Despite my challenges, I have been a loyal Amazon Prime member for years, even paying during months when I couldn't use the service from Jan 30 to July 30, [redacted]. I am requesting to change the payment date to the end of every month as I rely on Amazon Prime Video for entertainment after canceling Netflix and YouTube Premium due to affordability issues. My client is currently in the hospital with no access to phone or internet. Her husband recently passed away and she is unaware of their Amazon password as he managed their subscriptions. Their home has been cleared out as she prepares to move to assisted living after her surgery and recovery. I am frustrated with the consistent delivery issues I have been experiencing with Amazon. It seems like my packages are always left in random locations around my home, making it difficult for me to retrieve them. Despite having detailed delivery instructions, the drivers do not seem to pay attention to them. This has happened multiple times in the past few months, with my packages ending up at various addresses including my vet, a field, a public park, and a business up the highway. As someone on disability, this situation is very challenging for me. I intend to escalate this matter publicly if the latest package is not delivered correctly. Amazon needs to address these delivery issues and ensure their employees are more considerate when dropping off packages.

Firstly, I want to express my satisfaction with ordering from Amazon. In the rare instances where I needed to return an item, I had no issues until now with the mentioned item. I requested a refund as the pant did not fit, followed the return process, and dropped off the package at our local Staples. Unfortunately, due to a sudden medical emergency with my husband, I had to hand it over quickly without getting a Tracking Receipt. Despite always receiving a tracking number in the past, this time is an exception.
It appears that the item has not been received by your team. Regrettably, I lack proof of shipment without a receipt. However, I confirmed with Staples that returns to your company are promptly picked up.
As a senior, this loss is significant for me. I kindly ask if there is a way to trace the return or consider reimbursement. I understand it might be a long shot, but I appreciate any assistance you can offer.

I am confused about multiple charges on my credit card. On March 21, there was a charge of [redacted] for Amazon Prime, followed by another [redacted] charge on April 6 for Britbox, and a [redacted] charge from Amazon on April 2. I suspect Amazon is trying to charge me for the Britbox subscription, but I did not subscribe through Amazon. If these charges are not refunded, I will cancel all subscriptions. In fact, I have decided to cancel all my Prime memberships regardless.

Order# [redacted]-[redacted]: The seller and I have been in communication, and we believe that Amazon might be at fault for the poor delivery or the 3rd party delivery service they used (UPS). I have detailed pictures of the condition in which I received the package. The seller shared images of the boxes they receive from China, and then I reciprocated by showing how the box arrived in my hands. After comparing, we agree that it was justified for me not to accept a package in such poor shape. Unfortunately, the UPS driver did not attempt delivery by knocking on my door; instead, they signed for the package themselves. This left me with no opportunity to refuse the delivery.

On January 26, [redacted], we ordered 10 bottles of Green Water Tracing & Leak Detection Fluorescent Dye - 1 Gallon. We received two packages, one with four bottles on February 1st, and the second with two bottles on February 2nd. However, we have not received the remaining bottles and were told we would receive a refund, which we have not. Our Amazon account indicates that they are undeliverable. On February 2nd, a charge of $10.16 was debited from my account for my Prime membership. On March 3rd, another charge of $11.29 appeared for the same service. Recently, I noticed on March 23rd a charge of $10.16, followed by one on April 3rd for $11.29 for my membership. I am concerned about being billed twice a month, just 12 days apart. After contacting MBNA, I was advised to reach out to Amazon, as they seemed to be charging me. Following up with Amazon, they directed me back to MBNA, stating only one payment a month was recorded. However, based on my statements, charges are occurring twice a month. I would like a resolution to this matter and a refund of the excess charges.

I purchased two packs of neoprene patches from Amazon with ORDER # [redacted]-[redacted]. I used one pack following the manufacturer's instructions, but they fell off on the first use.
I attempted to return the second unopened pack, but Amazon directed me to the manufacturer. Since Amazon purchased the products from them, the manufacturer cannot provide a refund and advised me to go through Amazon. Despite this, Amazon has not offered me a way to return the items for a refund.
