I received my order # [redacted]-[redacted] on July 11, [redacted]. I purchased the Dewalt DCE110B 20V Max Compact Blower for job site use. Unfortunately, there is an issue with the product - the wand does not lock onto the blower properly. Whenever I try to use it, the wand keeps falling off. Despite this problem, I appreciate the blower's size and weight. How soon can I expect a replacement or a credit? In the meantime, I am considering using duct tape to secure the wand onto the blower. I am quite disappointed by the faulty product.

Amazon, I urge you to reconsider using Intelcom in Nanaimo, BC. I've faced numerous delivery problems with this company. I am a loyal customer who spends a substantial amount with you. At this point, I am considering canceling my Prime account and finding alternatives to order from. It is frustrating that despite my repeated issues, they are still employed for deliveries. My recent experience with a mattress order has been disappointing - first promised for delivery yesterday, then today, and now rescheduled for next week. This inconsistency causes inconvenience as arrangements are made anticipating deliveries that never arrive. If you value my business, please discontinue using this unreliable service for my packages.

Hello, I made an online shopping order on July 17, which got canceled for unknown reasons. As a result, my entire account has been locked, and I cannot access it. Whenever I try to log in, it prompts me for a billing statement, which I don't have as I just obtained the card four days ago. I rely on this account for my monthly subscriptions and it's frustrating not being able to watch anything. The cancellation of my order seems unjustified, leaving me disappointed. I purchased Dixit as a birthday present, but received Frozen II: Dobble twice instead. Despite requesting a return and the correct item, the mistake was repeated. Moreover, when trying to request the correct item again, I encountered an error and was offered a refund of $0.00, which is inaccurate.
I simply want a refund now. The birthday has passed, and the gift is late. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I called for 2 reasons: getting help with placing an order due to incorrect shipping fees, and requesting a return for a defective item. I did not receive the assistance I needed. The customer service is very poor in both French and English. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was transferred three times, but not to a supervisor. The last person even hung up the call without transferring me. I request a supervisor to call me back for support with the return of the items due to the poor service I experienced. I am not interested in buying from a merchant that does not respect its customers.

The Bowflex delivery I received was quite unsettling. The delivery driver arrived without a vehicle, which raised suspicions. He requested $40 in cash to assist with moving the 240lb package indoors, refusing card payment. Reluctantly, I paid, only to physically strain myself lifting it with my spouse resulting in a back injury. The entire ordeal felt unprofessional and risky. I am left wondering if this was an appropriate delivery procedure and concerned about the conduct of the delivery person from this company, as it left me injured and dissatisfied with the service provided.

Today, I received the package with the Harpy Motors Touch up Paint Pen Tri-Coat Kit for my Lexus. Unfortunately, the paint pen is dry and doesn't dispense any paint, just like the previous order. I am disappointed that the seller has made the same mistake twice. I paid $59 for this item, and it is frustrating to not receive a working product. The seller admitted the mistake the first time and reshipped it, but now I am experiencing the same issue again. I urge the seller to address this problem promptly. I purchased 2 hanging solar-powered LED lights on September 2nd, [redacted], with order #[redacted]-[redacted]. I stored them until May [redacted] and they are not working, despite changing the batteries. They also filled with water even though they were labeled waterproof. I am unable to reach the seller, but I believe they should be covered under a 1-year warranty. I have older hanging lights that are still functioning well. I placed an order for a special gift for my stepdaughter's 16th birthday, which we planned to celebrate together, adjusting my work schedule accordingly. I purchased a pair of Under Armour running shoes, but I encountered several issues with the delivery. I recently purchased a bathing suit that unfortunately is too small. I realized it was coming from China when it arrived. The seller provided a return label, but I was surprised to see that I have to cover the $54 return shipping fee for a bathing suit worth $43.05. The two-step verification system is working inconsistently for me. I often encounter issues with receiving the OTP code, preventing me from accessing my account. As a long-time Prime Member, I have made the decision to refrain from placing further orders on Amazon due to the access unreliability. Despite attempting to seek clarification, customer service has been unhelpful, failing to provide a satisfactory explanation. The presence of many non-native English speakers at Amazon has exacerbated communication challenges, adding to the frustration. I am disappointed with the item I received. It does not appear to be a genuine T-Fal product, and I was charged for the return shipping. Despite paying a total of around [redacted] CAD, I only received a refund of about 78 CAD after paying 98.67 CAD for the item and 20.08 CAD for return shipping. My main reason for returning the item is that I wanted a genuine product, not a substitute. I have a history of very few returns, so I believe I should be fully refunded since this situation was not my fault. I attempted to reach out through chat but couldn't find the right option, and when I tried calling, the robot didn't recognize my order number.

I would like to bring to your attention that even though this transaction occurred over 90 days from the original purchase, all our discussions about the return happened within this timeframe. I have been traveling internationally but am now reaching out again.
I am referring to my order number [redacted]-[redacted] with the 3rd party Amazon seller Fulesi Lighting. On July 19, [redacted], I contacted them to return two lights purchased on May 17, [redacted]. The lights had a harsh reflective glow that we found unsatisfactory, prompting us to request a refund. Fulesi offered us a $50 refund and allowed us to keep each light we bought for $[redacted] US. They advised us to involve Amazon through the EZ Guarantee if we were not content.
Since I was abroad, I couldn't contact Amazon until now to pursue the A-Z Guarantee. As active Prime members, I am hopeful you will assist us in receiving the appropriate full refund. It appears that their communication offering $50 to retain the lights has vanished from our correspondence.
