing instructions. When I contacted customer service, I was told to return the item to a store as there is no online option available. I requested to speak with a supervisor but was denied as they would give the same response. The closest store is over 80 miles away, and I find it frustrating that there isn't an alternative like a prepaid return envelope.

I am interested in exchanging the items I bought from Ann Taylor's website. However, I am struggling to find any information on how to do so. Despite numerous attempts to reach their customer service by phone, I have not been able to speak to an actual representative and feel frustrated with the lack of assistance. I am hesitant to use their email or chat services as it seems they cannot help with placing orders. As I live in a rural area, driving an hour to exchange items purchased online defeats the purpose of online shopping. It is disappointing that a reputable company like Ann Taylor does not provide better customer service for online exchanges. I would appreciate a more straightforward process to exchange the three garments I bought for a smaller size.

I am extremely disappointed with your service. I have been trying to contact customer service with no success. I made an order 2 days ago with order number [redacted] and used a coupon you sent via mail that is valid until Oct. 23. The coupon was for 50% off one full-price item at Ann Taylor.com with the code ALLINYH9NP3Q. However, when I proceeded to checkout and entered my credit card information, the discount was not reflected, and I was charged the full amount. Please review my order and apply the discount as promised, or I will have to return the order due to this error on your end. It is frustrating to receive coupons that aren't honored. I eagerly await your prompt response.

Regarding Order [redacted]76 placed on 5/21/20, I purchased seven tops from their website, five of which were labeled as "final sale, no returns." Three of the boatneck luxe tees I received in PM size had incorrect sizing, measuring 30 inches at the bust instead of the advertised 35.5 inches. One of the items (Item [redacted]) came with stains. Despite emailing twice on 6/2 and 6/4 to [redacted], detailing my concerns as per their 24-hour response policy, I have not received any reply. I also tried online chat but had to wait over an hour without reaching a customer service agent. Even though the items were final sale, their descriptions did not mention any defects or being seconds. I wish to return the faulty items for a refund but have been unable to get assistance so far.

I purchased the Foresthill Ascent Heather Turtleneck for my daughter, but unfortunately, it doesn't fit her. I would like to return the item.
