This has been an ongoing issue, resulting in parcels being stolen in the past due to incomplete deliveries. Retrieving my parcel required extra effort, which is not the service I expect from Amazon. It is crucial that action is taken to address this problem promptly. With pandemic-related restrictions easing, there should be no reason for drivers to continue this lazy behavior. I urge you to ensure that parcels are delivered appropriately, instructed by Amazon.

I recently purchased a USB digital microscope with 50x to 1000x magnification, equipped with a high-speed DSP cosmos sensor in color. The model boasts a resolution of 1280x960 and 5x digital zoom. I am frustrated with Intelcom courier service. Their drivers never leave packages at our apartment door, instead choosing to leave them in our building's unsafe lobby or asking us to meet them outside for our package. Complaining to Intelcom has been useless as the issue remains unresolved. I am considering not ordering from Amazon anymore due to the ongoing problems with Intelcom's subpar service.

I placed an order on November 25, [redacted] with Order# [redacted]-[redacted] for a subpar vacuum cleaner that lacks the suction power needed for hardwood floors and area rugs. Due to challenges related to the pandemic and concerns about online fraud, reaching out to Amazon has been quite difficult to initiate a return request for this ineffective product. I signed up for Amazon Prime on December 2, [redacted], and bought a wheelchair for my mother from Amazon.ca. I cancelled my Prime membership one week later on the Amazon.ca website. Despite this, I have been charged $9.19 (tax included) on January 25, [redacted], and again on February 25, [redacted], on my Visa card. However, my Amazon.ca account does not show me as a Prime member. How can I stop these unauthorized charges?

My account has been blocked for a few weeks. Two days ago, an agent helped me unsubscribe from a dog treats article I was receiving regularly. I have 6 unopened boxes as I no longer have a dog. At my address, [redacted] - [redacted] Street NW, Edmonton, Alberta, T6HG 1H7, Amazon deliveries are now placed on the bottom floor next to the mailboxes instead of at the customers' doors. This change has made the mail-laundry room unsafe and more susceptible to theft since it is now overflowing with packages of various sizes. I find this new delivery method inconvenient and worry about the security of my packages in a building with [redacted] residences where anyone could take them. Moving large packages away from mailboxes and obstructing Canada Post's parcel delivery boxes is also causing issues. I believe this delivery process is not appropriate given the risks involved.

Yesterday around 6:30 pm EST, I received a notification on my phone about the delivery of my order # [redacted]-[redacted]. The message included a photo showing a package placed by a door in the hallway. When I opened my door, I found the package next to my neighbor's door across the hallway, addressed to a different person in the same building. I promptly contacted customer service through the chat box, and an agent assured me they would investigate and follow up within 24 hours. I believe this was a deliberate mistake by the delivery person as they overlooked the recipient's name and unit number. I suggest conducting a thorough review and holding the delivery agent accountable. Amazon should consider working with reputable delivery companies rather than individual contractors to enhance their service quality.

I've been waiting for over a month for the delivery of the De'Longhi [redacted] BTU Portable Air Conditioner, Dehumidifier & Fan that I ordered from you. I arranged for a return pick-up that was scheduled for Monday. However, the driver called, but the call only rang twice before we could answer and no one was on the line. After reaching out to the driver, he mentioned trying to call but said no one was home. My husband explained the brief ringing and asked for a return, but the driver mentioned not having time to come back. Surprisingly, we then received an email saying the pick-up was rescheduled for today, Wednesday, between 11:30 and 2:30, but no one has arrived so far. This has left us confused and wondering about the status of the pick-up.

I purchased a pair of shoe stretchers about a year ago, which were advertised as unbreakable. However, after only 5 months, one of them stopped functioning properly. A month ago, when I went to use the other one, I realized it was also not opening or closing. Sadly, I had already discarded the packaging they came in, which I now regret. I trusted the claim of them being unbreakable, but now I feel this was misleading. As a senior on a fixed pension, this experience has been disappointing. I am left with two useless shoe stretchers and don't know what to do next. This will be my last purchase from Amazon.

I purchased a snowblower on sale at the end of March, but after 2 months, I have yet to receive it. When I contacted Amazon, I was told they needed to wait for a certain number of orders to fill a truck, which didn't seem right to me given their high sales volume. Despite being told there was no inventory, I saw plenty available after canceling and reordering. I called again in May and was promised to be notified once it ships. I passed on another offer in March assuming Amazon would deliver quickly with good warranty support. Frustratingly, Amazon cannot provide a clear answer on when I will receive my snowblower, and I feel misled as I have experience working in a distribution center. Being dishonest is what upsets me the most. Thank you.

I recently ordered a relay tester with promised delivery within a day or two, but after a month, it still hasn't arrived. Customer service confirmed I am entitled to a refund and provided return paperwork. The issue is I haven't received the package and tracking shows it in Ontario when it was meant to be in Richmond BC. I suspect it's lost. I need a refund to purchase a replacement, but I won't buy another until this issue is resolved. Getting in touch with someone to clarify this and understand why I can't send it back has been challenging.

As a Canadian living in the US with children in Canada, I wanted to send vitamins to my sick daughter via Amazon Canada. I set up a new account and entered my daughter's address and my credit card details. However, I received an email stating the order was canceled due to my credit card being declined. Despite my credit card company approving the purchase and speaking to someone in Canada, I am still facing issues with payment. The system is charging me in US dollars instead of Canadian dollars, and I keep receiving messages about payment revision needed or the order will be canceled in 3 days. I have a Citibank credit card that has approved the transaction. I am a Prime member in the US and signed up for Prime in Canada to make it easier to support my children.
