I recently purchased a t-shirt online and was informed via tracking that it should arrive by December 8. The delivery was delayed, with a refund promised if not received by December 15. Due to work commitments, I couldn't reach out till now. The tracking number is INTLCMC[redacted]37, and the delivery address is: Joy Green [redacted] Brentwood Village Trailer Park Brandon, MB R7B 4C4 The package was scanned delivered on either December 16 or 17, conflicting dates. I received a text and an email notifying me of my parcel's delivery at 9:17 pm. The text came in around 7:20 pm. I had ordered 3 bags of Dr Teal's Melatonin Bath Salts under Order # [redacted]-[redacted]. I was sent a photo of the package at a red door, but our house has a teal door. We reside in Medicine Hat, AB, not Ontario as indicated in the delivery information. The correct address for delivery should have been [redacted] TWP RD [redacted], Medicine Hat, AB, Canada T1A 7E8. Intercom has sent an email stating that our orders are in transit and should be arriving soon. However, two orders scheduled for the 8th have not been delivered, and two more expected yesterday are also delayed. Amazon usually delivers our "in stock" items the next day, but we are now facing four missing orders from Intercom. Despite attempting to contact them by phone for hours, we have been unsuccessful.

I placed an order on November 25, [redacted], total amount CDN$ 86.83, to be shipped to Loraine Thomas. Order # [redacted]-[redacted] has not been delivered. I requested cancellation on December 9, [redacted] for the (2) Under NY Sky Knife-Roll Ebony Black Aprons. I have been trying to get a refund by initiating a return request but the instructions provided do not apply to my situation. I paid using VISA DEBIT. I would appreciate guidance on the next steps to resolve this issue.

I have requested to change my email address as the one you have on file for me no longer exists. I am unable to receive emails from you. Can someone assist me with this change? I have already contacted your offices and spoken to several people. The last person I spoke to said they would contact me to resolve the situation. However, you are unable to reach me because you have my old email address. I AWAIT A RESPONSE IN FRENCH FROM YOU PLEASE.

I am frustrated that my order was again wrongly delivered. I got a delivery notice, but could not find my order at my door. After searching, I found it on a neighbour’s porch. This continues to happen, making me hesitant to shop online. It is important for drivers to be more vigilant with deliveries and check addresses correctly to avoid these mistakes.

Hello, I recently received a package that was mistakenly delivered to my address. The package was addressed to Michael Howran at a range of addresses from [redacted] to [redacted] Herons Way in Duncan, BC. However, since I reside at [redacted] Herons Way, the delivery person left it at my doorstep. Despite checking with my neighbors, no one knows the recipient. I recently purchased a heating blanket as a Christmas gift, with a promised two-day shipping last week. Despite the original delivery date passing and being rescheduled for Monday, the package did not arrive. Surprisingly, the tracking information stated it was delivered on Tuesday and handed to me, which is inaccurate. I haven't received any confirmation or picture proof of delivery. I was informed that I would receive a callback today at 4 PM concerning a package I did not receive. The tracking shows delivered, but it went to the incorrect address. Despite speaking with a representative and getting a text confirming the callback, I am yet to receive the call or the package.

I placed an order for items totaling $[redacted], but I haven't received a confirmation email. Even though there is a confirmation in the Amazon message center, when I try to view order details, it says I haven't placed an order in the last 3 months. The funds were deducted from my bank account, but one of the orders that was supposed to arrive on Saturday, December 18th never came. I've updated my Amazon app, but the issue persists. I bought a 4-year Asurion warranty for my computer from Amazon. I noticed that after completing the purchase, the payment displayed as zero. In August [redacted], I placed an order for two lawn chairs and a small coffee table on a website I believed was Amazon. The total cost was $59. I purchased bunk beds for my daughters, ages 9 and 4, for Christmas. Yesterday, we assembled the single-over-full bunk beds, but my 9-year-old daughter, weighing [redacted] lbs, fell through. The bed has no support where she went through, and now my kids have no functioning beds. The setup is weak, wobbly, and they are left with only a mattress on the floor to sleep on. I purchased a green house heater to be delivered to a hub before moving to a new province. Unfortunately, without a QR code, I couldn't pick it up, and it was returned to the sender despite having the receipt. According to the tracking information, the package has been delivered and is waiting for pickup. However, I have not received any indication of a refund. I bought a canoe cartop carrier from Amazon.ca, but it was shipped from Amazon.com through Amazon.ca on December 7, [redacted].
