I purchased one pillow, but I received two pillows in separate orders. I need to return the extra pillow as they do not match the description and I cannot use them. The challenge is I want to send both pillows back in the same box they arrived in, as it is difficult for me to manage multiple packages due to my age. Despite multiple phone calls, I haven't received assistance. I never authorized the second pillow or its payment. I have received a refund already, I only require the mailing label as I do not own a printer. Please provide the label so I can return the items promptly. Thank you for your help. Jacqueline C.

1. During my recent trip, I noticed that my Kindle Paperwhite library on the device is missing most of the books I purchased. I have an Excel sheet with all the titles. How can I recover the missing books? Could this loss be due to the Kindle not being fully charged, or is there another reason? I'm not very tech-savvy, so please provide clear instructions on what steps to take. Thank you. 2. I recently received two copies of "Time's Convert" by Deborah Harkness and only need one. Can I return the extra copy? If so, what is the process? I still have the original shipping envelope. 3. I am seeking printed instructions on how to use my Kindle as I receive too many ads and review requests. I would like to directly access my list of books when I open the device. Thank you. -Conway H.

I placed an order for a Powerland PD2000 generator on Amazon before Hurricane Florence, but discovered it was from a third-party seller only after purchase. Due to its delayed arrival, I bought a generator locally. Amazon accepted the return but wants me to pay $[redacted] for shipping. Considering the emergency situation, I believe the shipping fee should be waived. I am willing to drop it off at a nearby Amazon warehouse if that would be acceptable. Thank you.

On 10/05/[redacted], between 11:30 am and 12:00 noon, I attempted to order Dr. Collins Perio toothbrushes from Amazon. After receiving an email stating a pack of 6 was available for $17, I clicked on the link to purchase. However, I got stuck in the process without being able to enter my payment information. Despite multiple attempts, I couldn't access my order due to password issues. Amazon also provided me with various sets of numbers that didn't work. My worry is that Amazon might charge me for multiple orders using my previous payment details. I only want to receive one order of six toothbrushes. It's now 12:17 pm, and I urgently need assistance to prevent accidental multiple orders, as it doesn't align with my budget.

I have reached out multiple times regarding a pair of water shoes that I canceled but never received a refund for. Upon reviewing my bank statements, I noticed three charges of $14 each from Amazon in September. I did not sign up for a membership and only made a small purchase using the Amazon app that came preloaded on my phone. I was not aware I would be charged for shopping on the site and am disappointed by the lack of customer service I received when trying to address the water shoes issue. Despite being assured the charge would be reversed, I never received the product or a refund. Now, with these additional unauthorized charges, I am extremely frustrated. I have lost interest in being a repeat customer due to these issues. I hope an agent or supervisor can resolve these discrepancies promptly.

On June 27, [redacted], I made a purchase from VGI Collection for two sets of sheets totaling $[redacted].98. Despite their [redacted]% satisfaction guarantee, the quality of the sheets was poor. I requested a refund but VGI offered me only half my money back. Refusing, I returned the sheets with proof of delivery to VGI. After a back-and-forth, they only refunded me $62, claiming one set was missing. I provided additional evidence, yet no further refund has been issued. I believe VGI Collection is fraudulent, exploiting Amazon's platform. Despite reaching out to Amazon multiple times, my refund issue remains unresolved. I have tried to leave a negative review without success, feeling VGI manipulates reviews. I hope for assistance in resolving this matter.

Hello Vincent, I recently encountered a scam on Paxful while attempting to trade a $50 Amazon gift card in multiple increments to make $[redacted] for $[redacted] worth of bitcoin. The vendor requested my receipt, which I provided, and then asked for the cards. After sending him the $50 cards and holding as he instructed, he claimed his network was down and couldn't upload the cards. As the trade was nearing expiration, he suggested I trade with someone else since he couldn't upload the cards. After reaching out to another vendor, I found out the cards had already been redeemed. When I confronted the initial vendor, he ignored me. This is the second time I've faced this issue on Paxful. If I don't hear back regarding my lost cards or bitcoin, I will escalate this matter. Thank you.

Hello, I recently received an email from "[redacted]" regarding an item that I may be interested in. The email was related to past searches I had done, even though I do not have an Amazon account. I rented textbooks from Amazon this semester. Unfortunately, two out of the three books I ordered were in poor condition. One book had severe spine damage, making it almost unusable. I am concerned I may be charged for the full cost of the textbook due to this. The damage was noticeable upon receiving the book. I have documented this with pictures and reviews. I hope to avoid being billed at the end of the semester because these textbooks were not properly inspected. I rely on rented books to be in good condition, and this experience has left me feeling frustrated. Thank you for addressing this matter.

I am very disappointed and confused. I ordered a package, but it got damaged in transit and needed to be returned. I was uncertain about how to get a refund for the original package and receive the items I needed urgently. After reaching out to customer support, I spoke with a representative who offered a gift card for the package amount to reorder it and receive it by Tuesday. They assured me it would automatically appear in my account within an hour. However, three hours later, I have not received the gift card, leaving me feeling scammed. I just want the items I ordered and my money back. This experience has shattered my trust in the company I used to rely on and has left me feeling extremely upset.

Amazon recently closed my Amazon Prime account, alleging it is linked to another closed account without specifying the details. Despite my long-standing Prime membership, they refuse to reinstate my account or provide further assistance. I am puzzled by this situation as I rarely make returns. The Account Specialist's lack of contact information adds to the frustration since I am unable to access my considerable library of Kindle and Audible books. This feels unjust and unreasonable, especially considering my history of paid purchases.

My Amazon Prime account was closed without warning due to a link with another account that was shut down. I'm confused as I don't have knowledge of this other account's closure reason or existence. Reaching out to customer service didn't provide a solution, and it was stated that my account won't be reinstated. As a long-term Prime member with an infrequent return history, this is unjust. I have extensive collections of Kindle and Audible books, and Prime Movies/TV shows that I've purchased without issue, which are now inaccessible. I seek assistance but the Account Specialist didn't offer any contact info. I demand the reopening of my Amazon Prime account. Alternatively, reimbursement for the Prime membership fee and the full cost of all my purchased digital content is requested.

I bought a "certified refurbished" Google Pixel XL from Amazon with numerous problems. The main issue is that the phone was reported as "stolen or missing" when I tried to activate it at Verizon. I didn't want to return it to the sender without informing Amazon first. Other problems are: - The power button doesn't work properly - The phone was not reset to factory settings before shipment, needing a forced factory restart to change the language from Mandarin Chinese - The AC adapter was shattered into multiple pieces when I received it - The package was plainly labeled with its contents and left unsecured on my doorstep - The package arrived very soiled and torn

On October 1, [redacted], I placed an order with ID#[redacted]-[redacted] for the Primos [redacted] Gen 2 Jim Shockey Edition Deluxe Tripod, but instead, I received model #[redacted] Tall Mono Pad. I received an email response on October 4, [redacted], instructing me to contact Amazon for return instructions. However, I am having difficulty obtaining the return shipping information as it keeps redirecting me back to identifying my problem. Is there a more straightforward way for me to receive the correct item by resolving this return issue?

Order number# [redacted]-[redacted] was scheduled to arrive today, Oct 5th. The USPS stated it was delivered, then suddenly marked it as "undeliverable" on their app two minutes later. This caused a delay, and now I am without the gifts for my niece and nephew's birthday party. Unfortunately, this is a recurring issue with USPS where they falsely claim timely deliveries to maintain their contract with Amazon. However, the packages are usually delayed by a few days, especially during holiday weekends. I have raised this concern to Amazon before. I'm curious why Amazon continues to use USPS when I have not encountered similar problems with UPS or FedEx deliveries.

I am located in Taiwan and discovered that the blood strips I received were incorrect in [redacted]. Recently, my husband, currently in the U.S., followed the seller's instructions and sent back the blood strips around 21st of [redacted], approximately 15 days ago. However, the seller has not confirmed receiving the return. Amazon informed me they cannot issue a refund as the purchase was made in [redacted]. Despite my attempts with Amazon and in China, no resolution was found. The U.S. seller initially agreed to refund once the strips were returned but has now changed their stance. I believe this situation might be deceptive. I require assistance as the seller has my property and should refund me. My order number is [redacted]-[redacted]. You can reach me at [redacted] Thank you, Lilan.

I ordered the Plantar Fasciitis Therapy Wrap from Amazon on September 10, [redacted]. Here are the order details: Invoice Date: September 17, [redacted] Reference Number: [redacted]03 INV PO: NYCRAZE-[redacted] Order Date: 10-Sep-[redacted] Order #: [redacted]-[redacted] Order Total: 1,[redacted].00 (1 item) The product was returnable for 10 days upon ordering. I am reaching out about the misleading experience I encountered with the seller NyCraze. Following my order, I received a call stating the product needed to be imported from the US, taking 4-6 weeks. Despite the delay, I accepted. Upon receipt, I found the product to be of poor quality - not as expected, resembling regular socks and labeled ‘Made in China.’ Despite their offer to assist with the return and refund process, the reps purposely delayed until after the return window, leaving me dissatisfied. I shared the ordeal in a survey from Amazon and NyCraze. Subsequently, a person claiming to be from Amazon promised a refund in 3 days, requesting the removal of my comments to prevent damage to Amazon's reputation. Only later did I realize it was manipulation by a NyCraze representative. Their actions are tarnishing Amazon's reputation. If possible, please provide assistance. I am disappointed by their deception. Thank you,Linda

I purchased Sony Wh1000xm3 headphones with free shipping to Israel. However, when the delivery date neared, there was no update on the tracking page. I reached out to i-parcel for the item code in the Israeli delivery company, only to discover that my package was returned to the Amazon warehouse because I hadn't provided my National ID Number. Despite their mistake due to a missing email, I've been tirelessly chatting with Amazon support over the past two weeks for a replacement or refund, which they couldn't process until the package was back at the warehouse. Today, after a lengthy chat with multiple representatives, I finally received my refund and placed a new order. Unfortunately, the item is out of stock, so I'll have to wait longer. Despite my frustration, Amazon only offered me free delivery as compensation. With the new order costing $61 more due to import fees, it seems the gift for my dad's birthday will now be a New Year present. This experience has left me disappointed with Amazon's service and the extended waiting time for my order.

Hello, I recently ordered a product from Amazon that didn't meet my expectations and I initiated a return within two days of receiving it. Despite contacting customer service daily, I have faced challenges arranging for the return pick-up. The inconsistent information provided each day has been frustrating. I have always trusted Amazon's services, but the current experience has left me disappointed. It has been almost two months since the return was initiated, and the ongoing struggle to have it collected is tiring. I kindly request assistance in arranging for the return of the item promptly.
