Hello there, I am in need of some assistance. I received an email from Amazon stating that my account has been blocked to safeguard my information due to a potential hack. However, I can assure you that nobody has compromised my Amazon account as all orders were placed by me. Unfortunately, I am unable to access my account because I cannot receive the Two-Step Verification code sent to my German phone number, which is currently not working. Also, I am unable to contact the customer service via phone as I am not in Germany at the moment. Can you please advise me on how I can regain access to my account under these circumstances? I purchased a calculator on Amazon and linked my Revolut card for payment. Subsequently, Amazon blocked my account and is requesting proof to verify the transaction, but all my attempts have failed. I submitted a billing statement, my passport, and account screenshots, but they continue to deny access. One of my accounts has been permanently blocked, and now I am striving to protect the other one.

Hello, I received the Hans Zimmer LP as a birthday gift from my in-laws, but when playing the first LP for the first time, we noticed a ticking sound. Upon inspecting the LP, we found scratches. Surprised, we checked the other LPs and indeed found damage upon taking them out for the first time. Please refer to the photos below. Since my in-laws purchased this LP, I feel bad that they have to resolve this for me, so I am taking the lead on this. I would like a new product because it's too expensive to keep it as is. Also, as a true lover of quality music, it's a pity that the LP cannot sound its best due to a manufacturing defect. I hope to hear from you soon. My experience has been quite unbelievable. I purchased an iPhone 14 Pro for [redacted] euros on Amazon.de with a scheduled delivery on April 6, ordered on April 4 with priority shipping. Yet, on April 5, I received an email stating that the package was damaged during transit and could not be delivered. Now, I am left awaiting a replacement or a refund. Amazon informed me the package needs to be returned for the refund, causing confusion as they were in charge of the delivery. Amazon has canceled the delivery and is reluctant to provide a refund. Customer service instructs me to wait 30 days and contact the carrier, though Amazon managed all delivery aspects. This situation is frustrating, and I am unsure of the next steps to take.

Hello, In April [redacted], we ordered a Tineco S5 from you as it was not available on Amazon France. Today, the Tineco is no longer charging properly, and when it does, the battery only lasts a very short time compared to a year ago. I am seeking assistance with a product return, specifically a high-value graphic card. The return process has been ongoing since April 23, and today marks the final day for the return. Despite this, no progress has been made as expected. Today, a UPS driver contacted me regarding the return, but unfortunately went to the wrong address. I have evidence confirming that the intended delivery location was my address, not the one visited by the driver. This situation has caused significant dissatisfaction as I urgently require the graphic card to resume working on my computer, which has been unusable for weeks. Hello, I placed an order on Tuesday 9th using my debit card, and $21.86 was debited from my account, which was the price of my order. Later, I received an email asking me to reconfirm the payment method because it didn't go through, so I did, and it debited $21.86 again. Panicked to see the price of my order debited twice from my account, I canceled the second order. I would like a refund for these orders that never reached me. Thank you and have a nice day.

I recently made a purchase from Amazon Germany and received my order without any issues. I bought two pairs of ASICS Gel Venture 9 shoes in different sizes to determine the best fit. After requesting a return for one of the sizes, I encountered difficulties when trying to send it back through DHL, PostNL, and FedEx in The Netherlands. The return label instructed me to send the package to Centro Calzaturiero in Italy, but the couriers didn't recognize this service. I have contacted Amazon Germany and ModaDistrict, who processed my payment but deny any knowledge of the shipment. This is my first time writing such a detailed review about a company. On 05/06/[redacted], I placed an order with Amazon for car chemicals, rags, polish, a vacuum cleaner, and other cleaning supplies totaling [redacted] euros. However, I received a response stating my account was permanently closed due to anomalous activity. I felt frustrated and humiliated by the situation, as goods arrived that I no longer needed and wanted a refund. Amazon sellers contacted me about delivery timing preferences, but without account access, I couldn't respond. I am exhausted by the ordeal and vow not to shop with Amazon again after losing time and money. If the issue is not resolved promptly, I will escalate it further. My credit card was charged unauthorized for an Amazon Prime subscription. I have been charged €69 in [redacted], €69 in [redacted], and €89.90 in [redacted], for a Prime account not in my name. Even though I have no account number and I am not in their database as I never created an account, my bank statements prove the charges. Amazon insists on the Amazon Prime account number, which I cannot provide. I have paid €[redacted].90 over three years and provided bank records, but Amazon claims they cannot locate the account. Fraud occurred, and Amazon benefited from it while I lost my money.
