Hello, my name is Adam Guthrie. I preordered NHL 24 for the PS5 a few months ago. The game is set to release this Friday, but my delivery date has been pushed to October 10 instead of October 6. I preordered two copies, one for my best friend. Being a prime member, I expected to receive the games on the release date. If this does not happen, I will cancel my preorder on Friday. I had a similar issue with NHL 23 last year. Thank you and take care.

Hello, I've been struggling to cancel my Amazon accounts as Amazon.ca has been charging my account monthly. I initially closed my UK account, thinking that would resolve the issue with my Canadian account, but the charges from Amazon.ca continue. I'd greatly appreciate guidance on how to close this account. I am currently residing in Ireland, so the provided contact support numbers are not applicable. When attempting to input my contact number, the system only allows Canadian or US numbers. Your help in resolving this matter would be much appreciated. Thank you.

On September 19, I placed an order for a 6-pack of Soda Stream 7Up flavored syrup with order #[redacted]-[redacted]. Instead of receiving the 7Up syrup, I was sent Diet Cola flavored syrup. I have already contacted customer service regarding this issue. While awaiting a resolution for the first order, I placed another order on October 7 for the same 6-pack of Soda Stream 7Up flavored syrup with order #[redacted]-[redacted]. Unfortunately, I received Root Beer flavored syrup this time. This substitution is unacceptable to me. I understand there are no refunds for this product, but I did not receive what I ordered. Diet Cola and Root Beer are not suitable replacements for 7Up as I do not use them. This mix-up seems to have occurred during shipping, as I did not mistakenly order the wrong product. I would appreciate it if you could rectify this issue promptly and provide guidance on how to proceed. Thank you, Tim N.

I contacted Amazon in regards to Amazon Locker - Golfer [redacted] Westview Dr. at 7-Eleven in North Vancouver, BC, Canada. When I explained my concerns to the representative, I was transferred and placed on hold. After approximately 15 minutes, the call got disconnected. I have safety concerns about that location. It is poorly lit, with limited parking space, and the locker is close to a gas station dumpster. My wife refuses to pick up packages there. Last night, I retrieved our packages around 10 pm, and I noticed someone behind me at the locker. When I turned, the person ran off. Amazon should consider a safer, more accessible, and well-lit location in the Westview Shopping Centre for their locker services.

Hello! I recently purchased Winter Boots from Columbia online. Despite following advice from reviews to size up to a Wide size due to being an 8.5, the 8.5 Wide I ordered turned out to be too big when I received them. I attempted to initiate a return by following the provided instructions, which directed me to a local Couche-Tard store for packaging and labeling. Unfortunately, when the staff attempted to scan the QR code on their iPad, it was deemed invalid and multiple attempts were unsuccessful. I was advised to contact Amazon to resolve the issue with the QR code. I would appreciate your assistance in providing a new QR code or expediting the return process at your earliest convenience. I need to return a package ordered from Amazon, and the return was arranged through Canada Post. Despite being informed that the courier Telecom would collect the package between 8AM and 9PM, no one has arrived. Can I print labels and take the package to the post office instead? Is there an option to use UPS instead of Telecom for the return? My experience with Telecom has been disappointing, and I am considering alternatives. I was informed that my gift purchase was not arriving and that a refund was on the way. Following this, I patiently waited until one day after the expected delivery date mentioned in the Amazon notification. I then proceeded to reorder the item since it was meant for a gift. Surprisingly, the order I placed last night has already been shipped, but now the original order has been received by my friend. I definitely do not require two sets of frames and would like to avoid being charged twice. My account is under my husband's name, Brendan Toniolo at [redacted]. I would appreciate it if the new order could be canceled and returned to the sender. I prefer not to inconvenience the recipient of the gift by asking them to return the item.

Concern with Order # [redacted]-[redacted]: I received the incorrect item and am being asked to pay for return shipping. I do not believe I should be responsible for these charges. When I searched for a guitar hanger on Amazon, I expected to receive just that. It didn't cross my mind to verify if it was anything other than a guitar hanger. I searched specifically for a guitar product. Why would the system display a mandolin hanger? Given the cost of the item, I find it unfair to be burdened with return shipping costs. A reputable company should understand my predicament and address the matter without additional charges. Please provide guidance on how to proceed with the return process.

I discovered that someone logged into my Amazon Canada account without authorization. I no longer use this account as I've moved from Canada. The intruder has created an Amazon Business account using my details. This incident occurred on October 29th after 10 p.m. As the password has been changed, I am unable to access my Canadian Amazon account. Since I lack a Canadian phone number, I am no longer receiving security codes. This situation has left me feeling concerned and worried.

I placed an order for a HYMOKEGE Navy Blue Queen Comforter Set Seersucker 7 pieces along with two other items two days ago. Shortly thereafter, I cancelled the order, and I promptly received an email confirmation from Amazon.ca that the order was cancelled. However, I noticed that CAN$90.39 was deducted from my CIBC account for the order, which has not been refunded yet. What concerns me is that the item no longer appears in my browsing history, and I can't find it in My Orders to track the refund status. I would appreciate your assistance with this matter.

I purchased an item called Icepcy from Amazon. Upon unpacking it, I noticed that the fabric was very thin and the design at the seams was mismatched. Although my return was approved, I was informed that I would have to cover the postage expenses, which nearly equals the item's cost. This situation is disappointing. The item we ordered arrived poorly packaged. The two Venmar filters are different and have different numbers: #[redacted] and #[redacted]. The return was accepted, and you sent the label to an email address that no longer exists. Please remove the address "[redacted]" from my account and replace it with "[redacted]". Please send the return label to this new email address. Thank you! Can you confirm if my email has been sent out, please?

I need assistance with my Amazon Prime account. I signed up a few weeks ago and have encountered multiple issues ever since. I can order items for delivery to my home without any problems. However, when I try to ship to my son in Louisiana, there is an error message saying the item cannot be delivered to his address. I managed to send one item successfully to Louisiana, but have been unsuccessful since then. I am 69 years old and not very proficient with technology. I recently had a delivery to my door, but the driver asked for an access code that I did not have. Unfortunately, the package was taken away even though it had my name on it. After the driver left, I realized that the last two digits of the access code were actually my son-in-law's, who must have sent the package. How can I arrange for the driver to redeliver the package to my door?

During my appointment today, a stand-up desk was delivered to my home at [redacted]-[redacted] Proudfoot Lane, London ON N6H 5H8. This item was sent by my employer, Bradford Exchange Canada, and I believe the sender is Mark Straatman, the HR Manager at Bradford Exchange. I received a message on my phone at [redacted] because I was unable to answer the door promptly. I would appreciate it if the delivery could be rescheduled, and I would like to arrange a suitable time for the delivery to ensure I am available to let the person in. Thank you.

I placed an order for 2 items that should have qualified for free shipping, yet I was still charged for shipping. It's frustrating as I am unable to speak with a customer service representative to address this issue. After this negative experience, I have decided not to order from Amazon again. This isn't the first time I've had a problem with them; previously, I received one book in new condition while the other appeared used but was charged at the price of a new item.

I am having trouble explaining the issue fully as it's quite complicated. I've already called before and spoken to a live person. Please arrange a callback, as I've been double charged. I received only one of the charges, which was fine. The second charge was for a misordered item. The money was held by the bank but the product was never received. The second charge was released from hold but not returned to my account. I need to know where my money is. I will also be returning the item that was said to have been delivered today, so I will need a label for that. Please respond as soon as possible. This process is very frustrating.
