During my failed chat attempts, both Zishan and Jageti were unexpectedly disconnected after 10 minutes each, leaving me dissatisfied with the service.

I placed an order on June 9, [redacted], with reference number #[redacted]-[redacted] for a total of $30.30 shipped by AMAZON.COM. Unfortunately, there was no VAT tax included, resulting in me having to pay an additional 22.99 euros to DHL for customs fees. The item arrived in unsuitable packaging, leading to damage. I have an issue that I need help with. I have been using an Alexa Echo Dot device purchased in Germany but used in Romania for months. I enjoyed using it for music until I joined Prime recently. Since then, I have not been able to play music using commands like "Alexa, play classical music." I recently unsubscribed from Prime, but the issue persists. I placed an order for Essential oil with order number [redacted]-[redacted] on June 30, [redacted], using AMAZON PAY. The tracking information showed the delivery was due on July 3, [redacted], but unfortunately, I have not received the package yet.
I received a voicemail on July 6, [redacted], inquiring about the delivery, to which I responded that nobody had contacted me for the delivery. Subsequently, the local Silvassa office contacted me this morning regarding my complaint, and I reiterated that no one had reached out for delivery but requested the item to be delivered now.
Later in the afternoon, I received a call which disconnected after one ring. When I called back, there was no answer. If the delivery cannot be completed, I kindly request to cancel the order and transfer the amount to my AMAZON PAY balance.
I would appreciate prompt action to prevent such incidents with delivery personnel and maintain the company's reputation. Your assistance in this matter is highly valued.

I purchased a Broadway puzzle labeled "White Mountain Puzzles Broadway, [redacted] Piece Jigsaw Puzzle" on Amazon but received a puzzle of Michigan Beers instead. Following Amazon's return process with UPS pick-up, the package was collected. However, I was billed for the item on 6/21 and informed it was not received, necessitating a second charge. An email assured a refund upon receipt of the puzzle. Despite waiting, the refund has not been processed. Since UPS collected the return, the puzzle's non-return suggests an issue on Amazon's part. I ordered Hoolo back in early May, but the color was not as advertised on the website. Due to being on crutches and homebound, I arranged for UPS to pick up the return. Despite filling out the return form and placing it on the porch, the package has not been picked up after multiple delivery attempts. Amazon assured me they would coordinate the pick-up promptly, but a month later, the package remains untouched. I purchased a Samdora kitchen soap dispenser that was supposed to come with a 39" hose, a check valve, and 2 stoppers for a commercial soap jug. Unfortunately, they sent one with just a screw-on dispenser. After contacting their customer service, they agreed to send the missing parts. I installed the unit without the parts while waiting for them to arrive. It's been 10 days since I provided my shipping address, but the parts have not arrived yet. Amazon mentioned they could help if I return the unit, but I want to keep it as it's already installed and the installation process wasn't easy. Samdora assured me they were sending the missing pieces, so I'm still waiting for them to arrive.

I am very frustrated because my package was delivered to the wrong apartment. The picture provided does not match my front door or doormat where it was supposed to be left. The tracking number for my order is TBA[redacted]04, containing a black dress and black pumps that I urgently need for an upcoming event. I require either the correct delivery of my items or a full refund. Currently, I am having issues with multiple products, particularly the heavy coconut water cans. Being 76 years old and dealing with physical limitations, I rely on Amazon Prime for assistance with deliveries. Living in a mobile home park, the packages are usually left at the mail house two streets away. In the past, they have been delivered to my door, allowing me easier access. Recently, I have found the coconut water and pistachios left where I cannot conveniently retrieve them. This greatly impacts my ability to enjoy these items within a reasonable timeframe. The essence of paying for Prime was to have items brought directly to my door, saving me the trouble of tracking them down. Carrying the 12 coconut water cans is already a challenging task, especially when they are not conveniently placed at my door. My preference is for deliveries to be made by FedEx, UPS, or Amazon for ease and accessibility.

I have received emails from Amazon requesting reviews. I have provided feedback but received an email saying my comment could not be posted on the website. I attempted to respond to another review request but received the same response. This is confusing to me as I don't understand why Amazon is asking for reviews only to reject them. Additionally, a previous review that was accepted is no longer available without any explanation. I value my time and if my reviews are not accepted, I am hesitant to continue. I recently purchased a CO2 Laser for $[redacted]. The item was delivered to SAIA Transport in DePere, Wisconsin, on July 8th. On July 9th, I received an email from Amazon stating that the carrier had difficulty reaching me and requested a phone number for contact. I contacted SAIA Customer Service, but the delivery scheduler was unavailable. Despite attempting to reach the scheduler multiple times, the communication was unsuccessful, and I was disconnected after a 10-minute hold. I recently received an email notifying me of unauthorized access attempts on my Amazon account. I tried to find a way to report this issue but couldn't locate the appropriate channel.
Furthermore, I have been receiving suspicious emails, including one on the same day, inquiring about my Amazon or Macy's accounts. The sender identified herself as Pat Maan's, although I am certain she is not the actual sender.
These concerning incidents should be escalated to a fraud unit for investigation.
I am quite distressed by these events and would appreciate if the matter could be addressed promptly.
