I bought a phone a few months ago expecting it to be unlocked, but upon receiving it, I found it wasn't. Not only that, the screen and cameras were cracked, rendering it unusable. I reached out to the seller, but after no response, I filed a dispute. They asked me to cancel the dispute promising to send a working, undamaged phone. It has been 3 months now, and they have yet to fulfill their promise. I am now almost $[redacted] out of pocket and still without a functional mobile phone. The order number pertaining to this issue is [redacted][redacted], and the seller is from shop[redacted] store.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received regarding my undelivered package. The delivery driver falsely claimed to have delivered my item when it was evident that the package was not received. This dishonesty from the driver has left me frustrated and disappointed with the poor level of service provided. I believe it is crucial for companies like AliExpress to ensure they have trustworthy and responsible drivers, rather than individuals who resort to deceitful practices. I urge for higher standards to be upheld in their delivery services, similar to the reliability offered by Amazon Prime.

On September 15th, while I was in the hospital, I received a message stating the arrival date of an order from your company. I was unaware of your company and did not place any order. The order was for over $[redacted], paid for using my Cashapp account. Someone used my account to place this order, and it has left me worried. I do not understand why someone would do this to me. If necessary, here is my Cashtag: $Nanaprescher. I would appreciate it if you could assist me in getting my money back. I am an elderly lady with limited mobility, relying only on SSI for income. Hello, I accidentally closed my account and would like to reopen it with the same username and password. The account was initially set up in Russia, but I now reside in Israel. Hello, I am having trouble accessing my account on the website. My email is [redacted] Despite attempting to sign in, I was unable to do so. As a result, I tried deactivating my account but would prefer to keep the same account and password. In addition, following sign-in attempts, I am redirected to aliexpress.ru, which is located in Moscow, Russia. I reside in Israel and would like to access aliexpress.com instead of aliexpress.ru. I purchased an item from a Seller, but it arrived with a different description from what was listed. After informing the Seller, they agreed to refund the product cost and the shipping fees I would incur to return it due to the incorrect description. I confirmed with the Seller that the return shipping would amount to AUD $35.90, to which they consented. Although I have received the product refund from Ali Express as part of the return, I have not yet received the $35.90 that I spent on returning the item. According to the Ali Express policy, if there is a discrepancy between the product description and the actual item, I should be refunded the shipping costs upon Seller agreement. Despite following all the required steps, the Seller has not refunded the AUD$35.90 shipping fee as promised. I seek assistance in resolving this matter. Order ID: [redacted][redacted]

I used my PayPal balance to make a purchase. Shortly after, I decided to cancel the order due to financial difficulties. The cancellation was accepted immediately, but the refund is taking longer than expected. I requested to expedite the refund given my circumstances, however, I was informed that it is not a simple process.

Hello everyone, I'm utterly confused about why reaching you is proving to be so challenging. As previously mentioned multiple times, I made a purchase, obtained a package number, but upon attempting to collect it from the post office, they discovered that the number is associated with another individual's name, address, and identification particulars. Consequently, they declined to hand over the package to me. I would greatly appreciate some guidance on how to proceed in this perplexing predicament.

I am facing a frustrating situation with a parcel delivery. I live in Colombia and all packages require a signature and national ID number. Despite being listed as delivered and signed for by me, I did not receive the parcel. I requested a refund, which was denied, and asked for proof of delivery multiple times without success. I made a purchase on Aliexpress, but right after placing my order, they closed it citing security reasons related to a coupon. However, I did not use any coupon. The problem is that the money was already deducted from my bank account, even though the order was canceled. I am seeking a refund or for the order to be processed without requiring a new payment. If this is not resolved, I will escalate the issue further.

I bought 6 aquarium heaters but had to return 4. The seller won't cover postage. I'm about to return the other 2 and fear the seller won't cover the postage again. I wasn't allowed to use DHL or FedEx, only local post for returns. The items I returned are stuck in customs in Shenzhen, China. What should I do now?

Hello! I recently purchased a pink leather shirt from you in size S. Unfortunately, it does not fit and is too tight. I want to return the shirt, but the seller has not provided me with proper assistance so far. The texts he sent me are in 2mm font size, which I can't even read with a magnifying glass, and everything is in English, which I don't understand anyway. It's outrageous how I am being treated here. I urgently need a printable label for a free return. I will never order clothing from AliExpress again. I kindly ask for proper assistance, just like I always receive from Amazon in Germany! I purchased a Dining Table and chair set from AliExpress, but I received incorrect chairs and a broken table top. I opened disputes for both items within 15 days as per AliExpress policy. However, the customer service has been unhelpful, siding with the seller despite the seller's mistake. I advise everyone to avoid purchasing from AliExpress due to the poor customer service experience. Opt for a US-based seller to avoid similar issues and save your money.

Hello! I have been attempting to get help from Aliexpress for over a week to reactivate my account, [redacted] I mistakenly closed it, and my efforts to reverse this have failed. I've only been interacting with unhelpful bots, unable to reach a real person. Despite my significant time investment, I remain unresolved. I currently have pending paid orders on the site but cannot check them or contact the Help Center due to sign-in restrictions. When attempting to create a new account with my email, I'm informed it already exists. Although customer support stated no account is linked to my email, I lack access to provide order details beyond my email, [redacted] My order number is [redacted][redacted] from 03.10.[redacted], paid with Visa ending in [redacted]. Most responses from other email contacts state they are not responsible. Requesting Aliexpress restore and activate my account to retain purchase history and resume my transactions on the site. I purchased a Xiaomi tablet from a seller on your website, only to find out it was fake. After opening a dispute, the seller agreed to refund me once I returned the item. I shipped it back at my expense via UPS to China, but the seller did not reimburse me for the additional costs. Despite UPS's attempts to contact the seller for delivery, they received no response. The seller eventually rejected the package and asked UPS to return it to me. I instructed UPS to deliver it, but the seller declined it once again. Sadly, UPS is now destroying the parcel, leaving me £[redacted] out of pocket due to the fake product being advertised on your platform and the seller's poor quality of service.

AliExpress ruled in my favor regarding a dispute, and I am required to return the item. The seller is refusing to cover the return shipping cost as per agreement. They have given me a different address which seems suspicious, potentially for fraudulent purposes. Unfortunately, I have not been successful in reporting this issue to AliExpress customer service or escalating the dispute.

On October 2nd, I made a payment of £[redacted].11 for a Sennheiser wireless microphone. The amount has been deducted from my bank account, as shown on my statement. I am concerned as I have not received any confirmation or updates regarding this transaction from AliExpress.com. This delay is frustrating as I intended to buy additional music equipment. I recently purchased a straight kinky natural hair wig from Arietis Hair Company, but upon receiving it, I realized it was not as described and not what I was looking for. I contacted the seller for a return, which was approved, and they provided me with an address to send the item back to along with a tracking number. I chose UPS as the carrier as per their instructions. However, after submitting the tracking number as requested on the app, I noticed the address had disappeared. I reached out to the seller for the address once again, and after some delay, they sent it to me. The tracking number the seller provided before I even sent the package seemed unusual, as usually it is generated after shipment. Despite this, no label was generated when I tried to send the package via UPS, as the seller's address was no longer available on the app. I contacted the seller for a label, but they advised me to send the parcel through any postal service. After multiple attempts, I finally sent the parcel on September 8th and provided proof of postage to the seller twice, but they claimed not to have received it. I am now waiting for my refund and feeling frustrated by the lack of a proper return process compared to other platforms I've used in the past. I hope to receive my refund promptly as I have already spent a significant amount on the item and postage.
