I am having trouble accessing my AliExpress account to track my order. I signed up using an alternate email with Apple's 'Hide my email' function, which forwards emails to my main account. However, when attempting to reset my password, I must first verify my account. The 6-digit verification code is sent to my alternate email but is not reaching my main account, preventing me from verifying and changing my password. Consequently, I am unable to log in to my account. I have already reviewed my spam and junk mail folders. How can I resolve this issue?

I purchased item [redacted][redacted], a pair of leather shoes, which are unwearable due to being produced inaccurately. I have been attempting to open a case or dispute on their website for weeks without success. I have tried contacting the seller through their system and via email with photos, but I have not received a response. Even after responding to emails from Aliexpress, I have not heard back. I also engaged in a chat with "Eva" who was unable to assist me. My main goal is to return the shoes and receive a refund. Thank you for your help.

I mistakenly ordered 2 items and the company agreed to refund me once they receive the items. I've been trying to get the shipping labels sent to my email as instructed on their website, but after repeating the process 20 times, I've received nothing. When I attempted to view the return label on their site, I encountered an error stating "xmc file appears to have no info associated with it." It's frustrating as I keep getting access denied messages preventing me from proceeding. I've been attempting this for 8 days and time is running out before the refund window closes. I feel overwhelmed by the complexity of the process and lack of assistance. I would even consider driving to Chicago to return the items in person if I had an address.

Hello, I need assistance with an order issue on AliExpress. I provided evidence and don't want the item I received because it does not match the picture. I can return the item if needed but I require a refund. I am displeased with the lack of professionalism as I haven't received a reply despite reaching out. Good afternoon! I made a large order, and some items have arrived while others have not. The items received include 3 Christmas kitchen towels, a bed for my dog, string lights, and window stickers. I am missing a Christmas rug and another pink bed for my dog. I would appreciate it if this could be resolved or a refund provided. I am only able to copy up to 180GB of data before both copy programs and the operating system flag the storage device as faulty. Discovering this capacity issue only recently, I missed the deadline to file a dispute. Tests have revealed that exceeding the 180GB limit results in existing data being overwritten, leaving only the directory structure intact. In Germany, this type of behavior is considered fraudulent, yet the seller seems to operate outside of German jurisdiction.

I placed an order and requested expedited shipping from the seller but experienced delays. Despite the seller's promise of delivery by December 18th using FedEx within 7 days for an extra $87, the suit hasn't arrived even though today is December 28th. I urgently needed the suit for my wedding on December 26th, but it never arrived. I no longer want the package; I just want a full refund, including the FedEx fee paid for the expedited shipping that was not met. This situation feels like a scam to me, and I'd like a refund for both the product and the shipping fees.

Hello to the Aliexpress community. I hope everyone is well. As an occasional customer, I recently made a credit card purchase for some special items that have not arrived. I believe the amount deducted is high considering the situation. The sender used regular mail without compensation for loss or delay, which surprised me. I was not notified for pickup, and it seems the delivery was attempted but failed due to a small mailbox. The lack of communication from the pickup office is concerning. In Norway, homeownership is prioritized as an investment. However, issues like misplaced packages raise frustration. It is vital for delivery services to avoid such errors, considering not everyone can easily reach an alternate delivery address. I purchased three 800W turbines from Smaraad company on Aliexpress. However, I received one turbine with 2.8mm wires and two turbines with 2.4mm wires. Additionally, the double shaft turbines I received only have screws on one side instead of both sides. The support base that was sent to me only had two screws instead of the required four, and the screws provided were 6mm instead of 5mm as expected. I opened a dispute on Aliexpress, but it has been reset four times by an admin. I am unable to get any help from Aliexpress customer service as I am banned from live chat. I received the wig I ordered around December 17, [redacted], and got it on December 24, [redacted]. However, I am very dissatisfied with it. It looks nothing like the advertised picture. It was supposed to be a body wave, but it has more of a Yaki texture and a choppy/feathered look. The most disappointing part is the patches of dye in the hair instead of dyed strands. I need to return the wig for a full refund.

Hello there. I've been experiencing frequent order cancellations, which is becoming frustrating. I believe the problem may be related to the coupons I've been using, although I'm not sure why. One of my recent orders, [redacted][redacted], was closed citing "We had to close this order due to account security concerns. Please place an order again later, or remove the coupon and try again." I find it confusing that I can't utilize a coupon provided to me by AliExpress without issues. It feels like AliExpress might be engaging in unfair practices.

I ordered a product from you, stating that it would be delivered by December 2nd. Even after December 15th, the product could not be delivered to me. I then wanted to know how soon my product would arrive. I was told that my product would arrive in three days. Three days later, when my product had not arrived, I contacted them again. I was informed that my product could not be delivered. They said they would refund my money in two to seven days, but after 15 days, my money has not been refunded. I'm having trouble updating my email address on my account despite following the online tutorial. When I click on the "change email address" option, it just confirms my current email address without giving me the opportunity to input a new one. There doesn't seem to be a dialog box for me to make any changes.

I need help with an issue regarding a seller called Tinashe Hair. Initially, they were cordial, however, upon receiving my order, I discovered that the hair, advertised as [redacted]% density, actually seems to be closer to [redacted]% density. Despite my attempts to address this with the seller, they have been uncooperative and unwilling to offer a refund or address my concerns about the actual density of the hair. It is evident that what I received does not match the description provided.
