I am in the UK and did not set up this account related to Amazon Prime in Canada. It seems my details were hacked by a third party. There appears to have been a subscription since [redacted], but I have not used it or made any orders. I am requesting a full refund from Amazon Canada for the £6.56 x 28 plus 16p x 28 monthly charges due to this unauthorized international transaction. I am experiencing issues with deliveries to my apartment building at [redacted] Oakwood Heights, Bracebridge, P1L1N7. Recently, I lost items due to delivery personnel leaving packages at the outer entrance doors without notifying me. This led to a $[redacted] purchase on Friday, May 26th, [redacted] getting stolen after the delivery person took a photo of the package and left it unsecured without contacting me. Order [redacted] I purchased the Mebakuk Linen Throw Pillow Covers Set of 2 on May 11, [redacted]. Payment was taken on May 15th. After not receiving the order as expected, I checked the Tracking section in my account. A message stated, "Unfortunately, a problem occurred during shipping and we had to cancel your delivery. The package is being returned, and we will issue a refund within 3-5 business days after the return is processed. We apologize for the inconvenience." I am still waiting for the refund to appear on my card as of June 3, [redacted]. Can you please provide an update on when this will be processed? Thank you.

I bought a second set of Brillanzo bed sheets in March, but discovered a rip in the bottom fitted sheet when I opened them on June 4th. The return window has closed, but I believe the company would replace the defective sheet if informed. The issue is with the material, not the workmanship. The automated system was unhelpful. I received the Samsung Galaxy S20 FE (5G) 128GB smartphone on April 22nd. However, since then, I have been experiencing issues with it. Outgoing calls get rejected, and I miss incoming calls without any sound or missed call notifications. Despite trying to resolve the problems by changing my SIM card and working with my service provider, the issues persist. Although I reached out to the manufacturer for assistance, they explained that as it is a U.S. product, not Canadian, they couldn't help me with the networking problems. They advised me to seek a refund from Amazon. After visiting a local repair store without any success, I contacted the seller for help, but unfortunately, I have not received a response. I accidentally ordered too many items, including dresses and sandals that are too big, and a shaper which arrived too late for me to use. This is the first time I've encountered this issue as an Amazon Prime member. Normally, they provide return labels, but this time they are asking me to cover the cost of return shipping. Shipping these items back would be more expensive than they're worth. I've been a loyal customer and would appreciate it if Amazon could send me the necessary labels to return these items across three packages.

Drivers are not following delivery instructions properly. They are leaving packages in a common mail room, which is open and accessible to many people. Last night, there were around 20 packages left unattended in the mail room, increasing the risk of theft. I shipped multiple returns in the same box but the return status is not updated to show they are in transit. One item had the wrong label inside, so I corrected it by putting the right label on the box's exterior and a new label inside. The face tightener and skin tightener were returned together in one box. Other items like a fan, cigarette holder, hair remover, neck massager, body massage pad, and USB cables were each in separate boxes. One item I returned was mistakenly not supposed to be returned because I received a notification, but it was sealed with the other items. The paperwork might be a bit jumbled, but all returned items should match the refund request.

I have a long history of using Amazon.ca on my Windows 10 desktop computer rather than my cellphone. Lately, after each purchase I make on Amazon.ca from my desktop, I receive an email indicating that someone signed into my account, even though it is just me using my trusted device. This notification is repetitive and bothersome. It mentions a generic web browser Windows (Desktop) used near Ontario, Canada, which is where I am located. The browser referred to is Microsoft Edge. Surprisingly, when I shop on Amazon.ca using the mobile app on my cellphone, I don't encounter these notifications. I am looking for guidance on how to stop these unnecessary messages from appearing. Hello, I purchased an Amazon gift card ranging from $25 to $[redacted] on June 29th with $25 loaded on it to buy a tote bag for my daughter's birthday. Despite adding the gift card as a payment option on June 30th without finalizing the order, I discovered the $25 could not cover the $16.77 bag and $27 shipping.
