I need some advice. Our carry-on bags for our flight to Toronto, with a layover in Paris, were requested to be checked at the airport due to the flight being fully booked. We have a connecting flight with Air Transat, a different airline than Air France, and are concerned that we won't have enough time to reclaim the bags and go through security again. Is there any way to avoid checking our bags or is there an alternative way to transport them so we can make our connection smoothly?

On August 14, [redacted], my flight from Manchester, England, experienced a delay until after 10:00 PM, causing me to miss my connection and endure a long journey to ATL via LA. Unfortunately, there were no Air France attendants available to assist me in reissuing my ticket, so I had to trek a considerable distance after recent knee surgery to make a phone call for help. This whole ordeal, including the flight, took an entire day considering the time zones crossed. I believe I am entitled to compensation for this ordeal and kindly request a refund for the ticket price.

Upon my arrival in Paris at Charles De Gaulle airport on the 25th of September at 09:35, I will be landing at Terminal 2E. With an 11-hour layover before my flight to Malaga, I am hoping to secure a hotel room due to my overnight flight from Brasil.
My main inquiry is if Air France offers a hotel room policy for layovers exceeding 8 hours. If they do, I'd appreciate assistance in booking a room. If not, any recommendations for nearby accommodations would be helpful.
I struggle to sleep after overnight flights, and I anticipate needing rest upon landing. Any suggestions on where to rest during the day until my late evening flight would be appreciated. I am aware that hotel bookings usually require staying overnight, which doesn't align with my layover schedule.
Any advice or support provided will be greatly valued. Thank you for your help.

I am aware that I need to submit travel documents before check-in. However, the information provided by Air France is conflicting or incomplete. I reached out to customer service through Whatsapp, and they could only provide conflicting information. On their Traveldoc website, they mention a maximum stay of [redacted] days in CR, but on your Sherpa site, it says 90 days. Can you clarify this? Additionally, do I need an ESTA only for the relevant flight, which is the return flight, or do I need to present the ESTA for the outbound flight as well?

Upon arrival in Marseille on 9/30/23, I discovered that my luggage was missing. I have filed a claim with reference #MRSAF76738 and PNR #2GFMGH. My husband and I, Evelyn and Raymond Fukuji, are currently in Marseille, France, preparing for an 11 Day Mediterranean Cruise starting on Oct 2nd. We urgently need our luggage, which we believe is being held by your company. Kindly arrange for its delivery to the Holiday Inn Express where we are staying. This situation has caused a significant amount of stress for both of us, and receiving our belongings before boarding the ship would greatly alleviate this. Without our luggage, we are lacking necessary clothing for the cruise. Your prompt assistance in delivering our luggage to the hotel early on Oct 2nd is highly appreciated.
