I received an email from [redacted] informing me that my account is restricted due to a payment dispute on an order for the book "Upheaval: How Nations Cope with Crisis and Change." I responded, clarifying the situation and authorizing payment with the last two digits of my Visa card. Despite this, I am still unable to access my Amazon Australia and Amazon UK accounts. I am running out of my two dogs' food. On May 28th, I updated the subscribe & save monthly delivery for Stella and Chewy's Lamb Patties and paid $[redacted]+. I was informed that the delivery would arrive on Friday, but it never came. Being wheelchair-bound and recovering from leg surgery, I am now anxious as the notification is for June 7th, which is too late. I feel overwhelmed as I have no family around, and my new neighbors are unfamiliar, with no friends to assist me. The subscribe & save system has let me down. I urgently require at least one bag of Lamb Patties to be delivered tomorrow by the end of Monday. Otherwise, I am willing to purchase one from Boca Raton FL [redacted]. I'm Betti from Hunters Glen Apartments in Delran, N.J. We manage over [redacted] units with a significant Amazon clientele. Each resident has a unique apartment number and expects their packages to be delivered to their doors. Unfortunately, recently, packages were carelessly left outside our rental office near the street three times. This behavior is unacceptable. Despite reaching out to customer service and being directed to Logistics, the issue persists. One driver was especially disrespectful, refusing to deliver packages to the apartments, instead hurling them onto the street before departing. We have video evidence of this incident and noted the truck's license plate. Despite promises of callbacks to address the situation, there has been no resolution. Please assist us in resolving this ongoing problem. Thank you.

I placed an order for Testor's Spray Chalk, order number [redacted], for Ali Stewart at [redacted] S Spring Garden St, Carlisle, PA. Unfortunately, the item never arrived. UPS tracking shows it was delivered on May 8, but the property owner denies receiving it, leaving Ali Stewart without the product. I then re-ordered and had it sent to [redacted] Wm. Penn Highway. However, the recipients there returned the package, prompting me to reorder once more and send it to my address. My wife ordered the Adidas Lite Racer slip-on shoes in blue for our vacation, but she received the black ones instead. She placed the order three days before our trip, specifically wanting them for vacation. She is quite upset about the mix-up, especially since we are Prime members. Dealing with customer service representative Mary B did not go well; she suggested contacting corporate, claiming it wasn't Amazon's fault. I tried to explain that it's not just about the return process but also about the trust in online shopping. Today's interaction was disappointing, and we feel our Prime membership should come with better service. I mentioned to Mary B that even eBay, where we don't pay for a membership, provides similar or better service. Dear Amazon Support, I have encountered issues signing in and with pending orders on my account. After a year of inactivity, I wanted to purchase three Kindle books. Within the past year, I relocated from Germany to Hungary, changed jobs, address, and banking details. I am currently in a non-EU country, making calling support expensive. I faced difficulties logging in, and my orders were rejected as I tried to sign in from a new device without saved passwords, updated my PayPal/banking information, address, and bought multiple books simultaneously. I purchased an Ecovacs robot vacuum on my wife's Amazon account using my Amex card. It's been experiencing connectivity problems with the Wi-Fi. After contacting Ecovacs, they acknowledged the known issue with the model and advised waiting for an app update. It has been almost three months with no update timeline provided. I reached out to Amazon for a refund, and they promised to email a shipping label, but nothing has arrived, and no refund has been issued. Despite contacting Amazon multiple times, they directed me back to Ecovacs, which I already explained I had done.

I have a refund authorization for a Breathable Back Support and Lumbar Lower Back Brace. Even though I ordered the correct waist size, the lumbar support is inadequate due to the short brace and shoulder straps. When I wore the brace, it only reached my lower ribs and compressed my diaphragm instead of providing waist support. Despite having the return authorization for some time, finding affordable shipping has been challenging. The lowest quote I received was ZAR1604.71 from Aramex, which surpasses the total refund amount, including the $20 shipping refund. I ordered a Redmi phone and selected the EMI option through my Axis Bank debit card. Initially, the order was placed, but later, I received a message stating that the EMI option was not available for me. I tried to contact them via phone but couldn't locate any contact number. I have never been told that I can't put multiple items in one box before. Previously, I was informed to include the return codes to expedite the process. On March 19th, I sent a box with multiple items, and they were all refunded the same day except for the item with the shipping label. This time, only the shipping label item was refunded, leaving the others unresolved. When I contacted customer service, I was informed that they do not open the boxes and therefore may not have known about the multiple items. This is different from my previous experiences. If I am not going to be refunded for the remaining items, I request that my box with all the items be returned to me promptly. Tracking Number: 1ZE[redacted][redacted] Sent via UPS on May 21st While the shipping label item has been refunded, I am still awaiting the refunds for the other items in the box. I have sent boxes with multiple items many times without encountering such issues before.

I was charged $9.03 three times on May 3rd, May 6th, and May 29th. Unfortunately, I have been unable to contact you via phone as my cellphone is not functional. I heard about the "free call" service from customer care, but email seems to be my only option currently. I submitted a claim for order [redacted]-[redacted] but received an unsatisfactory response from Amazon customer service. When the paper folder we ordered stopped working after a few pages, we contacted Digital-Wholesale as advised but received no response despite multiple attempts. Amazon intervened by emailing Digital-Wholesale on our behalf, but we are still waiting for a resolution. Given the delays, the 90-day warranty period may have lapsed. We are seeking a refund for this order. Comparing this experience with Costco, where returns are hassle-free, we may reconsider future purchases on Amazon if this issue remains unresolved. Our account may need to be closed if a solution cannot be reached. I recommend Amazon reconsiders its partnership with Digital-Wholesale. -Bob Price

Dear Amazon Customer Service, I placed an order for the Planet Earth dvd set to be sent to my brother, W.C., in Apollo, PA a few months ago. Unfortunately, he received a book titled Where There’s a Will by Elizabeth Adams instead. Despite a coded label indicating it was the dvd set, it was indeed the book. I contacted a customer representative who assured me of a refund, which was promptly processed to my PayPal account. Now, I have received an email stating I need to return the book to avoid being charged for it. Due to a delay in noticing the email, I am concerned about returning the book late. I am trying to return an item and need to drop it off at a much closer Amazon Locker inside the Chase Bank at Wilshire and Vermont in Los Angeles. I never received any text or email instructions for the return, and the last location I was directed to is out of my way. This Wilshire and Vermont location is more convenient for me as I am in that area frequently. Please provide the necessary instructions via email or text for my first return experience. I subscribe to Prime monthly, yet most of my orders rarely arrive within the guaranteed time frame. After contacting Amazon, my letter was returned with a request to call a number provided. Disappointed, I am considering canceling my Prime membership and requesting a refund. Could someone provide me with a physical address to send a formal complaint? Thank you.

I've called three times but keep getting disconnected or connected to someone I can't understand. This is frustrating. Being low income, I read about Amazon offering a 50% discount to verified low income customers at $5.99 a month. I submitted my EBT proof. If I paid for a year upfront, would I be charged $59, which is 50% off the yearly Prime fee?

I am quite puzzled as I received 2 packages through UPS today. One was left on my doorstep, while the other was taken to a UPS Access Point. The delivery person was captured on my Ring Doorbell camera bringing the package to my door and then leaving a note for pickup elsewhere. This whole situation is baffling. Was a signature required for the Simple Deluxe Slip-Resistant Bath Mat? If so, who authorized it? Could you please redirect this item (Tracking ID: 1Z0927AR[redacted]) back to my home for delivery? I chose Amazon for the convenience of having items delivered to my door to avoid the hassle of going out to shop. If this is not the case, I might as well go to Target or Walmart to make my purchases.
