Hello, I would like to report an issue with my recent package delivery. My order number is [redacted]. I was home on the 24th expecting the delivery, however, even though the photos show it was left at my door, I never received it. The package was originally due on the 27th but arrived three days early. I reached out to Amazon multiple times over three days, hoping for a resolution, but did not receive any replies despite being told to expect a response within six hours.
I suspect the delivery person may have taken a photo of the package and then taken it for themselves. I kindly request that the order be re-sent and that the delivery person knock on my door for hand-off.

Hello, I would like to report an issue with my package order number: [redacted]-[redacted]. Despite being home on the 24th, I did not receive the package. The photos indicate it was left at my door. The delivery was early, scheduled for the 27th but delivered on the 24th.
I have contacted Amazon multiple times over three days without a response. I have concerns that the delivery person may have taken a picture and then taken the package. I am requesting that the order be resent and delivered in person.

I accidentally clicked the membership button, but then quickly canceled. Despite not using any benefits, Amazon informed me of a partial refund due to benefit usage.

I recently applied for an Amazon.ca credit Mastercard through MBNA Canada. Despite having to verify my identity in person through Canada Post, my card arrived with my last name misspelled. This error prevented me from authenticating the card online. When I contacted MBNA to correct the mistake, I was kept on hold for over an hour, being transferred to different representatives who could not resolve the issue they caused. I've wasted valuable time dealing with this situation and question the level of customer service provided by MBNA Canada. This experience raises concerns about the reliability of this credit provider. I am now seeking help from Amazon Canada to rectify this situation promptly. If not resolved, I may consider canceling my new Mastercard account. It is disappointing to encounter such incompetence from MBNA, and I hope Amazon can assist in resolving this issue.

I have an Echo 8 that I enjoy, but about a month ago, it stopped streaming music. Everything else functions normally. After switching my internet provider, the device shows it is connected to the new network. I reached out to the Geek Squad, who suggested it might be a device-specific issue rather than a technical problem, and recommended contacting Amazon.
When I spoke to Amazon customer service, the representative guided me through rebooting both the modem and the Echo device. They were very helpful and mentioned that there was an issue with the music service at that time, which aligned with information available online.
Is there a way to fix this issue?

I recently shipped an item to the address of Noémie Nadin at [redacted] rue de Lanaudiere, Montreal, Quebec H2E 1Y5 with the tracking number INTLCMD[redacted]87 through Intelcom. Unfortunately, the delivery man, Sehaj Preet, failed to deliver the package properly. Instead of attempting to reach the recipient or deliver the package inside the building, the item was left outside on a neighbor's windowsill in the street. This resulted in the package going missing, causing distress.
The delivery proof provided lacks sufficient evidence due to the unprofessional handling of the parcel. A delivery in such a manner is unacceptable, and I urge for a thorough investigation into this matter with Intelcom. If the package cannot be located, I request a refund for the lost item.

I have noticed an annual charge of $11.49 on my Visa card in January for a Prime membership that I do not have. I am looking to have this charge removed and prevent any future charges for a service I am not utilizing. Despite reaching out to customer service, I was advised to obtain the merchant number linked to the transaction from my bank. However, my bank informed me that there was no merchant information available for the transaction in question. Without this information, customer service was unable to assist me further. I am incredibly frustrated with Amazon Canada and am considering deleting my account unless I receive a resolution. I am having issues with a Red Lobster email gift card I bought on December 21 for my grandson. I accidentally entered the wrong email address for the recipient and tried to correct it but was unsuccessful. Eventually, I sent a second identical card to the correct address. Both were paid for through TD Bank. I spoke with your representative, Angelo, on January 6, who confirmed the payment but the issue persists. Today, I spoke to a customer service representative named Richard who was unable to provide a refund without bank confirmation, despite Angelo already confirming the payment. I reached out to the leadership team with no success. This message is my final attempt to get this resolved. I need the email address changed and the message updated for Order #[redacted]-[redacted]. Hello, I recently received my order of Christmas decorations under order # [redacted]-[redacted], but unfortunately, the package arrived empty with the side seam unsealed. I decided to choose Intel pick up for the return instead of printing a label, which turned out to be a mistake. Despite confirming pick up dates over the last 3 weeks, I have wasted 8 full days waiting for them to collect the package. Despite calling and emailing, the pick up never happened. I kindly request a refund of $23.51 to be processed back to my credit card as waiting for the pick up has been extremely frustrating and inefficient. I had an Amazon account for about 6 years. The email address I used then, [redacted], is no longer valid.
I recently placed an order using my new email address, [redacted] I needed customer service assistance when finalizing the transaction because the system security did not accept my email change. With their help, the situation seemed resolved.
I received the item on November 16th, but I am not satisfied and would like an authorization number to return it. However, I am unable to access my Amazon account since the system still has my old email, which is no longer active. I am unsure what to do. Can you please assist me?

I bought a brand new French Apple keyboard and a webcam, both unopened, that I am returning. I packed and shipped both items in the same box using UPS on Dec 28. The return label for the webcam was on the outside of the box, while the keyboard had its own return slip from Amazon attached inside the box. I received the refund for the webcam promptly, but I am still waiting to hear anything about the keyboard, which amounts to $[redacted].22 in total. I'm curious about Amazon's usual timeframe for processing returns, and I'm also wondering if there's a way for me to confirm that both items I returned are being refunded.

Hello, my name is Wladimir Hinz H. I have noticed that I have been charged $11.29 per month for a Prime Membership since June 14th, [redacted]. However, on Jan 6th, [redacted], when I tried to order a book with Prime status, I discovered that my account was not subscribed to Prime membership. Additionally, my credit card expired in Sept [redacted], and I updated the details on Jan 6th, [redacted] to purchase Kindle editions. I am concerned as to why Amazon continued to charge the expired credit card. I recently bought tablets for Christmas, but I noticed that they have an American address. Could you please help me ensure that my tablet, along with the Fire 7 tablets I purchased before Christmas, are set up for Canada on my Amazon account, as they seem to be currently registered in Minnesota. I placed an order for a PS4 controller with specific delivery instructions, including where to leave it and who to contact upon delivery. Despite the estimated delivery time by Monday 8 PM, the tracking information indicated that the package was delivered without any notification. To my surprise, there was no sign of the package outside my place. The delivery confirmation email stated it was dropped off at 2:23 PM. I double-checked my phone for any missed calls or messages, but there were none. The email even included a photo proof of delivery, showing it was not concealed as requested. The mailbox shown in the image could have been utilized for delivery, but unfortunately, it was not followed. During my travel in Canada in July and August [redacted], I created an Amazon account and subscribed to Prime using my email [redacted] and a Canadian mobile number. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to that Canadian phone number. I am unable to log in to my Amazon.Ca account and have discovered that I have been charged $11.19 per month for Prime since then.
I have three requests:
1. I cannot locate a way to remove or update my mobile number on the account. When attempting to log in, I am prompted to approve a notification sent to my Canadian mobile number for security purposes. Despite the website stating that I can remove a lost mobile number, I am unable to find that option on the page, preventing me from logging in.
2. I was unaware of the membership fee and have not used my Prime account since August [redacted]. I would like to inquire about the possibility of receiving a refund for the fees since then.
3. I would appreciate assistance in cancelling my Prime account to avoid future membership fee charges.

I would like to speak with a customer service representative who speaks English fluently. As a Scottish person, I speak the Queen's English and can usually understand different accents. However, I find it offensive that when I call Amazon, I can't seem to get through to someone from Canada to help me. I've spoken with customer service agents from various countries like India, the Philippines, and other places around the world when I called the Scarborough Amazon number. I simply want to resolve my issue here in Canada, where I am located. Additionally, I have a Prime account in the UK.
