I signed up for Amazon Prime through your app. Following the ad, I was informed by my daughter that I could cancel within 30 days due to her existing membership. She offered to place orders for me when needed. Therefore, I have now canceled my account to end the Prime membership trial within the 30 days. However, I see a charge of $[redacted].88 on my bank statement from Amazon. I am eager to cancel my Prime membership and receive a refund of $[redacted].88. I have contacted customer service four times already, expecting a representative to call me back within 24 hours since Sunday. Unfortunately, I have not received any response. My Amazon account is currently on hold, preventing me from using my fire stick and leaving my children without TV access. The issue began when a friend tried to make a purchase on Amazon using their card, leading to my account being frozen the next day. Hello, I need some assistance. I currently have a baby registry on Amazon. When others try to view it, they see that an item on the list is marked as purchased, even though I can see on my end that it has not been bought. The item in question is the hatch sound machine, which I actually purchased for someone else's baby shower. Is there a way to fix this issue?

I recently received my Amazon Canada order (Order ID: [redacted]-[redacted]) for two fridge crispers worth $[redacted], but they are the wrong size. I reached out to Amazon right away, expecting a free return, only to find out the items are from a third party, HEK. HEK approved the return but wants me to cover the cost. DHL and Canada Post quoted me $[redacted] and $[redacted] for the return, respectively. This situation is frustrating, as I did not anticipate these expenses. I placed an order with Amazon on July 30, [redacted], Order# [redacted]-[redacted], but received the wrong color items. I ordered two in walnut, but they arrived in a lighter shade. I previously purchased four from you, and they were excellent. I then ordered one more at the end of August, and it matched the original walnut color of my first four pieces. Now, out of the six items I bought from you, only two are the correct walnut color. I require two more in walnut to match the ones I originally ordered. Unfortunately, I only have the packaging for one of the incorrect items. I would appreciate your guidance on how to proceed. Thank you.

I signed up for a one-month free trial of Prime on November 30th, [redacted]. I cancelled before the trial ended but later realized that my Visa has been charged every 26th of the month since then. I contacted Amazon, and they assured me that my Visa will be credited, but this hasn't happened. I just noticed that I have been charged $[redacted].42 on my Visa account since December 28th. I am having trouble signing into my account for verification as it is still under submission. Despite already receiving the product and being charged on my Visa months ago, my account remains under submission. Order #: [redacted]-[redacted] I am returning an item through Amazon, and they have instructed me to return it via Intelcom. It is my first time using this company for returns. Unlike with Canada Post or UPS, Intelcom does not provide a specific two-hour window for pickup, and I must be present at home all day for the return. Typically, I appreciate the flexibility of dropping off returns at my convenience. Is there a way to avoid using Intelcom for my future returns to avoid the inconvenience of waiting all day for pickup?

I placed an order on September 4, [redacted], for [redacted] Delicitaly Lungo espresso capsules compatible with Nespresso machines. Today, upon receiving my order, I was shocked to find that the coffee pods inside the box emitted a strong detergent smell. Upon inspection, I noticed a blue liquid stain inside the box where the detergent had spilled, rendering the pods unusable and unappealing. I have attempted to return the damaged goods, but the system keeps informing me that the items are not returnable unless damaged. I have spent over an hour trying to address this issue, but I seem to be stuck in a frustrating loop.

I purchased a phone case from the Tuuch company on Amazon and accidentally sent them downloaded material. I spoke to a manager who explained they are a different company and couldn't assist me. Despite the advertised lifetime warranty, I've been unable to contact Tuuch for help. I filled out a form with personal information I'd like to be deleted. Hello, I am DA from British Columbia, Canada. I work for a company contracted by Amazon. My Delivery Service Provider (DSP) needs to recreate my work ID for me to be assigned a delivery route. It has been over 2 months, and I am still waiting. The DSP manager mentioned waiting for a response from the Amazon manager who is currently on vacation. I find it hard to believe it takes this long just for an ID recreation. Could anyone provide me with a contact person to help expedite this process? I urgently need this job to support my family. My account is currently on hold because you cannot verify my card ending in [redacted]. My mailing address used to be 48 Nairn Ave, where I received my National Bank of Canada statements. I recently moved to [redacted] Kingston Rd and have been ordering items to furnish my new apartment there. I've been recovering from a car accident, so I purchased a reclining chair and other items, with the rice cooker needing to be returned. Despite sending numerous documents, my account remains on hold. I am considering asking my bank to stop transactions with Amazon unless my account is released promptly. My bank can confirm the [redacted] details on my statement, which I have also provided along with transaction details and rental payments. Please, I just want my account off hold so I can avoid further dealings with Amazon. I am frustrated and ready to shop elsewhere like Walmart, Ikea, or eBay.

I recently received a pair of leggings I ordered, but they are not the right brand; there is no size or brand tag. The return postage costs almost as much as the item. I believe the seller is a scam because they used the legitimate brand's pictures and description. I also noticed the seller is no longer on Amazon's product list.

I have made several calls regarding my deliveries but unfortunately, I am still facing issues. Despite having specific delivery instructions on file, the recent delivery was dropped off incorrectly once again. While previous drivers have been attentive to the instructions, today's driver placed the box at the top of the stairs instead of by the door, making it highly visible and prone to theft. The package was also unbalanced due to being placed on its side, making it even more conspicuous. This not only makes it challenging for me to retrieve the delivery, especially with my mobility limitations at times, but it also increases the risk of items getting damaged. The driver seemed distracted by a phone call, leading to a careless delivery. I urge for this recurring problem to be addressed promptly as it is becoming increasingly frustrating, despite my efforts to communicate my concerns through notes which are often overlooked.

I have been seeking information about adjusting the review count settings. When using a Browser extension to filter reviews based on the number a product has, I encountered an issue where reviews over a thousand are listed as "1.0k". This confuses the extension, making it appear as if there's only one review. Initially, I was disappointed by this as it saves me a lot of research time. Surprisingly, the next day it displayed as 1,[redacted] again. This has occurred twice now, prompting me to inquire if there's a setting responsible for this change in how reviews are displayed. I prefer the consistent display style of 1,[redacted].

I have been residing in Bodhgaya and working as an Amazon partner with Wings for the past 3 years. Unfortunately, I have not received my salary correctly during this entire time span. I have kept quiet about the issue for so long, but it persists, and I have not received payment for the last 3 months. I am distressed due to debts, and whenever I bring up the payment matter, I am avoided. Today, I am in such a state of depression that I am considering drastic actions. If my payment is not settled within the next 10 days, Amazon and their partner Wings will be responsible for my suffering. I earnestly request all of you not to misconstrue my message as untrue. I am extremely troubled.

I placed an order on Sep 2, [redacted] for order number [redacted]-[redacted]. Instead of the correct item, we received a box of diapers. I contacted Amazon customer support on Sep 8th and was promised a replacement of the correct item. I was also given a $50.00 gift card for the inconvenience. The correct item arrived on Sept 14th. However, I recently received an email from Amazon requesting the return of the original order by Oct 16 to avoid a charge of $[redacted].23. They had previously instructed me not to return the box of diapers. I want to ensure we are not charged for an item we did not receive. Thank you.
