I was informed that my package was delivered recently and signed for by the receptionist. However, upon checking with the front office, they mentioned that they did not sign for any packages, and multiple residents have had similar issues with missing deliveries on the same day. This weekend, my wife's debit card was charged $[redacted].38. We believe this may be for an annual prime membership, but we do not have one. Our daughter, who resides with us, has a monthly membership. Upon investigating, we discovered a similar charge last year. Kindly refund the funds to our checking account. Your records will show we have never used a prime membership.

I am writing from the Oconee County Board of Commissioners Property Appraisal office regarding an order I made on Amazon last week under order #[redacted]-[redacted]. In the order, I bought a 3 lb bag of Hershey Kisses with silver wrapping. However, upon receiving the order today, I noticed that the Hershey Kisses are stale while the rest of the candy is fine. I purchased a VU TV from Amazon on October 8, [redacted], and it was delivered on October 11, [redacted]. During the installation, the Amazon team noticed a broken panel inside the TV. I have not received my iron order yet. The tracking ID is AW[redacted]71IN. It's frustrating that when we pay using cash on delivery, the delivery is prompt, but when we pay online, we are asked to download Avvaldesk, which seems unnecessary. The mistake seems to be on the company's end. Please arrange for a refund promptly within 2 days. It is the company's responsibility to handle this efficiently and refund the payment or deliver the order. If not resolved, I will consider ordering from Amazon next time.

I had to leave my home because of domestic violence. I've asked for my Amazon account to be canceled as my abusive husband is ordering Prime movies on my account without permission. I placed an order for the KOCHIKAME Kids Sleeveless Multicolor Vest (baniyan) for Boys/Unisex (Pack of 6) with Tracking ID: [redacted]78 on 11 October [redacted]. However, when the package arrived on 18.10.[redacted], there was only one piece of the child's baniyan instead of the whole set. I immediately initiated a return on the same day, but the delivery man refused to accept the packet due to the missing items. I am disappointed with the service and feel cheated. I have requested an exchange of my old iPhone for a new one during the recent Great Indian Sale. I need to transfer the eSIM from my old phone to the new iPhone. However, no delivery agent is willing to wait for 10-15 minutes to allow me to transfer the eSIM from the old iPhone to the new one. This is because the eSIM can only be transferred from one iPhone to another iPhone, not an Android phone. I require the delivery agent to hand me the new phone after verifying the old phone, let me transfer the eSIM, and then take the old phone for the exchange.

Dear Team, I am experiencing the same issue for the 3rd or 4th time. Despite having a Prime membership, my orders are consistently delayed. I feel that the way your team is treating me is worse than a regular customer. I am completely disappointed with your service. I have been facing incompetence from your company recently. I am frustrated that I used to access Amazon from both my iPhone and computer, but now I cannot. This inconvenience has left me feeling completely disgusted. When I try to access Amazon on my computer, it redirects me to the iPhone version, which is not what I want.
