I purchased a camera lens on AliExpress and mistakenly confirmed the receipt while tracking my order. However, instead of the items I ordered, the seller sent me a baby mat. After resolving the dispute, I was given the option to return the item and have the return cost refunded by the seller, but I needed to contact them directly. Hello, I recently purchased a flashlight bracket through a platform similar to "Get Order" or Exelot. The item was valued at $6 (24 ILS), but upon delivery, I was charged an additional 88 ILS for customs clearance. The issue arose when they claimed there was a laser in the order, which was not the case. I've had multiple problems with Exelot in the past. Please ensure that my future orders are shipped exclusively through the Israel Post Office. If this cannot be guaranteed, I may have to avoid ordering from AliExpress altogether due to the complications that arise from using Exelot. Sellers have mentioned that AliExpress controls logistics and selects the shipping method. I will reject any deliveries made through "Get Order" or Exelot and prefer shipments only through the local Israel Post Office. Kindly prevent them from handling my orders moving forward.
