Hello, I placed an order for a Toshiba hard drive and cable scheduled for delivery before 2 PM today through Amazon Prime. However, the tracking information indicates a delivery attempt around 11 AM that I did not hear or see. My name is Thomas L. Quinn, and my address is Flat 6, 23-25 Gloucester Place, Brighton. I have no record of anyone knocking or leaving a note. The order number is [redacted]-[redacted] with tracking ID [redacted] 66 [redacted]. The entry phone at the building is unreliable, but it hasn't affected previous Amazon deliveries. There has been fraudulent activity on my card. I made one purchase for Trimmers, and a month later I noticed a $[redacted] charge from Amazon on my bank statement. I have never used Amazon and need this resolved immediately. The fraudulent charge jeopardizes my car payment. American Express advised me to file a police report, which I have done. Order number [redacted]-[redacted] has not been received, and it's not the only item missing. Despite a book being redelivered on Friday, it also failed to arrive. I'm concerned about being charged twice, once for the missing book and again for the undelivered dog toys. Deliveries to [redacted] Shadow Creek Drive in Boulder, Colorado [redacted] seem problematic; I hope steps can be taken to address this. Can order # [redacted]-[redacted] be redelivered promptly? It's frustrating that this keeps happening, especially when my mailbox number is clearly visible for reference.

I placed an order for flowers but realized five minutes later that I needed to ship it to a different address as a gift. Hello, I used to operate an individual seller store while pursuing my international PhD at a university in the USA. I utilized it to sell my used textbooks. After graduating and leaving the USA, I ceased selling items. Unfortunately, my Amazon seller account was suspended due to poor performance. Despite explaining the situation via email to Amazon seller support, they persistently informed me that I could not continue selling and did not address my concerns. Subsequently, I attempted to create a new account and was charged $40, only to encounter the same "Suspended account" notification. If selling is not permitted, I respectfully request a full refund for the secondary account. I am seeking clarity on either reinstating my selling privileges on Amazon or receiving a refund. I have a phone account through Amazon and recently ordered The Adventure Zone graphic novel. However, there seems to be an issue with my address causing a delivery problem. My address is as follows: Jack S. De Giorgi Øvre Alle 25 [redacted] Trondheim Norway The package was set to arrive today, but due to an error in the address with Trondheim missing the postal code, it's now available for pick up in Oslo, despite my residence being in Trondheim, which is quite far away. I was assured it would be in my mailbox today, September 10th. If I cannot retrieve it within the week, I would like a refund.

My Facebook account has been involved in transferring funds to other users without my authorization. It seems like someone may be trying to frame me for illegal activities using my own money. I have reported the issue, but the official representative I'm working with is not cooperating, which is suspicious. I suspect foul play in connection with someone named JP Denver. I am considering seeking legal help to address this situation, as I feel like my rights are being violated. Additionally, there are concerns about my music being tampered with and distributed without my consent, possibly involving extortion and money laundering. The situation is complex, and I am hoping to find support to resolve these matters.

Recently, I received an email from "Amazon Services" informing me that my account failed a security check. I clicked on the link provided and entered my credit card details. Subsequently, Amazon alerted me about a possible breach and instructed me to change my password and security question, which I promptly did. Surprisingly, I received a similar email today, prompting me to report this to the authorities. The bottom of the hacker's email claimed it was from Copyright Amazon [redacted] with the message ID: L[redacted]67HY.

My American Express card was compromised, and I have since been using a new card. I called Amazon to have them remove my old card. The representative I spoke with seemed to have trouble understanding English. He assured me he would take care of the issue, but unfortunately, my new card details are still not updated on my account as of September 11. Amazon keeps prompting me to use the old, corrupted card that I no longer use. It's frustrating to have to repeatedly input my new American Express card information. This situation has been disappointing and quite bothersome.

I joined Amazon Prime under Craig Smith as his guest or associate, not having my own account. Discovering accidentally paying for membership last year, I prefer to remain Craig's guest. Receiving a payment method error, I was puzzled and so was Craig. I want to continue as his guest and request a refund for the mistaken charge last year. Please credit my card. I purchased the Australian DVD "Goldstone" from Amazon a few months back. However, when I attempted to play it, it was not compatible with my device. After raising this concern with Amazon, they directed my complaint to the seller, MovieMars. Unfortunately, MovieMars declined a refund citing that the return period had elapsed. The actual concern is not the timeframe but the fact that the DVD clearly indicates "Not to be sold outside of the UK and the Republic of Ireland" on the back. Original Order # [redacted]-[redacted]

I recently emailed you about my Amazon Prime membership issue. I joined as a member through Craig Smith but provided the wrong email address for him ([redacted]). I appreciated being able to share his membership. I was surprised to receive a payment error message, as I hadn't paid for membership before. Upon checking, I realized you had mistakenly charged me for Prime last year. I would like a refund for that fee and to return to being Craig Smith's guest or associate. I mistakenly subscribed to McAfee Total Protection monthly when I bought my MacBook Air a few months ago. I have noticed multiple charges on my credit card statement within a short period, and I have been unable to download and use the product. I see there is a McAfee Total Protection download for a one-time payment of $24.99 for 3 devices, which would be sufficient for my needs. I have not received the stamps I ordered to my home address at [redacted] East Plantation Way. Even though the tracking information shows it was signed for under a "driver release," I did not personally sign for them. I live with my husband, the only other resident, who denies taking the stamps and has a history of not giving me my mail. Due to the abuse I experience, I cannot call your company when he is around. I believe the stamps might have been signed for by a neighbor, but they rarely visit as their homes are second residences since we live in a waterfront area. I am unable to walk to the mailbox due to my disability and can provide medical documentation if needed. Can you please assist me in tracking down who signed for the delivery so I can resolve this issue? Thank you.

On September 8th, I placed an order for [redacted] sensitive plant seeds. Initially, it showed as being sold by Hirts, but after the purchase was made, the shipment notification indicated a delivery date of October 22nd, which surprised me as previous orders from Hirts arrived more promptly. Strangely, the seller was listed as Garden Party, and I couldn't determine their location. Tracking the package only confirmed that it had left the facility. Concerned about a possible account breach, I revisited the order page on September 10 and found it now correctly listed under Hirts. If Garden Party is not a U.S.-based company, I prefer not to receive these seeds. Any customs charges would lead to rejection of the package. I recently purchased vitamin E capsules for [redacted]/- but had given a note of [redacted]/-. Your delivery person Deepak Patel took the note and promised to return the change of 75/-. Despite multiple attempts to contact him, he has not provided the change as promised. I urge Amazon to take action against this dishonest delivery person. If the 75/- is not returned promptly, I will report this matter to the authorities. This incident has made me apprehensive about trusting Amazon in the future. Additionally, I am currently experiencing issues with a Castor Oil order, receiving messages prompting me to swipe the machine. I am uncertain about the status of my order.

I received an email on August 21st stating that a refund of Rs [redacted] was processed on 10/08/[redacted] with refund reference number [redacted][redacted][redacted]. However, this amount has not yet reflected on my credit card. I reached out to the bank, but the refund has not been received. Kindly check the status and provide an update. If there is an issue, I would be happy to receive a store credit as I am eager to repurchase the same GAP t-shirts. Additionally, there seems to be a technical issue on your website. There is no option to contact customer service except through a phone number, which is only applicable if you are in India. There is no option for email or chat support. After struggling for nearly 3 hours, I had to resort to googling to find a way to contact Amazon India.

I accidentally signed up for Amazon Prime while trying to order items. Customer service informed me that my email address was incorrect. I am unable to correct the account details or create a new account as my computer keeps using the incorrect one. Despite contacting customer service, I struggled to understand the representative due to their accent. Please update my account to [redacted], which is the correct email. I have always used this email and do not know how the mistakes occurred. I cannot sign in to make corrections as the password is now inaccurate. If this issue is not resolved, I may have to stop using Amazon in the future, as it has been a frustrating experience. I think I managed to place an order for three items today, but I am unsure.
