I'm reaching out to share recent delivery issues I've encountered. When I'm not home to receive packages, I've left a large vase with flowers and a note for delivery drivers to place items discreetly behind it. Most delivery personnel have followed this instruction, and I appreciated receiving a photo confirmation from Amazon showing my items placed behind the vase.
However, I've noticed that some packages have arrived open, torn, or damaged recently. Last week, one plastic-wrapped order was completely torn, resulting in a damaged item. This has been a recurring problem and I suspect it might be the quality of the adhesive tape used.
I wanted to bring this to your attention so Amazon can investigate why this is happening and hopefully find a resolution. I appreciate your understanding and assistance in addressing this matter.

I placed an order on Amazon Germany for the BLUETTI Portable Power Station EB3A, 268Wh LiFePO4 Battery Backup with 600W. Due to insufficient funds on my bank card, I used my girlfriend's card and provided her home address in the Netherlands for delivery as I currently reside in Ukraine where Amazon does not deliver. Upon completing the order, I received an email stating that my account was blocked, and the order was halted pending additional information from the bank account holder's name and address. We promptly provided all requested details but received only an automated response. At this point, we simply wish to request a refund. Unfortunately, I am unable to contact them directly as my account remains blocked.

I have been trying to reach out to the seller regarding my recent refrigerator purchase on Amazon, but have not received any response either through the Amazon website or direct email. I need guidance on what to do next.
The refrigerator was delivered on November 8, and within the 30-day return period, I am requesting to return it due to excessive noise levels. Despite the specified noise level being 40 dB, the actual noise is significantly louder and disruptive. This is especially problematic as the refrigerator is placed in an open living room/kitchen area, making it difficult to tolerate even when set to the lowest power.

Amazon placed my account under review after I made a purchase this morning. Despite encountering payment errors twice, the third attempt was successful, and the order went through. However, I received an email stating my account is now under review. I'm concerned as some of my items are due to be delivered tomorrow or Saturday. I've provided the requested information through the link provided, including my name, address, and proof of bank account. I'm unsure how long it will take for Amazon to resolve this issue.

I have been struggling to access my Amazon account for over two months now. I reached out to Amazon in November to address the issue but was told it would be resolved, which it hasn't been. I went on a trip to the U.S.A. and have just returned, hoping to have my account access problem fixed.

I recently placed an order for Tudca Supplements - 2 packs of 2 bottles with 60 capsules in each. Yesterday, UPS delivered only 1 pack containing 2 bottles, without letting me review the package or sign for it properly. The UPS driver hurriedly handed over the package and left before I could inspect it. Later, I discovered the package was tampered with and lacked proper documentation.
Upon contacting UPS, they mentioned a signature with only my first name, which I never do. I suspect it's a false signature. No invoice was included in the package.
I request your assistance to either deliver the missing 2 bottles or issue a refund for them. Please investigate the false signature used for delivery as it was not mine.

We are experiencing a significant issue with our Kindle devices. The libraries on 'Ros Kindle' and 'Mike's new Kindle' have somehow become merged, showing the same books on both devices. Even though the content management on the website indicates that each book is on only one device, they appear on both libraries. Particularly concerning is that 'Ros Kindle' has lost her recent purchases from March 5th, [redacted] (5 books). These purchases have vanished from the content section, despite being there just last week. We have tried troubleshooting by restarting both Kindles, syncing, and checking content by device with no success. The problem persists with both libraries showing the same content and missing recent purchases, even though the site confirms the deliveries.
