I purchased a Watch 8 Ultra (Order ID: [redacted][redacted]) on Aliexpress from the seller Xiaomi Fans-Club Store on October 6, [redacted], and it was shipped on October 13, [redacted]. The product arrived on October 29, [redacted], with the box already opened. After a week of trying to charge it, I contacted the seller to report the issue, and they initially suggested it was due to my lack of skill. Even after trying a new charger, the problem persisted. When I inquired about a refund or an exchange, the seller blocked my messages, stating they could not receive further communication from me. I have a record of all the messages exchanged with the seller. What should I do next? Thank you.

I am having trouble adding items to my Wishlist. When I click on the heart icon on the product page, it decreases the number on the right and changes the heart from red to white, but the item is not showing up on my Wishlist. Additionally, sometimes the heart appears red and other times white. I attempted to add the item to my cart and then move it to my Wishlist, but that also failed. Is it usually this challenging to shop on ALIEXPRESS?

When accessing your website from the USA, the entire site displays in Polish instead of English. Additionally, there are ongoing issues with adding items to my Wishlist. Clicking on the heart icon does not add the item, and sometimes a "confirmed" box briefly appears. I recently discovered that I can move items to my Wishlist from the cart, but this feature has also stopped working. Furthermore, the site fails to remember my preferred country, state, and currency settings despite saving them multiple times. These problems are hindering my ability to place orders efficiently. I hope these issues can be resolved promptly to improve the overall shopping experience.

I placed an order with AliExpress (Order [redacted][redacted]) that was marked as completed and delivered to the USA, but it was supposed to be delivered on Jan. 9, [redacted], and I haven't received it. The seller delivered a product that does not match the description, and despite my efforts to reach a fair resolution through chat and disputes, I have not received adequate assistance. AliExpress offered a mere $20 as compensation for a non-returnable item, which is unjust when the seller is at fault. My numerous interactions, especially with Monica, have not resolved the issue satisfactorily, leading me to incur additional costs to return the item. The tracking information shows that the item reached China on 2 November [redacted] but has not progressed further. Upon checking with the Thailand Post Office, it appears the seller may need to pay taxes, resulting in non-delivery. I am requesting a full refund of $[redacted], including shipping costs, as a loyal customer since [redacted]. I urge AliExpress to review the situation seriously and rectify the issue promptly. Hello, I purchased two children's shoes on October 13, [redacted], for 81.61 Euros. The tracking number was LD[redacted]18BE. Unfortunately, the package did not arrive, and the Belgian post informed us it was returned. It has been over a month now. Despite speaking with Aliexpress agents on the app, they have yet to issue a refund as promised. Please investigate and process our refund promptly. We appreciate your assistance.

Hello, I placed an order on AliExpress about a month ago. The seller shipped my order, but to the wrong address and did not include my name on the package. Consequently, the package was delivered to someone else in a different city. The seller is unresponsive. I paid for my order, but someone else received it. I demand a refund, a replacement package, or investigate if there was an error in the tracking number. I am left without the package or my money, and AliExpress and the seller are not helping. They are asking for a non-receipt document, but I cannot obtain it as the package was delivered to someone else unknown to me. I will not accept this. I purchased a car radio with a touch screen from AliExpress. Initially, it worked fine, but the touch screen suddenly stopped working. I contacted the seller, who advised me to recalibrate it, but that didn't resolve the issue. The seller offered to send me a new touchscreen/radio, but it has not arrived after waiting several weeks. Upon inquiring, the seller mentioned it might have been lost during shipping and promised to arrange for another delivery. I am still waiting for the new shipment to arrive.

The seller cannot prove the item was sent as there is no tracking information. I have messaged the seller regarding the delay, and there is a record of our communication. I kindly request assistance in refunding the payment to my account promptly so I can purchase another item. I should have been compensated for the delay and wasted time. I made a purchase on 11/10/[redacted] but have not yet received my item. The tracking information last shows the goods were handed over to the local logistics service on 12/22/[redacted], and there have been no updates since then. I reached out to the local support service and received a response regarding the issue regarding the missing package. They expressed regret for the inconvenience and explained the steps taken to locate the package. Unfortunately, the search was unsuccessful, and they recommended informing the sender to request a replacement shipment. They also provided a letter to use as proof of filing a claim for non-receipt. Although the situation is disappointing, they offered their apologies and expressed appreciation for reporting the matter. I am unable to send a message through the Rückerstattungen und Rückgaben page as the Send button is not activating. Seller: CRRJU official Store Regarding Order No. [redacted][redacted] placed on November 29th, [redacted]. The watch strap clasp keeps coming undone on its own, risking the loss of the watch. I have contacted the seller multiple times, but they seem unwilling to acknowledge the issue. They requested a video, which I provided, yet the seller remains unsatisfied. I have had enough and feel like the seller is trying to deceive me. I expect to receive a replacement watch strap within the scope of the warranty service.

Hello, I am a Platinum member of Aliexpress, I spend thousands of euros annually. I have never had any issues with any sellers except recently with Fischerman's Store for order number [redacted][redacted], for a fish feeder. I have been asking them for weeks to send me the defective part (electronic card), but they have not done so yet. I will not place any new orders until this dispute is resolved. They freeze for up to 4 seconds or entirely, and they only reach a maximum of 15% of the advertised performance - inadequate. The temperature display on the SSDs is "Fake." I have sent benchmarks and charts to the seller and requested a refund in accordance with EU terms on their website. They should send me a pick-up option or return label, but they haven't done so. I am encountering a serious issue with a recent order from a company on AliExpress and my local post office in Novosibirsk, Siberia, Russia. The item I purchased is a packet of Spirulina Tablets from a store named Dream Nutrition with Order # [redacted]68-[redacted]1 and Parcel Tracking # [redacted][redacted]. Despite my local post office claiming it was delivered on December 19, [redacted], I have not received the package, nor have I signed for it or shown my ID as required. I placed an order for 4 dresses on 12/6/22 and paid for them. However, on 12/24/22, I received a package with only 1 dress in it. After contacting the seller, they explained that only 1 dress was available to ship. They suggested I file a dispute for the missing 3 dresses. When I reached out to the help center, I was advised to contact my mailing delivery system. I received a package with only 1 dress, and the seller acknowledged sending only 1 dress. I requested to cancel my order before it was shipped. Initially, the seller was responsive, but now they are unresponsive and not accepting the cancellation. I have been trying to cancel for 5 days without success. I prefer a refund through AliExpress instead of a bank refund.
