After my recent purchase, my account got locked, even though I already had a prime membership. I need assistance in canceling the prime subscription for an account I no longer utilize. Due to my inexperience with Amazon, I accidentally used a friend’s credit card for the payment, resulting in this issue. I am unsure of the steps required to unlock my account, but I would appreciate it if you could guide me through canceling the prime membership first. Thank you.

Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to you today because I have encountered an issue. My family and I came as refugees from Ukraine due to the ongoing war in our country. On June 16th, I placed an order on the Amazon website for a total of €[redacted].33. Since I do not have a German credit card, I used gift cards for payment. Although I have a debit card, I am unable to link it. After the order was accepted and shipped to me, I received an email from Amazon stating that my payment was suspicious. Subsequently, my Amazon account was blocked, and it stated that all orders had been canceled. I reached out to support immediately, but the issue remains unresolved. Today, I received part of my package for which I am grateful. I am looking forward to receiving the rest of my order. However, my account is still blocked. Could you please assist me in unblocking my account? This is my first order on Amazon. Unfortunately, my German is limited, so I am unable to call customer support. The Italian support team informed me that someone used my account on Amazon.de to request numerous refunds, causing the closure of my account. Hello, I placed an order with Order ID: [redacted]-[redacted] on July 9, [redacted]. I have not received any updates on the parcel yet, and the seller just informed me that the object is on its way. However, when I checked with the post today, I was told that the parcel could not be delivered and has been returned to the sender. I have requested an immediate refund from the seller, but they have mentioned that they will refund the payment after receiving the shipment. On July 11th, I placed an order with Amazon requesting delivery by July 13th. Unfortunately, I received an email on July 13th stating the item would be delayed until July 17th. Despite this, the item did not arrive on July 17th, 18th, or today. I have tried to obtain a refund, but was informed it is not possible. I purchased a folding mattress for around 54.00 euros and I am requesting a full refund. There seems to be some error with my account as it shows no orders made in [redacted] when I tried to share the link. Please assist in resolving this issue promptly.

Hello, I wanted to address order number [redacted] [redacted]. Unfortunately, this order was not able to be shipped and was subsequently cancelled by AMAZON. I have already paid for the items as well as the shipping and handling fees to Namibia in full. According to the assurance given to me on June 28, [redacted], I was informed that my refund would be processed back into my account. Until now, the refund has not been issued despite my attempts to follow up with AMAZON through multiple inquiries. AMAZON's failure to honor their promise of prompt service after payment is quite disappointing. I am reaching out to request the full reimbursement of the amount back into my account. Hello, I recently purchased a refurbished product, an iPhone 12 Pro Max, from Amazon for [redacted] euros, with a generous return policy of [redacted] days. Hello Team Amazon, I recently used my Visa card to make a purchase on Amazon. My newly created account is currently on hold. This is the first time I have made a purchase using this card. I have submitted the requested documents from my Amazon account, including the application form for the Visa card that I received from the banking institution. I am unsure why my Amazon account and the item that I purchased are still on hold.

On October 9, [redacted], I purchased the AEG D-VL [redacted] ceiling fan from Amazon, order number: [redacted]-[redacted]. The fan started making a grinding noise, so I wrote a letter to AMAZON EU Sarl Dutchbranch, Mr. Treubenlaan 7, [redacted] DP Amsterdam on August 10, [redacted]. I did not receive any response, and given the 24-month warranty period was quite short, I referred to Dutch legislation in my letter. Since the fan now makes such a loud grinding noise that we cannot use it, I recently had a chat session with Amazon Netherlands, where I was informed to contact Germany. Despite using this method without issue previously, I noticed that the amount was debited from my account on Amazon and has not been refunded. I attempted to cancel the order for two days without success. Hello, I was searching for a specific product on Google, KOTANYI spices, and I found it on AMAZON Germany. I ordered 3 bottles, which arrived as expected. However, I keep receiving notifications for a new shipment every 15 days, as if it's an automatic delivery. I've tried to communicate with them in German, expressing that I don't want any more deliveries after the initial 3 bottles. They refunded me for the second delivery of €14.59 and apologized. Even after this, I continue to receive notifications for more deliveries. I don't know what else to do to make them understand that I do not want any more shipments from them. Please help me, as the language barrier seems to cause misunderstandings, and I feel frustrated by the situation. I have given up on the correspondence as it seems futile. I need someone else to intervene on my behalf.

I'm encountering an issue with my Amazon.de account. I signed up for the first time, made a purchase for 50 euros, and inputted my shipping details. However, my account got blocked because of unusual payment activity when I tried to check on my package. The order, amounting to 50 euros, is scheduled to arrive at Steffensweg [redacted], Bremen, [redacted] today on 30.08.23. I am experiencing an issue with Amazon.de. I made a payment for a product with delivery to the address: Steffensweg [redacted], Bremen, [redacted], under the name of Kristina Reznik. I used my Ukrainian card for payment, which was successful. I have proof of payment with receipts and screenshots. However, my account got blocked, possibly due to the reason shown in the attached photo. The parcel was supposed to be delivered today, 30.08.23, but it has not arrived. Hello, I mistakenly returned a package to Amazon Germany, incurring a €8 return fee. I followed the instructions provided, but the package has inexplicably returned to me. I am now out €8 for the shipping, along with the €70.90 product. Additionally, the app’s guidance to reach Amazon support is lacking. In summary, I can no longer return the package as the deadline has passed, resulting in a loss of €78.90.
