In November, we placed an order with Amazon for twelve boxes of red light bulbs. However, upon illuminating the bulbs, they appeared more orange than red. Our client rejected the bulbs due to the color discrepancy. We started the return process for all the bulbs, which arrived in a single shipment. Amazon provided us with two return labels - one for two boxes to be sent back via Purolator and the other for the remaining ten boxes, with us covering the shipping expenses. Despite our request for a Purolator shipping label for all the boxes, we haven't received a response from customer service. We're seeking clarification on whether we can use the Purolator return label on all boxes by attaching the enclosed part of the shipment label to the address label. It's been challenging as each reply we receive is from a different representative who may not grasp the full context of our issue. While we understand the February 1st, [redacted] deadline for the return, we're struggling to get our specific query addressed - simply wanting to return all the red bulbs to Amazon in a single shipment.

We purchased red light bulbs from Amazon in November, but when lit, they appeared more orange than red, leading our client to reject them. We requested a return for all 12 boxes, but only received two return labels. One label covered the return cost for two boxes via Purolator, leaving us responsible for returning the other ten at our expense. Despite our repeated requests, we have not received a replacement shipping label to return all 12 boxes. The bulbs are labeled as "red," but their actual color does not match their description, making them unsuitable for our intended use.

I supposedly had a free trial of Prime Video with a purchase. The trial was supposed to be $0.99 for 1 month. The amount with tax was charged on October 21, [redacted]. However, 10 days later, I was charged again but this time $11.49. I went on the website to unsubscribe and close my account. I received confirmation that it was done and that I had a few days left. I thought everything was sorted out, but I was billed again $11.49 on December 1st, and my account is active again. How is this possible? This is very poor service.

I ordered the nEkena Millwork COR05X05X12DA 5 1/4" product for $34.99 with Order #: [redacted]-[redacted]. I want to return it because the paint is chipped, and the quality is unsuitable for my needs. When trying to select the reason for the return as "Performance or quality not adequate", I couldn't proceed as the "continue" button is unresponsive, and there is no "submit" option available. I wonder if the seller can view my feedback since I can't complete my request. Please advise me on how to reach out to the seller to initiate the return process.

1) I recently received a notification that my payment did not process correctly. 2) I am inquiring about the return process for an item from BLENCOT. The seller requested the receipt from the post office, but I am unable to locate the Canada Post receipt since I sent it back quite some time ago and have not received the refund yet. 3) I am curious to understand if there are any penalties for canceling my Amazon subscription. I pay on a monthly basis, and I would like to know if I can cancel at any time without repercussions.

I purchased a coat from BEAVER TAILS on October 20, [redacted], and received a different, cheap, and ugly coat. After messaging them, they explained they had ceased working with the manufacturer responsible for the error. They asked me to return the coat for a refund but mentioned it might take about 2 weeks due to Amazon's policy. I expressed my dissatisfaction with this timeline, stating that refunds are usually processed upon receipt of the product, and not after 2 weeks. They replied that they typically issue refunds after the returned product undergoes quality checks. They offered to expedite my refund if I left positive feedback through a link provided. While I appreciate the effort, I find it concerning that they are still selling the incorrect coat to others, leading to a frustrating experience for future customers. - Kim

This is the first time in years that I have not received free return shipping for my recent return of The Bradford Exchange 'My Granddaughter Forever’ Porcelain Music Box. Why was my return shipping cost not refunded? I have a long purchase history on Amazon with only a few returns over the years. I attempted to review the new refund policies, but I am confused about when return shipping costs will be reimbursed. Does this mean that under the new rules, almost all product returns to Amazon will not have free return shipping unless there was a shipping mistake? I believe customers like myself should always receive complimentary return shipping. I am not a frequent returner and I believe I should be entitled to this benefit. Thank you, Tom.

I'm having difficulty accessing my Amazon Prime account on my mobile phone. Yesterday, I was trying to print a return label that was sent by your customer service team, but today I'm receiving an error message when trying to sign in. There are messages from your Washington customer service team in my Prime account that I can't view this morning. I have two accounts - one created before joining Prime under the name Catherine Roy and one after joining Prime under Cathy Roy. I'm unsure how to navigate between the two accounts.

I have noticed automatic monthly withdrawals from my TD VISA personal account on the 28th for the past 4 months, totaling $[redacted].80. This seems to be a misunderstanding, as I do not authorize auto-payments from my account. I kindly request the cessation of these withdrawals and the return of the funds. I recently had a package delivered to the wrong address by mistake. I am a university student living far away from my house, and I am unable to retrieve it before it goes missing or is stolen. The power tool arrived in its original packaging with the product image visible, and a shipping label attached with my details on it. The Amazon Prime delivery van left the package on my front door without any additional wrapping or protection. Fortunately, I was home at the time, and I directed the driver to leave the package at the side door near our mailbox. However, the driver insisted on leaving it at the front door, which is visible from the sidewalk and to passing cars.

Hello, I encountered an issue with my first order that was supposed to be delivered on December 2nd with tracking number TBC[redacted]09. Unfortunately, it was sent to the wrong address and the person returned it (bath bombs). As a result, I placed another order for the same product (this time at a higher price) which successfully arrived on December 6th with tracking number: TBC[redacted]09 to the correct address. I recently sorted out a payment problem and got confirmation. However, the system shows my next renewal date as December 22, [redacted]. I'm confused why I need to renew by the end of this month if the payment issue is resolved. Currently, $11.99 is deducted monthly from my account. Will this change? Additionally, I would like to remove the MBNA card and the card ending in [redacted] from my account as I no longer possess them.

I would have preferred to communicate in French. Order # [redacted]-[redacted] - Sports Earphones Truefree F1 Open-Ear Bluetooth Headphones with ENC Noise-Cancellation Mic Air Conduction Wireless Headset for Workouts and Running, 11 Hours of Music, with Headband (Black & Grey) My order was incomplete. The package I received did not include the headphones, only a small cable, a bag, and a mini instruction guide. I requested a replacement but have not received confirmation. The suggested delivery date of January 30, [redacted], is too far off considering the original parcel arrived in just 4 days. This was meant to be a Christmas gift for someone who needs it urgently. Dear Team, I am writing to address the disappointing experience I had with my recent order on [redacted]. I purchased 11 items, but had to return 8 due to unsatisfactory quality and missing products compared to what was advertised on the website. Insult was added to injury when Intelcom, tasked with picking up the items, failed to do so after four scheduled attempts. After contacting Amazon, a new return request was made with Purolator, and I personally dropped off the items. However, I was later informed that I would be charged for shipping costs because the reason for return was mistakenly marked as "customer no longer needs product." Despite my efforts to rectify this, I have not received the full refund. The lack of assistance and unprofessionalism from Amazon's customer service has been frustrating. As a Prime member, I expected better service. I am requesting a full refund for the 8 items as originally promised. I have attached emails as proof of the agreed refund amount.
