I am inquiring about organizing the Affirm App. I find it frustrating that my loans are not listed chronologically by Due Date, and the app jumps around from loan to loan, requiring me to scroll down to find the next payment. Completed Loans are not listed in the same order either. I use other BNPL apps like Klarna, which organizes information correctly and remembers where I left off after making a payment. Affirm, on the other hand, always jumps to the top of the screen, forcing me to start over. Additionally, payments in the Processing Phase should be grouped at the bottom of the list. I appreciate Affirm but believe improvements to the app can enhance efficiency for customers. Thank you for your attention. - Paula K.

My spouse has been attempting to seek assistance from your team for several months to update his phone number on our account. Our phone service was disconnected, and the number associated with the account was mistakenly canceled by the phone service provider. Despite numerous attempts to contact your support, we are consistently told to wait 3-5 business days for an email to verify the update by clicking a link and providing identification. Unfortunately, the email never arrives, not in the spam folder or inbox. We are in urgent need of updating the phone number on the account. I bought hearing aids from Nano Hearing Aids in August [redacted] and financed them through Affirm. Unfortunately, the hearing aids broke on the day I got them. I contacted both Affirm and Nano to cancel the order, returned the hearing aids at my own cost, and provided documentation. Despite my efforts, I have been asked to pay by Affirm, affecting my credit. I need Nano to refund the money to Affirm and for Affirm to update the credit bureau regarding the dispute and return of the merchandise.

I was approved for a $[redacted] purchase at Kitchenaid.com on Friday. While browsing the Kitchenaid site as a guest, I decided to use Affirm for my purchase of a $[redacted] mixer. I used my Google account information and was taken through the approval process. However, I realized my Google account had an outdated email address. I previously applied with an iCloud email and phone number I no longer have access to due to setting up 2nd factor authentication. The email was [redacted], and the number was [redacted]. I had funds in the bank and on my card ready for a company to withdraw from my accounts, but now I am delinquent. I have been attempting to update my phone number for the past three weeks, but despite speaking with multiple representatives who promised to send a ticket for me to submit a photo, I have not received an email. As a result, I am still unable to log into my account. My plans to buy Christmas gifts have been affected by not being able to access my account, causing significant inconvenience during the holiday season. I recently tried to open an Affirm account, but I was notified that an account under my name already existed. Upon further investigation, I discovered that the email address associated with the account was not mine but belonged to someone else. I recently received a text regarding the canceled payment for January 8, [redacted], amounting to $21.96. The text mentioned that the payment did not process through my bank. I am concerned about a potential $29 charge for this tomorrow. I have documented proof of the canceled extra payment. I had initially canceled it as I thought it would be late for the January 1st payment, only to realize it was added instead of moved. I do not intend to pay any $29 overdraft fee due to this error.

Hi, my name is Nadia R. I placed an order on Nov 25, [redacted], with Amazon and canceled it 30 minutes later, receiving a confirmation of the cancellation. I recently applied for Affirm and they requested a picture of my driver's license along with a photo of myself holding it to verify my identity. Unfortunately, the lighting in the photo wasn't great and it was hard to see the license clearly. I only have a phone camera with poor quality, making it challenging to capture a clear image.
Despite not having bad credit, I lack a credit history and struggle to establish credit without opportunities like this. Affirm's lower payments would suit my fixed income, unlike other options with high payments and interest rates if approved. I feel I didn't get a fair chance with Affirm due to the photo quality, leading to my denial based on identity verification issues.
I am requesting a second chance to demonstrate my credibility. Using Affirm, which is widely accepted by reputable companies, would greatly help me build credit and access necessities I currently cannot afford. I hope to rectify this situation and appreciate your consideration.

After waiting for over two months, I finally received the purse and wallet I ordered, but unfortunately, they turned out to be counterfeit items. Despite reaching out via email multiple times to request a refund due to the extended delay, I have yet to hear back from the company. They falsely claimed to be affiliated with QVC and even displayed the QVC store in their advertisement. Selling fake merchandise is against the law, and I am seeking a refund for these poor-quality knockoffs. It is disappointing that I have been misled, and I hope to resolve this issue promptly.

Initially, I am not willing to pay Affirm to address this problem. Affirm debited my spouse's bank account to cover my loans, resulting in two $25 overdraft charges. This was not authorized. These loans belong to me, and Affirm should only withdraw funds from my account. If I am delayed by a few days in making my monthly payment, kindly notify me by email instead of debiting my husband's account without permission. Kindly refund the $50 in overdraft fees. It has come to my attention that someone has been using my name and email to place orders with RealTruck.com. I recently received a shipping confirmation for an order addressed to Pam Strader at a different address. I have contacted Real Truck, and they advised me to reach out to you regarding canceling any fraudulent orders under my name. During my previous phone call, a representative abruptly ended the call when I refused to provide my credit card information.
