Despite my repeated payments, my ex-husband's name continues to be associated with my account. This causes issues every time I try to place a new order. I explained this to your team and also to Amazon, who eventually helped resolve the issue. The problem seems to be linked to our shared phone number from years ago, which is now causing complications in my account access. Even though all payments are made from my cards and accounts, the system still recognizes his name. It is crucial to update this information and ensure my accounts reflect only my details. I have documented proof of all my transactions under my email and phone number. Please review your records to rectify this recurring problem and prevent further inconveniences in the future. On May 4, [redacted], I contacted customer service to update my payment details. The representative I spoke with was Anthony. Unfortunately, my bank had placed a block on my debit card due to unauthorized activity on May 1st. To ensure my payment went through, I provided Anthony with my routing and bank account numbers. However, when he processed the payment, it was declined. I reassured him that I had enough funds in my account. After the call, I verified with my bank, and the money was available. It seems there may have been an error when entering the information. I have a new debit card on the way, expected to arrive in mid-May.

I have been charged $[redacted].32 monthly for an X3 Bar, which Affirm claims was purchased through Amazon. However, the manufacturer denies ever selling through Amazon. My records show that I made a direct payment to the manufacturer for a different bar 4 years ago. It seems there is a mix-up causing me to incur unauthorized charges. I would like to speak to a customer service representative. Three items were returned to Amazon over three weeks ago, but I have not been credited for them yet. The balance is $90. One jacket was credited back, but the other jackets and two skirts that were ordered directly from Amazon have not been credited, even though they were returned. I believe Amazon has received the merchandise back by now, but the issue has not been resolved, and I am being charged for another payment.

I am unable to access my account. Every time I try to log in, I get the following message: "Thank you for considering Affirm. Based on an eligibility check, we are unable to create an account for you at this time. Please try again soon." I have been making payments for several months now. I have already contacted customer service but have not received a resolution. Can I please have access to my account to see the status of my payments?

I encountered an issue with the information you provided for Affirm. The phone number you list directs callers to expect a text with a four-digit code and then to speak with an agent, but I did not receive the code as stated. When I called, I was presented with options to make a payment or request a refund, which do not address my needs. Moreover, you mention that Affirm does not offer live chat presently, but they indeed offer live chat through their chat bot system after logging into your account. Unfortunately, I couldn't utilize the chat feature because I faced difficulties signing into my account due to a loading problem on the login page.

I would like to address the issue I encountered with the affirm card application process. I am currently enrolled in a bill payment program with Americor, which costs $[redacted] per month. My husband handles the car payments through Ally Financial, and I do not have rent or a house payment. I receive $[redacted] in SSI benefits and earn $[redacted] weekly from my job at Freedom Care, amounting to $[redacted] per month. Considering my expenses, I believe I am financially capable of affording a $[redacted] monthly payment, which is more than sufficient for the item I intended to purchase. I have a positive payment history, having completed over 10 leases with Progressive Leasing early and without any missed payments. I have a phone number that I can't use until I purchase an unlocked phone from Q Links. I need a code to open my Affirm account associated with this phone number. However, I'm currently using a different phone number to receive calls, and I'm not receiving the code for my Gmail account linked to this number ([redacted]). I need this issue resolved so I can get back to using my regular phone number and continue my business as usual. Thank you.

I recently returned a set of hearing aids to Nano Hearing and paid in full using my debit card ending in [redacted]. However, as I no longer have that card, I noticed an adjustment on my Affirm account for the $[redacted] refund for the return. Even though I was informed over the phone that I would receive a check, I have not received it yet due to not having the same bank account. Today, I utilized my available credit with Hotwire amounting to $[redacted].00 plus tax. Despite Affirm declining $15.24, they processed and approved the full amount of $[redacted].00 to Hotwire. I contacted Affirm earlier today to address the issue. However, Hotwire has no record of any reservation under my name, phone number, or email. The card I used for the transaction ends in [redacted]. Due to my inability to find flights from LGA to Orlando, I would like to cancel this booking immediately.

I purchased a Ninja woodfire outdoor grill from Home Depot on June 1st, [redacted], using a virtual Visa card ending in [redacted]. While one payment was successfully deducted from my bank account, I later received two emails indicating that my card was declined. Home Depot confirmed that the payments were in order. After consulting with a customer service representative to address the issue, I opted to pay the full amount at once using the same account, which was successful. I made this decision to avoid the hefty late fees mentioned in the emails. Thanks to the helpful associate, my payment is now settled. My savings and checking accounts had a combined balance well over $[redacted], ensuring sufficient funds for the payments. In the future, I plan to make outright purchases to simplify the process.

I am concerned about a recent purchase I made on Styleico.com for an outdoor storage shed. After setting up three monthly payments through Affirm with Christina Sanchez LLC, I have not received the shed after six weeks. Styleico.com has not been responsive, and I have been unable to contact Christina Sanchez LLC. I took the precaution of canceling my debit card to prevent further charges. I previously contacted customer support and filled out an online form without success. I recently applied for a loan for an air conditioner at Walmart and was approved. However, I encountered some issues as the $40 down payment was taken without prior notification on the page. Despite trying to make a purchase, I kept encountering errors. Subsequently, I received an email stating that my loan application had been denied, leading me to question why the down payment was taken and why auto pay was set up for a denied loan. I simply want the $40 returned since the loan was denied, and I now have to go through the hassle of chasing for a refund, impacting my ability to purchase the much-needed air conditioner for an elderly family member.

I am currently experiencing login issues despite being a paying customer. I attempted to update my phone number but was asked for additional identification to use the app, even though I had already verified my identity. The lady assisting me informed me of the requirement but unfortunately, I am no longer interested in using the app due to the inconvenience. I look forward to settling my outstanding balance and discontinuing my subscription.

I believe I have been overcharged by the merchant SimpliSafe, and I am unable to resolve the issue with them directly. I made a purchase with them for $[redacted], paid $[redacted] upfront, and set up a payment plan with Affirm. SimpliSafe adjusted the order to $[redacted], but I am still being charged $[redacted] by Affirm. I have contacted SimpliSafe multiple times and spoken to several supervisors, but the issue remains unresolved.

For the past 4 weeks, I have been unable to access my online account through the app or website. Despite contacting customer support multiple times via phone and email, following all instructions provided, I have not been able to resolve the issue. Each time I attempt the email verification process, a code is sent to my old email account, which has been compromised due to the MCNA Dental Data Breach. Despite notifying the support team several times, the problem remains unresolved. I currently have 5 active Affirm accounts that I am struggling to manage without access to my main account. I have attached a copy of the reference number for your review and action. Please assist me in regaining access to my account as this situation is causing me significant distress.

I recently made a purchase through Amazon for a set of suitcases using my Affirm account. Amazon charged me $[redacted].16, instead of sending the payment to Affirm as intended.
