I recently received an order from Amazon consisting of 2 bags of Blue Wilderness Duck flavored dog food. Both the boxes and bags arrived intact. Unfortunately, upon checking the ingredients, I realized it contains poultry-based ingredients that my dog cannot consume. I am looking to return the items, as Amazon customer service confirmed via email, but I'm experiencing difficulties with the return process. I would appreciate any assistance. I encountered two issues recently. Firstly, I attempted to return a laser using the pick-up service, but the employee who arrived at my house behaved oddly. He placed a sticker on my garage, rang the doorbell, and left while I was approaching him. Despite seeing me, he drove away immediately. I request a refund of $89 for the defective laser and wish for a proper pick-up service as initially promised. However, the option for pick-up is currently unavailable. Secondly, there is an issue with one of the high-end darts I ordered. Specifically, one dart is defective, and I would like it replaced. I am seeking a new set of "C&C Exquisite" darts, as advertised to include an additional 6 standard dart shafts, which were missing from the package. Kindly replace the defective dart promptly, as I only had one unsatisfactory pick-up attempt with the previous employee.

Every time there's a delivery issue with Anytime, they never knock on my door. Instead, they leave the package in the mail room which is accessible to everyone in the building. We now have mailboxes that require a code to access, so I can't see my items and I don't know where to find them. The items I'm missing are a Black Coofandy sleeveless gilet and a Black classic pre-tied bow tie. They were never received. Thank you.

Hello, I have an Amazon seller account and a regular Amazon account. Currently, I am on vacation in Cameroon. I tried to make purchases on my Amazon account with my company's debit/credit card for over $[redacted]. Due to this unusual purchase, both my personal and seller Amazon accounts are blocked. I have submitted the necessary documents for verification, but my accounts remain blocked. This situation is hindering the progress of my online business.

I recently received my Amazon order with the tracking number INTLCMD[redacted]35 from Intelcom. Despite leaving specific delivery instructions, the package was thrown onto my front lawn during a mixed rain and snowstorm. This led to the package being soaked as it was left more than 10 feet away from the covered front door. I value the service provided by Amazon drivers for their superior delivery attempts and accuracy in following instructions. It would be greatly appreciated if Intelcom could be avoided for any future deliveries, given this negative experience. I hope for a partial refund to address this situation appropriately. I was initially interested in upgrading to 2-day shipping from the standard free shipping option. However, I encountered difficulty switching back to the free shipping method after reconsidering. Despite trying to revert to the original selection, I was unable to do so. Due to insufficient funds in my account, a payment revision was necessary. After depositing more money into my account and updating my payment card details to the current one, the payment revision issue persisted even though the account now has more than enough funds. In an attempt to resolve this, I tried to cancel the order and place a new one, but the system did not allow me to cancel the order despite the cancel option being available.

I ordered a Juesmos Christmas Ornament for my friend, Mrs. Joan LaDuke, who recently moved to a senior's center in Sherbrooke, Quebec. I used prime delivery for two-day shipping, but now it's showing a delivery date of December 29th. Additionally, there was a mistake in the apartment number; it should be changed to [redacted] instead of what I originally provided. I recently received my package in the mailroom instead of at my apartment door, along with another resident's package. This is a first for me, and with around [redacted] units in the building, it raises concerns about theft, both from residents and visitors passing through the mailroom. This situation not only poses a risk for packages but also could result in extra costs for Amazon. I would appreciate it if this issue is documented, and the delivery driver receives re-training. I placed an order for an air fryer yesterday at midnight on December 20, [redacted]. I have not received any confirmation email stating that the item has been shipped. I would like to cancel the order. I mistakenly used my bank card instead of a credit card for this purchase. I contacted my bank, and they advised canceling the order and refunding the money back to my account. I have been attempting to cancel the order since this morning but have not received any emails regarding this matter.

Order# [redacted]-[redacted] Hi, I paid for expedited shipping hoping to receive this today, but the delivery date has now been pushed to next Tuesday, which won't work for Christmas. I tried canceling the order, but it couldn't be canceled for some reason, even though it could have been delivered today given that it's already prepared. Please proceed with canceling the order. There's no need to go through the hassle of delivering it only to have it returned.

I am looking to purchase a pair of heated gloves from Amazon.ca with the ASIN: B099N7968Y and have them delivered to my address in Lone Butte, BC V0K 1X0. Unfortunately, I am encountering difficulty as it seems they cannot be shipped to my location. I initially considered the issue might be related to the lithium batteries in the gloves, but these batteries are within the acceptable quantity for Canada Post. Interestingly, a friend in a nearby Lone Butte location with the postal code V0K 1X1 was able to order the same gloves from Amazon.ca without any shipping problems. I am curious if there might have been an error in applying shipping restrictions to either this specific product or my postal code.

I reached out to Amazon multiple times over three days about not receiving the package, but received no response within the promised six hours. I suspect the delivery person may have taken a photo of the package and then taken the package. I would like the order package to be re-sent to me. Please knock on the door when delivering.
