Feeling deceived by either Amazon or the seller there. When trying to resolve the issue through Amazon, they keep redirecting me to London with a phone number, which is irrelevant. However, Amazon employee Mr. Gashin told me something completely different. This led me to pay an extra [redacted]€ for the same item. The product was available the whole time for [redacted]€ and even [redacted]€ on Prime Day. Please explain this deception.

I am reaching out regarding an issue with my Amazon Prime and Amazon accounts.
On September 26th, I received an email from Amazon.de about my Prime subscription expiring in October. Although I usually pay my account annually to Amazon UK, I noticed monthly charges to Amazon.de starting from December [redacted]. After contacting Amazon UK and Germany, I was informed I could only get a refund by canceling my Amazon.de account, resulting in the loss of all my details and the inability to access my UK account. Despite opening a new account, my information remains missing, preventing me from using my Prime membership since September 26th.
I am frustrated with the back and forth between customer services in different countries and believe Amazon can restore my account using the information they retain after cancellation, as stated in your Terms and Conditions. I am eager for a prompt resolution as I am losing services I have paid for. Please respond to this email for a comprehensive record of the case. Thank you.

Hello, yesterday an order was placed on the Amazon website from my husband's account, Andrey Arefkin, in Deutschland, Oberostendorf. The payment was made using a Ukrainian bank card under my first and last name, Katerina Reva, with the card number [redacted][redacted]. The money was deducted, but the order was canceled. I am Macagnino Carlo, a long-time customer of Amazon.it. On 01/09/[redacted], I received two emails on my email address: [redacted], from [redacted], with the following subjects:
- First message dated 01 Sep [redacted], 13:51: Order Confirmation No. D01-[redacted]-[redacted]
(€30 PlayStation Store Gift Card | PSN German Account [Code via Email] Sold by: Amazon EU S.à.r.l.)
- Second message dated 01 Sep [redacted], 13:53: Order Confirmation No. D01-[redacted]-[redacted].

These two orders were not made by me but by another unknown person and were unfortunately paid with my prepaid card ending in [redacted]. Later on 01/09/[redacted] at 14:14, I received a third email from [redacted], stating they had detected unauthorized access to my Amazon.com account and had taken security measures. However, the two orders were not canceled but were paid with my prepaid card [redacted] as confirmed by my bank statement.
Despite following Amazon's security recommendations by activating two-step verification and changing my password, my account was eventually closed due to suspicious activity. I have been left unable to make purchases on Amazon, while the person who made unauthorized purchases continues to enjoy them at my expense.
Having received no assistance or resolution for this serious security breach, I am frustrated and demand this matter be escalated to Mr. Jeff Bezos for the lack of security in protecting my account and personal information. I await your prompt intervention.

I recently placed an order for a phone screen protector and used a VPN from the UK on Bitdefender. However, shortly after, my amazon.de account was temporarily suspended due to "suspicious activity". I provided the requested information but my account was still suspended the next day. The email mentioned that my account was closed after a review. Any advice on how to proceed and regain access to my account would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, good day. I am encountering an issue with my order. I placed an order over the phone with Amazon. When the individual arrived to deliver the order, I was at school, so the person accepted the order and placed it in the safe. Now, I am unable to retrieve it, and the amount has been deducted from my card. It has been five days since the order, and I no longer have the password to access the box. I returned an order to Amazon DE, which was received on 27/11/23, and I am struggling to receive a refund. My account has been closed, and I am being passed around various departments with automated responses that do not address my issue.
The refund was initiated on 13/12/23 and then canceled due to the account closure. The department handling refunds is asking us to have the account reopened temporarily for the refund process, and the account department only reactivates the account for 48 hours and cannot do anything further.
Furthermore, the language barrier is making communication difficult.
I do not know what else to do. This concerns a sum of [redacted].16 euros, which is significant.

I had 22 cents in my Amazon account, and later I added 25 euros through an Amazon store gift card. This brought my balance to 25 euros and 22 cents. Then, I purchased a frying pan from Amazon for 23 euros and 19 cents. You can calculate how much money is left in the account after this transaction. Currently, there is a refund amount of [redacted] euros in my Amazon account due to cancelling a previously unnoticed oven purchase.

I'm experiencing an issue with some items I selected that can't be delivered to my address in Vienna, despite regularly making successful purchases there. There are currently four products in my cart that haven't been shipped. I contacted support, but only received an automated response.
