I recently received a delivery at my house, and the Amazon Prime van driver accidentally backed into my property around [redacted] hours, causing damage to my sign, amounting to approximately £50. When I confronted the driver, he simply apologized, didn't exit the vehicle, and drove away, leaving me frustrated. I would like the sign repaired as soon as possible. Upon returning to my house, my wife informed me that the parcel is not for us but for Lorna Owens and Michael Cuddy at Old Mill Farm on Moss Lane in Burscough. The reference number on the parcel is QA[redacted] - DPR1 -Cycle 2, weighing 0.4Kgs, dated 11/01. It has a yellow label labeled D30-4L Driver Aid [redacted]. I recently initiated a return for a Tower Carpet Cleaner, but despite scheduling a collection with Hermes, the item remains uncollected after around 8 or 9 days. I'd appreciate help rescheduling the return. The item is now properly packaged in the enclosed porch with the label attached. I have attempted to contact customer service via phone and chat, but the numbers provided do not work, and the chat does not address my specific issue. I did not intentionally order two of the Aibeau Digital Tyre Inflator through Amazon Prime. I have been unable to reach customer support via live chat or telephone due to technical issues with the servers. I am unclear about the courier handling the delivery tomorrow, but I am concerned about the process for returning the duplicate item. I only intended to purchase one as a gift for a friend, and any additional charges incurred will need to be refunded. I purchased a T98digital meat thermometer from Amazon on January 18, [redacted]. Recently, it started showing inaccurate readings. After speaking with a customer service representative over the phone earlier this month, they confirmed a refund. Unfortunately, due to a poor connection, I may have mistakenly agreed to arrange a Hermes drop-off using a label. I am over 80 and vulnerable, making it unsafe for me to walk or drive on icy streets to the drop-off location by January 23. I also need help with scanning the return code and labeling the package myself as I have a printer. I am wondering if it's possible to return the item via the nearby Post Office. Could my return deadline be extended by about a week?

I purchased a Duracell 45-minute battery charger for £25.25 from Fotons Handells GmbH on December 13th. Unfortunately, when it arrived, it was a 4-hour charger with a foreign plug instead of a UK plug. I am trying to get a refund, but due to Brexit, they are unable to provide me with a return label from Austria. I am experiencing difficulties accessing my Amazon account. I previously used the 'verification' screen, receiving a OTP via my old mobile phone. Due to getting a new phone number, I attempted to update it without success. After cancelling the verification process because of not being able to receive OTPs, I was instructed to upload an ID document like a passport or driver's license. Since I don't possess these forms of ID, I couldn't proceed. Now, I am prompted to reset my password, which I am unable to do. Even though I receive an OTP via email, upon entering it, the system keeps asking to send a OTP again. I have made several unsuccessful attempts to reach out to Amazon for assistance. Can anyone provide guidance?

I have been a loyal Amazon customer for several years. Recently, when I tried to make a purchase, I encountered a prompt requesting a password, which has never been required before. I am unsure how to proceed as I have never set up a password for my account. Despite attempting random words, the system does not recognize any password, as there was never one to begin with. I am not particularly tech-savvy, but I can navigate basic functions like email. This new requirement is confusing and inconvenient, especially since I was trying to buy multiple books. During Christmas, I purchased Amazon Fire7 tablets for our foster children. Initially, I was told in the store that we could set them up without an Amazon account. Unfortunately, on Christmas day, we struggled to set them up without one. Since then, the kids have been inadvertently purchasing games on them. The youngest, a 5-year-old, cannot distinguish between free and paid games and has been buying them unknowingly. I set up the tablets using my wife's account, and although we didn't input her card details, the purchases are still being charged to her. Is there a way to prevent the tablets from making these purchases, or does my wife need to cancel her Amazon account? We shop frequently on Amazon, but we need to stop these accidental purchases. The children buy and immediately delete the games, causing stress in our household. We would appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue and restoring peace at home.

I have not received order # [redacted]-[redacted], which was placed and paid for on 27/12/[redacted]. The delivery was marked as late, and after contacting the supplier multiple times through Amazon with no response, tracking indicates the item was delivered, but it has not been received. This was a Christmas gift for my elderly mother. I am frustrated by the lack of communication from the seller and the limited options provided by your automated system. Hello, my name is Robert Leader, and I am a Kindle author with 20 published books. Recently, my Amazon account got locked due to some technical issues I faced with my computer. After experiencing problems with Windows 7 and my Facebook page being hijacked, I suspect my Amazon password might have been changed. With help from my grandson, we have updated to Windows 10 and improved security, but my Amazon account remains locked. I purchased a Teasmade (# [redacted]-[redacted]), but it arrived faulty, so I decided to return it. Amazon provided a return label, mentioning that Hermes would collect it the following working day, which was last month. However, Hermes did not show up. Recently, I contacted Delthia from Customer Services, who promised to send a return label but instead sent a page requiring me to scan a QR code with a mobile device, which I do not have. To expedite the return process, I require an email with a printable address label for Hermes to collect the item.

I placed an order yesterday and attempted to cancel it immediately. The cancellation process indicated that the order would be canceled and the money refunded within 5 to 7 days. I prefer to only shop online with Amazon Prime due to the quick delivery service. Upon providing my details, I noticed that the delivery date was set for a month away, unlike the usual 2-day delivery with Prime. Despite the assurance of cancellation and refund, I see that the order is still in progress. I have faced disappointments in the past with undelivered products, and I am wary of ordering from other marketplaces apart from Amazon Prime. The estimated delivery date given now is the 11th to the 20th, which doesn't align with my needs. I hope for a resolution that either ensures a timely delivery within a couple of days or a prompt refund.

I am a new Amazon customer, currently bedridden at Derby Royal Hospital after breaking my hip. Despite attempting to order a new phone, slippers, and a dressing gown, I have not received my items. A delivery was supposedly attempted on Saturday, but no further attempts have been made. I am unable to communicate with delivery agents as I have no working phone. To facilitate the delivery, I suggest trying an earlier time or using the Cancer, Macmillan entrance (Entrance 24) near my ward. Order #[redacted]-[redacted] for Holdsworth chocolates was marked as delivered, but I did not receive it on Wednesday when the delivery was attempted. I have a health condition that makes it difficult for me to come downstairs quickly, and Amazon had instructions on my account to allow extra time for me to answer the door. No note was left by the delivery person, and I only discovered the package today. The chocolates were wet and the box was damaged, making it unsuitable to eat. I suspect the delivery person may have left it at the wrong address and then placed it under a recent delivery to try to cover their mistake. This careless behavior is unacceptable, and I'm disappointed in this experience. I hope Amazon can investigate and ensure this does not happen again. - Regards, Paul White.
