We placed an order that didn't arrive on time, so we asked for a refund. The refund was issued, but today the product was delivered. The Amazon representative advised us to request a shipping label from Canada Post to return the item. Hi, I would like to address an issue with an order of a Shark Rocket Ultra-Light Upright Vacuum Cleaner. The initial order was lost, resulting in a cancellation. A replacement was sent and successfully received shortly after contacting customer service on December 13, [redacted]. However, there is now a request to return an item that was never received, with a potential charge by January 15th. It seems confusing as we did not get the item in question.

I recently shipped my returns with three items in one box. The Canada Post worker said they only accept one shipping label per box. I've shipped multiple items in one box before with no issue. Since the barcodes are inside the box, I assumed I would still receive refunds for all items even with just one shipping label. I received a refund for one item, but I'm unsure about the other two without proper shipping labels. Will I still receive refunds for the other two items without labels?

I recently had multiple items being shipped to me, but upon tracking them, I discovered they were undeliverable and being returned to the seller. My account got suspended because I used my husband's credit card for the last order. I find it strange since I've used this card for two years without any issues. I sent you documents proving we share an account and showing his name and card number. Now you're asking for ID, but whose? We have different last names from when we got married. Would a marriage certificate help? I don't see how showing personal information relates to checking on stolen cards. It's frustrating, so please close my account and cancel the last order. I placed an order for a Fire HD 8 tablet during the Black Friday sale. The payment was not deducted until December 31st, which I could not address due to the ongoing bank holiday. It seems my order was cancelled as a result. I was unable to rectify the payment problem on time due to the holiday causing delays in incoming funds. I purchased Tiger Safety Women's CSA certified boots in size 9.5 back in October. However, after returning them in early December, I have yet to receive any notification that the boots have been shipped. I visited the post office a week later but was told by the postal worker that the package was shipped despite the lack of notification. Upon checking Amazon, I noticed different return instructions than what I had followed previously. I included both codes on the box and am unsure if the package was sent back to the company. Nevertheless, I have not received the boots at my return address yet and my tracking code is not working. Subject: Issue with Drone Order on Kokorest
I purchased a drone from Kokorest, and unfortunately, one of the motors has stopped working, rendering the drone inoperable. I have been in contact with the dealer to request a full refund of $[redacted] and free return shipping, but so far, the dealer has only offered a 20% discount ($34) or to send a replacement motor that I would need to install myself. I declined this offer as I lack the skills to do the repair and am not satisfied with the prolonged shipping time. I feel the dealer is trying to evade responsibility, leaving me stuck with a defective product. I urge either Kokorest or Amazon to refund me for the faulty drone and provide a pre-paid shipping label at their expense.

This is my 14th attempt to resolve this ongoing issue.
Back in mid-December, I received a notification stating that my account was temporarily locked due to suspicious activity, and I have been unable to regain access despite numerous suggested solutions. After expressing my frustration, I requested that my account be deleted by December 28, which has not been carried out as demonstrated by this being the 14th attempt. I am providing all possible points of access to the account:
Email 1: [redacted] or [redacted] (same iCloud server).
Email 2: [redacted]
Mobile: [redacted]
I want everything associated with these access points completely erased. Despite being assured this would be done on 13 previous occasions, it has not been executed. As the Account Specialists have not been successful in restoring my account but somehow managed to cancel my PRIME membership, I have concluded that wiping out my existence on the Amazon site and starting anew may be the best course of action.
Please refrain from proposing any solutions, as none have proven effective. I have diligently followed all advised procedures with no results, even submitting an image of my registered credit card statement displaying a charge to Amazon in early December, yet the Account Specialists insist on being unable to verify ownership of the account. Enough is enough!

My delivery was not confirmed received, as it was left outside without any acknowledgment. It was a gift ordered anonymously, so I am unable to inquire about it.
Please only mark it as received if you are entirely sure. A received status should mean the item has been physically received.

I am facing a significant issue with my Amazon deliveries. Despite contacting Amazon through calls, chats, and service inquiries, I continue to receive shipments exclusively via Canada Post. I have made it clear that I prefer deliveries to my door as promised and do not wish for Purolater to handle my packages. Purolater no longer delivers to rural route (RR) addresses, attributing it to Covid-related issues. This forces customers to pick up their packages, which for me, means a lengthy hour and twenty-minute drive. My delivery settings specify that I only want Canada Post for deliveries. I am still waiting for my parcels and hope this matter can be resolved promptly.

Order number [redacted]-[redacted] placed on November 4th has been a frustrating experience. Numerous emails have been exchanged with Aunavey regarding the cancellation and return of the order. After being advised to return the item to their address and submitting a tracking number for credit, I prepaid $53.87 for return shipping since Canada Post couldn't ship COD to the U.S. Despite providing the tracking receipt, I was informed that credit would only be issued upon their receipt of the shipment. Following the delivery, I contacted Aunavey again and threatened to escalate the issue. Eventually, I was credited 50% of the shipping costs, leaving me still out $26.87. This ordeal with a 3rd party seller like Aunavey has left me hesitant to make future purchases from third-party vendors.

I have faced multiple instances recently where the delivery driver leaves my packages without notifying me at all. Despite raising this issue with Amazon several times, I have not received a satisfactory solution. The latest incident involved the driver inaccurately stating the package was left in a mailroom when there is no such facility in my building. This negligence from the driver could have resulted in my packages being stolen if not for my building superintendent. Amazon needs to address this recurring problem with their delivery personnel. My trust in their service is shaken, and unless they improve the training of their drivers to ensure they make proper delivery attempts by buzzing or knocking, I will have to cease using their services. My order history shows I am a loyal customer, but unless this issue is resolved promptly, I will have to take my business elsewhere. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
