Upon receiving my package, I noticed that there were only 12 books inside instead of the expected 22. When I contacted customer service, I was advised to file a police report, even though I explained that it seemed to be a packing error rather than theft. The agent, Akash, was unhelpful and rude, hanging up on me twice during the conversation. The order was for the Trans Mountain Expansion Project, and we require the full 22 books for our program participants.

I am looking to redeem a $70 Canadian Amazon gift card to purchase Prescription Youth eye serum for $52.15 on FragranceNet.com. I have been struggling to find the option to use the gift card on the website despite reaching out to an Amazon representative for assistance. I returned a set of blackout curtains from "Deconova" a few weeks ago and have yet to receive a refund or a response. I am unable to access my orders to check on the status. Additionally, I recently ordered a book for my husband which never arrived. Instead, I keep receiving a message to update my payment method, even though it has not changed. I have been a loyal customer of Amazon for years and would like to continue ordering from them. Unfortunately, I am 90 years old and currently unable to leave my home due to a fractured back.

I made a purchase (order #[redacted]-[redacted]) on March 2nd and tried to cancel it right after placing the order, but Amazon's system did not allow me to do so. Following customer care's advice, I decided to refuse the delivery. Unfortunately, after waiting two weeks for a refund with no success, I contacted Amazon again. They informed me that I needed to wait up to 30 days for the refund to process. After the 30-day period passed, I contacted Amazon once more to address the refund issue. To my surprise, I was told that they couldn't assist further and advised me to reach out to the carrier, UPS (Tracking # 1ZV2369W[redacted]), to inquire about the package's status. UPS confirmed the package was returned to Amazon's fulfillment center on March 8th. Despite my efforts to liaise between Amazon and UPS, I faced challenges receiving help. Eventually, I initiated a claim with UPS, prompting them to acknowledge the package's loss and agree on reimbursing the claim amount to Amazon, as they were the sender. I continued to communicate with Amazon to request they claim the amount from UPS and refund me, but they declined to take action. Despite numerous calls and hours spent contacting Amazon and UPS, totaling approximately 16 hours, I have yet to receive a resolution. I am eagerly seeking assistance in resolving this matter.

A couple of days ago, I ordered a Caran d'Ache plastic palette online for my watercolour pencils. I haven't received any confirmation email or text, so I've been checking my account. Today, a package arrived from Amazon, but it wasn't the palette; it was a Covid-19 test kit. I have no use for the kit and do not want to be charged for it. I really just want my palette. I can't find a return address to send the kit back. What should I do next?

I have been charged $11.92 monthly in [redacted] for Amazon Prime. After I contacted customer service to explain that my husband was actually paying for this on his Visa, they said they would credit my account. However, I have not seen any credit yet. In December [redacted], I was charged $[redacted].87 for Amazon Prime membership, labeled as CA/PRIBC. Despite reporting this issue, it has not been resolved and now in the current month, I have been charged $99.00 for Prime again. I am seeking a prompt resolution to this matter. I would like my account to be credited for the monthly charges of $11.92 in [redacted], as was promised to me during our conversation.

Hello, I recently purchased a 5D purse online that requires attaching beads, which is not something I am able to do. The purse I received is black with a rose design on it. As a first-time Amazon buyer, I'm unsure how to proceed with a return. I originally used a $25 gift card to make the purchase, and I also ordered a white 5D purse with seashells that I never received. I would like to cancel the white purse order as well. Hello, I noticed a charge for Business Prime on my credit card on April 17, [redacted]. Approximately a week before the charge, I received an email notifying me that if I didn't update my information, my 30-day free trial would end. I did not contact them to provide any updates. However, it seems that Prime managed to update my card information from my purchases without my authorization. I did not want or authorize any further charges beyond my free trial, as I do not use it frequently enough to justify the expense.

After recently purchasing items from Amazon using a gift card acquired a few days prior, I encountered an issue with my new Amazon account. I swiftly received an email informing me that my orders were canceled, and my account was suspended pending verification of my ownership of the gift card. I promptly submitted the requested proof of purchase by providing images of the gift card and the receipt from its purchase location. A response was promised within 24 hours following the review of my documentation. Surprisingly, I received a notification just a few hours later stating that my account had been permanently closed without clarification on the decision-making process or the reasoning behind it.

Order # [redacted]-[redacted] was placed on May 2 when the price was $30, but I have not received any shipping notification yet. The item shows 8 in stock, and if I were to order it today at $44, it would be delivered in 2 days. I am concerned if the delay is due to not honoring the initial sale price. I feel Amazon's pricing policies are becoming questionable. I am contemplating canceling my Prime membership as I have found items cheaper elsewhere even after factoring in the "free shipping" benefit.

I received two defective Ring Doorbell rechargeable batteries. Each battery only lasts for two days after a full charge. We have been swapping them every two days since May 3rd. A Best Buy GEEK Squad member suggested the discharge issue may be due to the batteries being faulty. We would like to request new batteries as replacements for the faulty ones. Once we receive the replacements, we will return the old batteries. Please provide details on the return policy.

I purchased a drone and was expecting it to arrive the next day. I stayed home the entire day, canceling my plans to ensure I received the delivery. However, the drone never arrived. When I reached out to customer support, they repeatedly asked for a police report, which the police declined since there was no evidence of delivery or possession. Despite explaining this and expressing my frustration, the Amazon customer support seemed unable to provide any proof of delivery or address my concerns.

I recently purchased a Singer sewing machine on Amazon. Unfortunately, I am dissatisfied with the product and have received return instructions via email. The return process involves sending the item back to the seller, not Amazon, at my own expense. However, I find it unreasonable as the sewing machine weighs over 12 lbs, making shipping costs high. As a Prime member, I expected a smoother return process. This isn't the first time I've encountered this issue with third-party sellers on Amazon. Previously, I had a similar experience when returning a swimsuit.

I placed an order for Tassimo coffee on May 20, [redacted]. I ordered 5 Nabob Breakfast Blend coffees and a five-pack of Tassimo Carte Noire Espresso. I received the Nabob coffees promptly, but later received a box that I assumed contained the Carte Noire Espresso. Upon opening the box, I was surprised to find shipping balloons, a single pack of espresso, and a roll of stickers instead of the 5-pack of Carte Noire Espresso I ordered. This was very concerning. I received my package from Amazon.ca today as promised. Unfortunately, one of the items is a women's Zhiwen Fashion [redacted] Sterling Silver 2MM Distort Rope Chain Snake Thin Chain Necklace Chain for Women Men (16-24 in), 22 inches. I have already bought three other chains from you, two of which snapped quickly, and one that actually irritated my neck. This new one, I was hoping would work better until I opened it. It has to be one of the smallest 22-inch chains I have ever seen, and when I measured it, it was no more than maybe 16 inches, which is no good to me. I tried calling your customer service, but sadly, the robot did not understand anything. I have been a Prime customer for several years now and am very disappointed in this incident.
