I have submitted my return proof, but I am still awaiting a response from you, Aliexpress. The tracking number provided by the seller for the return is incorrect, as tracking numbers are usually generated after the package is shipped. The seller provided an address and a tracking number with no label. When I selected UPS, the courier suggested by the seller, the seller's address disappeared from my account. Without a label, I was unable to send the package when I tried at the post office. Despite my request for a label from the seller, they instructed me to send the parcel via any courier service. After I sent the parcel and provided the posting proof twice, the seller claims they have not received it. It has been since September 8th, and I am still waiting for my refund. I am disappointed with the seller's lack of proper return procedures and hope to receive my refund promptly.

I'm inquiring with AliExpress about two orders missing from my order list. Typically, I add items to my cart before purchasing them so they show up in my purchased items list. However, after using the "Buy Now" option for these two orders, they are nowhere to be found in my records. AliExpress only offers a chat box which is not helpful for resolving intricate issues. I'm feeling frustrated and looking for assistance in locating where my missing orders are registered. Can anyone provide guidance on this matter?

I purchased a Foxwear Fox10 smartwatch with a built-in camera from Great Idea Electronic Commerce Co., Ltd. I made a purchase on Ali Express through a seller I contacted on WhatsApp. The seller claimed to have shipped the order, but it appears that the order was not actually sent. Hello. I currently reside in Germany for 2 years already. I registered on AliExpress over 5 years ago using the email [redacted] (at that time I lived in Moldova). Due to the unfortunate situation between Russia and Ukraine and the blocking of Russian websites in Germany, I can no longer access my email. AliExpress requires the country in my profile to match the country MD in my account settings to change my email, but Moldova is not listed. I placed an order for 9 items on September 8, [redacted], which was not delivered due to a mistake by Hermes delivery service. I wish to open a dispute to either get a refund or receive the items again. However, I am unable to receive AliExpress's decision as my email [redacted] is inaccessible due to Germany's restrictions and Moldova not being available to select for my country setting. I am unable to update my email or change the country. What should I do?

I am frustrated because the seller declined to issue a refund for an item that does not match the picture. I accidentally clicked "not needed" but promptly contacted the live agent to rectify the situation before time ran out. Despite the agent's assurance, the case was closed without resolution. The seller requested postage to return the item to China and did not provide a QR code. While the seller mentioned covering return postage, this has not transpired, and I am left without the assistance I needed from AliExpress. Please assist me in obtaining my refund promptly. I'm reaching out from Brazil. Since October 15th, Brazilian taxes have been added to orders. However, while trying to purchase a product from the link below, the ad indicates that the tax is included. However, during checkout, the tax amount vanishes and is not reflected in the total value. I ordered 2 office chairs on October 12th and paid with my credit card. The money was charged immediately. On October 16th, I received an email stating that my order had been delivered, but it was not received. We recently purchased a soft roof for our BMW Z3 Mk1 listed as compatible. However, upon installation, we encountered significant difficulties. I have been informed about 2 issues with my current order. Whenever I try to log in using my email and password, the website says it's incorrect. Then, it says an email will be sent with a 6-digit code for access. However, I find the email in my spam folder the next day and the code doesn't work when I enter it. I can request a new code, but the same cycle continues. If this problem persists, I will take my business elsewhere. Kindly help me with this matter.

Hello, this is my first return, so I want to make sure everything is going smoothly. I ordered a CPU, but unfortunately, it arrived not functioning. I shared a video and photos of the unboxing and testing process with the seller. The video clearly indicates that the issue lies with the CPU as the motherboard seems to be working fine based on various tests. AliExpress has approved the return, and I have shipped it back to the seller using Australia Post Standard International parcel service. The tracking information confirms that the parcel has been delivered from Australia Post to China Post. However, I am concerned as the order details don't provide specific tracking information for the return. I have reached out to the seller regarding the "Delivered" status, but I have yet to receive any updates. I worry that the return status has not been updated on their end. The shipping costs through PostNord from Denmark exceed the order value, prompting me to seek help through live chat. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to connect with an agent. In my email, I also mention the impossibility to provide screenshots of the shipping options and currency conversion details. The seller's attempts to persuade me to close the dispute are unsettling, as this tactic is commonly used to exploit buyers without repercussions.
